目的研究Al2O3添加量对Cr2O3/TiO2/Al2O3/SiO2四元复合陶瓷涂层性能的影响。方法采用等离子喷涂技术在油气管道X80管线钢基体表面制备出具有不同Al2O3含量的四元复合陶瓷涂层。另外,为探究基体温度对涂层性能的影响,所有涂层均在等离子... 目的研究Al2O3添加量对Cr2O3/TiO2/Al2O3/SiO2四元复合陶瓷涂层性能的影响。方法采用等离子喷涂技术在油气管道X80管线钢基体表面制备出具有不同Al2O3含量的四元复合陶瓷涂层。另外,为探究基体温度对涂层性能的影响,所有涂层均在等离子喷枪预热及室温的两种基体上制备。所制涂层的气孔率、硬度、结合力及电化学腐蚀性能分别采用煮沸称重法、维氏硬度计、划痕仪、电化学工作站进行检测,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析不同Al2O3含量涂层的物相组成和形貌特征,研究Al2O3含量对涂层各性能的影响。结果随着Al2O3含量的增加,Cr2O3/TiO2/Al2O3/SiO2四元复合陶瓷涂层的气孔率呈现先降低后增加的趋势,相对应的四元复合陶瓷涂层的结合力、维氏硬度则先增加后降低。当Al2O3质量分数为60%时,四元复合陶瓷涂层的性能最优,气孔率为3.6%,硬度为824.6HV,结合力为53.8 N。电化学腐蚀测试表明,Al2O3能增强涂层的耐腐蚀性能,Al2O3质量分数为60%时,涂层自腐蚀电位最高,为−0.28 V。另外,在基体预热和不预热条件下,所制涂层性能随Al2O3含量的变化一致,但是基体预热比不预热更有利于涂层性能的提高。结论Al2O3的添加不仅能够有效降低涂层Cr含量,还能显著提升四元复合陶瓷涂层的各项性能,特别是耐腐蚀性。此外,等离子喷涂前对基体进行预热,有利于涂层性能提高。 展开更多

青花瓷作为中国传统文化的瑰宝,在制备烧造过程中,因青花色料、釉料配方组成以及制备工艺的影响,易造成青花装饰出现发色不均匀、线条或者块面在不同朝代或者是同一朝代有不同程度的“晕散”。实验采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、傅里叶光... 青花瓷作为中国传统文化的瑰宝,在制备烧造过程中,因青花色料、釉料配方组成以及制备工艺的影响,易造成青花装饰出现发色不均匀、线条或者块面在不同朝代或者是同一朝代有不同程度的“晕散”。实验采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、傅里叶光谱(FTIR)、电子探针(EPMA)、光学显微镜(OM)等设备分析青花瓷釉中SiO2和Al2O3含量对青花装饰晕散距离、微观结构、釉层网络结构以及釉中Co2+浓度的影响,结合理论计算阐明了青花瓷“晕散”与釉料黏度之间的关系。实验结果表明,随着釉中SiO2和Al2O3含量的增加,釉层网络结构中Si—O—Si键数量增多并且增强,釉层黏度增大;黏流活化能拟合结果表明,黏流活化能增大,原子间作用力越强,Co2+在釉中扩散越困难,青花瓷线条的“晕散”距离从250μm减小到10μm。本研究有助于从物理化学角度理解青花“晕散”机制,为青花装饰工艺的优化提供科学依据。 展开更多

针对光固化Al2O3陶瓷在脱脂烧结后易形成孔洞、力学性能差的问题,系统研究了石墨烯添加对陶瓷浆料流变性、沉降性、固化行为及烧结体力学性能的影响。采用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对Al2O3粉体进行表面改性,并加入不同含... 针对光固化Al2O3陶瓷在脱脂烧结后易形成孔洞、力学性能差的问题,系统研究了石墨烯添加对陶瓷浆料流变性、沉降性、固化行为及烧结体力学性能的影响。采用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对Al2O3粉体进行表面改性,并加入不同含量的石墨烯,制备高固相、低粘度的光固化浆料。通过傅里叶红外光谱、旋转流变仪、沉降试验及Beer-Lambert模型分析,优化了浆料配方与光固化工艺参数。结果表明:当KH560含量为2.5wt%、石墨烯含量为0.01wt%时,浆料粘度最低、沉降分层最少;在曝光时间4 s条件下,添加0.01wt%石墨烯的浆料透射深度为382μm,临界曝光能量为44.3 m J/cm2。经1750℃烧结后,陶瓷零件致密度达99.7%,弯曲强度为27.61 MPa,维氏硬度为13.45GPa。石墨烯通过位阻效应及裂纹偏转机制有效促进了烧结致密化并改善了力学性能。本研究为光固化增材制造高致密、高性能氧化铝陶瓷提供了试验依据。 展开更多

以Al(NO3)3·9H2O和尿素为原料,采用微波水热–焙烧法制备了稀土离子Tb3+掺杂的Al2O3基发光材料。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、同步热分析仪(TG-DSC)、荧光光谱仪(FS)和Chromaticity Diagram等对产物的结构、形貌... 以Al(NO3)3·9H2O和尿素为原料,采用微波水热–焙烧法制备了稀土离子Tb3+掺杂的Al2O3基发光材料。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、同步热分析仪(TG-DSC)、荧光光谱仪(FS)和Chromaticity Diagram等对产物的结构、形貌、发光性能和CIE色度进行分析和表征。结果表明,在180℃下微波水热30 min,可制备出结晶良好的叶片状勃姆石。勃姆石经不同温度的焙烧,由γ-Al2O3向δ-Al2O3转变,焙烧后的样品形貌基本保留前驱体的形貌。掺杂Al2O3基发光材料的发光来自Tb3+的5D4→7Fj (j = 3, 4, 5, 6)能级跃迁发射,发光强度随焙烧温度的提高趋于增强,CIE色度随焙烧温度变化不明显,呈绿色。 展开更多

The ineluctable introduction of lithium salt to polymer solid-state electrolytes incurs a compromise between strength,ionic conductivity,and thickness.Here,we propose Al2O3-coated polyimide(AO/PI)porous film as a high-strength substrate to support fast-ion-conducting polymer-in-salt(PIS)solid-state electrolytes,aiming to suppress lithium dendrite growth and improve full-cell performance.The Al2O3coating layer not only refines the wettability of polyimide porous film to PIS,but also performs as a high modulus protective layer to suppress the growth of lithium dendrites.The resulting PI/AO@PIS exhibits a small thickness of only 35μm with an outstanding tensile strength of 11.3 MPa and Young's modulus of 537.6 MPa.In addition,the PI/AO@PIS delivers a high ionic conductivity of 0.1 m S/cm at 25°C.As a result,the PI/AO@PIS enables symmetric Li cells to achieve exceptional cyclability for over 1000 h at 0.1 m A/cm2without noticeable lithium dendrite formation.Moreover,the PI/AO@PIS-based LiFePO4||Li full cells demonstrate outstanding rate performance(125.7 m Ah/g at 5 C)and impressive cycling stability(96.1%capacity retention at 1 C after 200 cycles).This work highlights the efficacy of enhancing the mechanical properties of polymer matrices and extending cell performance through the incorporation of a dense inorganic interface layer. 展开更多

Results show that the reaction kinetics is influenced remarkably by the reaction temperature, reaction time and the quantity of SiO 2.The morphologies of Al 2O 3 have different features,depending on the reaction temperature.The composite has equiaxed Al 2O 3 grains when materials reacted below 1200℃,and the composite is composed of a large number of fine Al 2O 3 grains and aluminum.The composite has a frame shaped Al 2O 3 microstructure at the reaction temperature of above 1250℃. 展开更多

The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability of Ba 3Zn Z Co 2 Z Fe 24 O 41 /SiO 2 microcrystalline glass ceramics were measured in the range of 0.16.0 GHz by transmissioneflection coaxial line method. The natural resonance phenomenon was observed in μ ″ spectra for all the Ba 3Zn Z Co 2 Z Fe 24 O 41 /SiO 2 microcrystalline glass ceramics, which was closely affected by the substitution of Zn 2+ ion. 展开更多

The deactivation of Ni/SiO2-Al2 O3 catalyst in hydrogenation of crude 1,4-butanediol was investigated.During the operation time of 2140 h,the catalyst showed slow activity decay.Characterization results,for four spent catalysts used at different time,indicated that the main reason of the catalyst deactivation was the deposition of carbonaceous species that covered the active Ni and blocked mesopores of the catalyst.The TPO and SEM measurements revealed that the carbonaceous species included both oligomeric and polymeric species with high C/H ratio and showed sheet.Such carbonaceous species might be eliminated through either direct H2 reduction or the combined oxidation-reduction methodologies. 展开更多

Ceramic coatings were prepared on AZ91 D Mg alloy by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in aluminate electrolytes, with Al2O3 nano-additive suspending at different concentrations. Effects of nano-additive concentration on the structure, phase composition, hardness and anti-corrosion property of the MAO coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, micro-hardness test and electrochemical method, respectively. The results revealed that Al2O3 nano-particles were mostly incorporated into ceramic coating chemically, transferred into MgAl2O4, rather than being trapped mechanically during MAO process. With the increase of Al2O3 concentration, the voltage-time response, content of MgAl2O4, hardness and anti-corrosion property increased. However, when the concentration varied from 10 g/L to 15 g/L, these behaviors and properties changed only a little. This result indicated that, after the concentration of Al2O3 nano-additive reaching 10 g/L, the incorporation of Al2O3 nano-particles turned into a saturation state, due to the complex process during MAO treatment. Therefore, 10 g/L might be a proper concentration for MAO coating to incorporate Al2O3 nano-particles, 展开更多

A ternary composite of TiO2 and a SiO2-Al2O3 aerogel with good photocatalytic activity was prepared by a simple sol-gel method with TiO2 nanoparticles and SiO2-Al2O3 aerogels derived from industrial fly ash.The structural features of the TiO2/SiO2-Al2O3 aerogel composite were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,gas adsorption measurements and diffuse reflectance UV-visible spectroscopy.The optimal conditions for photocatalytic degradation of 2-sec-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol(DNBP],included an initial DNBP concentration of 0.167 mmol/L at pH = 4.86 with a catalyst concentration of 6 g/L,under visible light irradiation for 5 h.A plausible mechanism is proposed for the photocatalytic degradation of DNBP.Our composite showed higher photocatalytic activity for DNBP degradation than that of pure TiO2.This indicates that this material can serve as an efficient photocatalyst for degradation of hazardous organic pollutants in wastewater. 展开更多

Deactivation mechanism of Cr-Al2O3catalyst and the interaction of Cr-A1 in the dehydrogenation of isobutane, as well as the nature of the catalytic active center, were studied using XRD, SEM, XPS, H2-TPR, isobutane-TPR and TPO techniques. The results revealed that the deactivation of Cr-Al2O3 catalyst was mainly caused by carbon deposition on its surface. The Cr3+ ion could not be reduced by hydrogen but could be reduced to Cr2+ by hydrocarbons and monoxide carbon. The active center for isobutane dehydrogenation could be Cr2+/Cr3+ produced from Cr6+ by the on line reduction of hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide. In this study,the Cr2O3/C@TiO2 composite was synthesized via the calcination of yolk–shell MIL-101@TiO2.The composite presented core–shell structure,where Cr-doped TiO2 and Cr2O3/C were the shell and core,respectively.The introduction of Cr^3+and Cr2O3/C,which were derived from the calcination of MIL-101,in the composite enhanced its visible light absorbing ability and lowered the recombination rate of the photogenerated electrons and holes.The large surface area of the Cr2O3/C@TiO2 composite provided numerous active sites for the photoreduction reaction.Consequently,the photocatalytic performance of the composite for the production of H2 was better than that of pure TiO2.Under the irradiation of a 300 W Xe arc lamp,the H2 production rate of the Cr2O3/C@TiO2 composite that was calcined at 500°C was 446μmol h−1 g−1,which was approximately four times higher than that of pristine TiO2 nanoparticles.Moreover,the composite exhibited the high H2 production rate of 25.5μmol h−1 g−1 under visible light irradiation(λ>420 nm).The high photocatalytic performance of Cr2O3/C@TiO2 could be attributed to its wide visible light photoresponse range and efficient separation of photogenerated electrons and holes.This paper offers some insights into the design of a novel efficient photocatalyst for water-splitting applications. 展开更多

The commonly-employed material for thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)is 7 wt.%Y2O3 ZrO2(7YSZ),generally deposited by electron beam-physical vapor deposition(EB-PVD).Due to the increasing demand for higher operating temperature in aero-derivative gas turbines,a lot of effort has been made to prevent the premature failure of columnar 7YSZ TBCs,which is induced by the microstructure degradation,sintering and spallation after the deposition of infiltrated siliceous mineral(consisting of calcium magnesium aluminum silicate(CaO MgO Al2O3 SiO2,i.e.,CMAS)).A new method called Al-modification for columnar 7YSZ TBCs against CMAS corrosion was present.The Al film was magnetron-sputtered on the surface of the columnar 7YSZ TBCs,followed by performing vacuum heat treatment of the Al-deposited TBCs.During the heat treatment,the molten Al reacted with ZrO2 to formα-Al2O3 overlay that effectively hindered CMAS infiltration.Moreover,the Al film could evaporate and re-nucleate,leading to the generation of Al2O3 nanowires,which further restrained the moving of molten CMAS. 展开更多

The conventional Al2O3-13 wt. % TiO2 composite ceramic coatings are fabricated by plasma spraying on the surface of extrusion wheel. The microstrueture, morphology and phase compositions of the substrate and coat- ing are investigated by using X-ray diffractometry (XRD) , scanning electron microsopy (SEM) and energy dis- persive spectroscopy (EDS). Moreover, the microhardness of the substrate and the coating are investigated using Vickers mierohardness tester, the friction and wear behaviors of the substrate and the coating are investigated by using a block-on-ring tribometer under dry sliding conditions with the load of 245 N. The results show that both γ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 phases are observed in the as-sprayed coatings, the mian phase is γ-Al2O3. There are white particulates Al2O3 on its surface. The Al2O3-13 wt. % TiO2 coating possesses higher mierohardness which is about 1018HV and 1.6 times that of the substrate. The wear performance of coating is better than that of the substrate. In a practical application, the life of the extrusion wheel which is plasma sprayed Al2O3-13 wt. % TiO2 coating on the surface is 1.2 times that of the conventional extrusion wheel, and the life is about 330 h. 展开更多

A method to extract inclusion particles from solid steel by electrolysis with organic electrolyte solution was introduced; meanwhile, thermodynamics of inclusion formation was calculated using FaetSage software. The results showed that there were two kinds of inclusions in the billet, i.e. Al2O3-MnO-SiO2-MnS (AMS-MnS) and Al2O3- MnO-SiO2 (AMS). Most of AMS-MnS inclusion particles, with diameter of 10--30 μm, showed three-layer structures: SiO2-rich core with a small quantity of Mn, intermediate AMS layer, and MnS outer layer containing small quanti- ties of A1 and O. Most AMS inclusion particles were 50--90 μm and exhibited homogeneous composition. Thermo- dynamic results indicated that SiO2-rich core could form firstly by Si reacting with O in molten steel at temperatures above 1 923 K during Si-Fe alloy addition, and then, the SiO2-rich core could react with Mn and Al to form liquid AMS enveloping the SiO2 rich core at 1823- 1873 K. MnS began to precipitate from AMS when temperature reached 1 728 K. Liquid AMS could form by coupled reaction among Si, Mn, Al and O in molten steel. 展开更多
