The Role of Grid Informatization in Mitigating Environmental Impacts:A Global Perspective on Smart Grid Applications 认领 引用

The informatization of the grid,i.e.,the incorporation of sensing,communications,data platforms,analytics,and automation in the running of power systems,has turned out to be a vital facilitator of environmental mitiga... The informatization of the grid,i.e.,the incorporation of sensing,communications,data platforms,analytics,and automation in the running of power systems,has turned out to be a vital facilitator of environmental mitigation as power systems increasingly take up larger proportions of variable renewables,distributed energy resources(DERs),and electrified end uses.The review summarizes the worldwide evidence related to the ability of informatization-based smart grid applications to lower the environmental impact in six pathways,namely efficiency improvement,flexibility activation,renewable integration,DER coordination,electrification management,and resilience enhancement.Across regions,the most consistently reported benefits arise from reducing waste and improving operational control,including loss reduction,volt/VAR optimization,conservation voltage reduction,and distribution automation,particularly in systems with high baseline losses or frequent outages.Demand response,dynamic pricing,and managed electric vehicle(EV)charging can further lower emissions when they displace high-emitting marginal generation or align consumption with time-varying low-carbon supply;however,outcomes are highly sensitive to marginal emissions profiles and accounting methods.In highrenewable systems,forecasting,congestion management,and curtailment reduction emerge as high-leverage mechanisms,while distributed energy resource management systems/virtual power plant(DERMS/VPP)-enabled coordination can expand hosting capacity and substitute distributed flexibility for carbon-intensive balancing,contingent on interoperability and constraint-aware control.The review also highlights trade-offs that shape net benefits,including embodied impacts and e-waste from digital hardware,information and communication technologies(ICT)energy use,rebound and equity effects,and cyber-physical risks.We conclude with governance and research priorities for verifiable,secure,and lifecyclesustainable informatization. 展开更多

According to the strategic objective of developing public tertiary hospitals as leaders in building a strong society,this research investigates new reform approaches for the financial management of public hospitals under the background of informatization.It deals with important issues like the insufficiency of system functions,data isolation,complicated operations,lack of risk management techniques and inaccurate cost control.A novel idea of‘intelligent financial management’is put forward,which recommends the combination of advanced information technologies,including big data,artificial intelligence,deep learning,and blockchain,to accomplish complete automation,intelligent upgrading,and improved decision-making abilities.Considering the particular socio-economic and medical conditions of public hospitals,the research uses a multi-faceted and interdisciplinary method,integrating case studies,data mining,and predictive modelling.The main objectives are the reformation of financial procedures,innovative financial risk management and optimized cost control with resource allocation.Furthermore,it discusses the major obstacles such as data integration with privacy protection,enhancement of personnel competence and system compatibility during the continuous reform.Corresponding countermeasures are suggested,such as technology integration,establishment of risk assessment models,deployment of decision support tools,and formation of an ongoing improvement system.The results are intended to offer theoretical assistance and practical guidance for the modernization of public hospital financial management in both public hospitals and throughout the country,thus contributing to the advancement of high-quality and sustainable development of the public health system. 展开更多

With the rapid development of new-generation information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, ecological environmental protection is undergoing profound changes. This paper discusses the connotation, current situation, challenges, and implementation paths of informatization construction of ecological environmental protection in the era of big data. Firstly, it analyzes the application value of big data technology in environmental monitoring, pollution source supervision, ecological assessment, emergency management, and other fields. Secondly, it sorts out the main progress and prominent problems of China’s ecological environment informatization construction. Then, it puts forward a systematic construction framework from four dimensions: data collection, platform construction, analysis and application, and institutional guarantee. Finally, it prospects the future trend of big data-driven ecological environmental governance. In the information age,the movement of livelihood factors between urban and rural areas,particularly involving farmers in rural tourism destinations,has stimulated the spatial revitalization and functional renewal of these destinations,thereby facilitating the advancement of rural revitalization.The examination of livelihood strategy selection among farmers in rural tourist destinations during the information age is a critical scientific inquiry for the sustainable development of rural tourism.This research holds substantial significance for enhancing the livelihood capabilities of farmers and contributing to the revitalization of rural industries.This study utilizes Xijiang Miao Village as a case study to conduct an in-depth analysis of farmers’livelihood strategy selection through the application of the entropy evaluation method and the binary logistic regression model.The findings indicate that the robust development of rural tourism has led to significant alterations in the original composition of livelihood capital in tourist destinations.Currently,four distinct types of livelihoods have been identified:agricultural-based,migrantwork-oriented,tourism-specialized,and tourism-supplemented.Due to the uneven distribution of livelihood capital,the predominant livelihood modes for farmers in rural tourism destinations remain the agricultural-based and tourism-supplemented types.Human capital and economic capital are the primary factors influencing the strategic choices made by farmers.In this context,a livelihood selection strategy for farmers in rural tourist destinations,specifically in Xijiang Miao Village,is proposed,taking into account the background of rural informatization. 展开更多

The coordinated development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization（hereinafter referred to as ＂Sihua＂） is not only a practical need but an important strategic direction of integrating urban-rural development and regional development in recent China, and it also provides a significant perspective for identifying problem regions and regional problems so as to improve the regional policies. This study mainly aims to： firstly, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system so as to explore the spatial pattern of coordinated development of Sihua in China at prefecture level; secondly, to develop an evaluation criteria system to identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of coordinated development of Sihua. This paper comes first in the scientific community to evaluate the coordinated development state of Sihua in China at prefecture level and identify the problem regions and regional problems from the perspective of Sihua development by quantitative analysis. Using innovative information means to form the digital management sys- tem of rural residential land is the key point to solve the difficult and hot issues in rural residential land management. In view of the diversity, large quantity, and preservation with paper of rural residential land data, a new method for automatic cutting and classification of digital images based on the image data source and us- ing the image processing algorithm and Python programming was proposed in order to achieve rapid and accurate collection and digital storage of rural residential land cadastral data. Using this method, digital image automatic cutting and classification were realized, and the efficiency and accuracy of this method was validated by comparing with the non-support free shooting method and manual image process- ing. The experimental results showed that the efficiency of the data acquisition of the fixed shooting method was 4.24 times of that of the non-support free shooting method with the accuracy rate increasing by 7.1%, and the efficiency of automatic image processing was 35 times of that of manual processing. Based on rapid and accuracy data acquisition, this method realized the automatic processing of digital images, which provided a reference for the research of informatization technology of the whole rural residential land data and has the value of popularization and appli- cation. 展开更多

Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems. 展开更多

[Result] With strengthening of information awareness, information demands in rural areas in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone change as follows： Information demand car- rier changes from traditional media to modern media; demand on information content changes from one-way to diversified one; demand of information service changes from one-way transmission to interaction and exchange. However, some problems still exist in informatization process, such as poor infrastructure, dispersed information resources, higher information expense and shortage of information-based talents. Hence, the countermeasures were proposed, as follows： Rational security systems should be established; financing should be as diversified as possible; informatization infrastructure should be reinforced; agricultural economic information and informatiza- tion service system should be established. Management accounting includes information collection, analysis, storage and transfer, as well as data processing and analysis, making information system essential. Thus, management accounting information system will be an indispensable tool for enterprise value management. In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2IT firstly classifies the teaching resources and elements in the unit of classroom sections,and designs the corresponding fine-grained templates and examples of teaching elements.Meanwhile,Rcm2IT divides students into different levels according to their previous classroom performance,and teaches students at different levels according to their aptitude.Finally,we implement the refined classroom management and assessment of students’learning process via our customized precise micro classroom platform(PMcP)based on the previous two stages.The designed PMcP can carry out real-time analysis and teaching evaluation,objectively and accurately measure and feedback the students’learning results,further iteratively optimize the teaching objectives.The course practice in“digital image processing”shows that Rcm2IT can not only support teachers to dynamically adjust the teaching content,but also teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching quality and efficiency. 展开更多
