Each player approximates its optimal control policy using a single-network approximate dynamic programming(ADP) where only one critic neural network(NN) is employed instead of typical actorcritic structure composed of two NNs. The proposed distributed weight tuning laws for critic NNs guarantee stability in the sense of uniform ultimate boundedness(UUB) and convergence of control policies to the Nash equilibrium. In this paper, by introducing novel distributed local operators in weight tuning laws, there is no more requirement for initial stabilizing control policies. Furthermore, the overall closed-loop system stability is guaranteed by Lyapunov stability analysis. Finally, Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.展开更多

To predict it more efficiently for electrically large targets, a new method based on graphical electromagnetic computing (GRECO) is proposed. With the benefit of the graphic card, the GRECO prediction method is faster and more accurate than other methods. The proposed method at the first time considers the special case that the targets cannot be completely covered by radar beams, which makes the prediction of radar tracking errors more self-contained in practical circumstances. On the other hand, the process of the scattering center extraction is omitted, resulting in possible angular glint prediction in real time. Comparisons between the simulation results and the theoretical ones validate its correctness and value to academic research and engineering applications.展开更多

摘要The rapid expansion of offshore wind energy necessitates robust and cost-effective electrical collector system(ECS)designs that prioritize lifetime operational reliability.Traditional optimization approaches often simplify reliability considerations or fail to holistically integrate them with economic and technical constraints. This paper introduces a novel,two-stage optimization framework for offshore wind farm(OWF)ECS planning that systematically incorporates reliability. The first stage employs Mixed-Integer Linear Programming(MILP)to determine an optimal radial network topology, considering linearized reliability approximations and geographical constraints. The second stage enhances this design by strategically placing tie-lines using a Mixed-Integer Quadratically Constrained Program(MIQCP).This stage leverages a dynamic-aware adaptation of Multi-Source Multi-Terminal Network Reliability(MSMT-NR)assessment,with its inherent nonlinear equations successfully transformed into a solvable MIQCP form for loopy networks.A benchmark case study demonstrates the framework’s efficacy, illustrating how increasing the emphasis on reliability leads to more distributed and interconnected network topologies, effectively balancing investment costs against enhanced system resilience.

摘要Authentication is the most crucial aspect of security and a predominant measure employed in cybersecurity.Cloud computing provides a shared electronic device resource for users via the internet, and the authentication techniques used must protect data from attacks.Previous approaches failed to resolve the challenge of making passwords secure, memorable, usable, and time-saving.Graphical Password(GP)is still not widely utilized in reality because consumers suffer from multiple login stages. This paper proposes an Indexed Choice-Based Graphical Password(ICGP)scheme for improving the authentication part.ICGP consists of two stages:registration and authentication. At the registration stage, the user registers his/her data user name a number called Index Number(IN),and chooses an image from a grid of images. After completing the registration,ICGP gives the user a random unique number(UNo)to be a user ID.At the authentication stage, the user chooses a different image from the grid based on the random appearance of the registered image dimensions on the grid plus the registered Index Number.ICGP password is a combination of three factors;user’s name,UNo,and any image.According to the experiments, the proposed ICGP has achieved great improvements when compared to prior methods. The ICGP has increased the possible password numbers from 9.77e+6 to 3.74e+30,the password space from 1.20e+34 to 1.37e+84,and decreased the password entropy from 7.16e−7 to 8.26e−30.

摘要In this review, five graphical user interfaces(GUIs)used in radiation therapy practices and researches are introduced. They are:(1)the treatment time calculator,superficialx-ray treatment time calculator(SUPCALC)used in the superficial X-ray radiation therapy;(2)the monitor unit calculator, electron monitor unit calculator(EMUC)used in the electron radiation therapy;(3)the multileaf collimator machine file creator, sliding window intensity modulated radiotherapy(SWIMRT)used in generating fluence map for research and quality assurance in intensity modulated radiation therapy;(4)the treatment planning system,DOSCTP used in the calculation of 3D dose distribution using Monte Carlo simulation;and(5)the monitor unit calculator, photon beam monitor unit calculator(PMUC)used in photon beam radiation therapy. One common issue of these GUIs is that all user-friendly interfaces are linked to complex formulas and algorithms based on various theories, which do not have to be understood and noted by the user.In that case, user only needs to input the required information with help from graphical elements in order to produce desired results.SUPCALC is a superficial radiation treatment time calculator using the GUI technique to provide a convenient way for radiation therapist to calculate the treatment time, and keep a record for the skin cancer patient.EMUC is an electron monitor unit calculator for electron radiation therapy.Instead of doing hand calculation according to pre-determined dosimetric tables, clinical user needs only to input the required drawing of electron field in computer graphical file format, prescription dose, and beam parameters to EMUC to calculate the required monitor unit for the electron beam treatment.EMUC is based on a semi-experimental theory of sector-integration algorithm.SWIMRT is a multileaf collimator machine file creator to generate a fluence map produced by a medical linear accelerator. This machine file controls the multileaf collimator to deliver intensity modulated beams for a specific fluence map used in quality assurance or research.DOSCTP is a treatment planning system using the computed tomography images.Radiation beams(photon or electron)with different energies and field sizes produced by a linear accelerator can be placed in different positions to irradiate the tumour in the patient.DOSCTP is linked to a Monte Carlo simulation engine using the EGSnrc-based code,so that 3D dose distribution canbe determined accurately for radiation therapy. Moreover,DOSCTP can be used for treatment planning of patient or small animal.PMUC is a GUI for calculation of the monitor unit based on the prescription dose of patient in photon beam radiation therapy. The calculation is based on dose corrections in changes of photon beam energy, treatment depth, field size, jaw position, beam axis, treatment distance and beam modifiers. All GUIs mentioned in this review were written either by the Microsoft Visual Basic.net or a MATLAB GUI development tool called GUIDE.In addition, all GUIs were verified and tested using measurements to ensure their accuracies were up to clinical acceptable levels for implementations.

摘要Graphical models are wildly used to describe conditional dependence relationships among interacting random variables.Among statistical inference problems of a graphical model, one particular interest is utilizing its interaction structure to reduce model complexity. As an important approach to utilizing structural information, decomposition allows a statistical inference problem to be divided into some sub-problems with lower complexities. In this paper,to investigate decomposition of covariate-dependent graphical models,we propose some useful definitions of decomposition of covariate-dependent graphical models with categorical data in the form of contingency tables.Based on such a decomposition,a covariate-dependent graphical model can be split into some sub-models,and the maximum likelihood estimation of this model can be factorized into the maximum likelihood estimations of the sub-models.Moreover,some sufficient and necessary conditions of the proposed definitions of decomposition are studied.

摘要The angular glint in the near field plays an important role on radar tracking errors. Comparisons between the simulation results and the theoretical ones validate its correctness and value to academic research and engineering applications.

摘要A new approach for predicting forming limit curves(FLCs)at elevated temperatures was proposed herein.FLCs are often used to predict failure and determine the optimal forming parameters of automotive parts.First,a graphical method based on a modified maximum force criterion was applied to estimate the FLCs of 22MnB5 boron steel sheets at room temperature using various hardening laws.Subsequently, the predicted FLC data at room temperature were compared with corresponding data obtained from Nakazima's tests to obtain the best prediction. To estimate the FLC at elevated temperatures, tensile tests were conducted at various temperatures to determine the ratios of equivalent fracture strains between the corresponding elevated temperatures and room temperature.FLCs at elevated temperatures could be established based on obtained ratios. However, the predicted FLCs at elevated temperatures did not agree well with the corresponding FLC experimental data of Zhou et al.A new method was proposed herein to improve the prediction of FLCs at elevated temperatures. An FLC calculated at room tem-perature was utilized to predict the failure of Nakazima's samples via finite element simulation.Based on the simulation results at room temperature, the mathematical relationships between the equivalent ductile fracture strain versus stress triaxiality and strain ratio were established and then combined with ratios between elevated and room temperatures to calculate the FLCs at different temperatures. The predicted FLCs at elevated temperatures agree well with the corresponding experimental FLC data.

摘要Radiation-induced acoustic computed tomography(RACT)is an evolving biomedical imaging modality that aims to reconstruct the radiation energy deposition in tissues.Traditional backprojection(BP)reconstructions carry noisy and limited-view artifacts.Model-based algorithms have been demonstrated to overcome the drawbacks of BPs.However,model-based algorithms are relatively more complex to develop and computationally demanding.Furthermore, while a plethora of novel algorithms has been developed over the past decade, most of these algorithms are either not accessible, readily available,or hard to implement for researchers who are not well versed in programming. We developed a user-friendly MATLAB-based graphical user interface(GUI;RACT2D)that facilitates back-projection and model-based image reconstructions for twodimensional RACT problems. We included numerical and experimental X-ray-induced acoustic datasets to demonstrate the capabilities of the GUI.The developed algorithms support parallel computing for evaluating reconstructions using the cores of the computer, thus further accelerating the reconstruction speed. We also share the MATLAB-based codes for evaluating RACT reconstructions, which users with MATLAB programming expertise can further modify to suit their needs. The shared GUI and codes can be of interest to researchers across the globe and assist them in e±cient evaluation of improved RACT reconstructions.

摘要We present a family of graphical representations for the O(N)spin model, where N≥1 represents the spin dimension, and N=1,2,3 corresponds to the Ising,XY and Heisenberg models, respectively. With an integer parameter 0≤ℓ≤N/2,each configuration is the coupling of ℓ copies of subgraphs consisting of directed flows and N−2ℓ copies of subgraphs constructed by undirected loops, which we call the XY and Ising subgraphs, respectively. On each lattice site, the XY subgraphs satisfy the Kirchhoff flow-conservation law and the Ising subgraphs obey the Eulerian bond condition. Then,we formulate worm-type algorithms and simulate the O(N)model on the simple-cubic lattice for N from 2 to 6 at all possibleℓ.It is observed that the worm algorithm has much higher efficiency than the Metropolis method, and, for a given N,the efficiency is an increasing function ofℓ.Besides Monte Carlo simulations,we expect that these graphical representations would provide a convenient basis for the study of the O(N)spin model by other state-of-the-art methods like the tensor network renormalization.

摘要In the technique of video multi-target tracking, the common particle filter can not deal well with uncertain relations among multiple targets. To solve this problem, many researchers use data association method to reduce the multi-target uncertainty. However, the traditional data association method is difficult to track accurately when the target is occluded. To remove the occlusion in the video, combined with the theory of data association, this paper adopts the probabilistic graphical model for multi-target modeling and analysis of the targets relationship in the particle filter framework.Ex-perimental results show that the proposed algorithm can solve the occlusion problem better compared with the traditional algorithm.

摘要Most remote systems require user authentication to access resources.Text-based passwords are still widely used as a standard method of user authentication.Although conventional text-based passwords are rather hard to remember, users often write their passwords down in order to compromise security. One of the most complex challenges users may face is posting sensitive data on external data centers that are accessible to others and do not be controlled directly by users.Graphical user authentication methods have recently been proposed to verify the user identity. However, the fundamental limitation of a graphi-cal password is that it must have a colorful and rich image to provide an adequate password space to maintain security, and when the user clicks and inputs a pass-word between two possible grids, the fault tolerance is adjusted to avoid this situation. This paper proposes an enhanced graphical authentication scheme, which comprises benefits over both recognition and recall-based graphical techniques besides image steganography. The combination of graphical authentication and steganography technologies reduces the amount of sensitive data shared between users and service providers and improves the security of user accounts. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, peak signal-to-noise ratio and mean squared error parameters have been used.
