The n-SiO2/Ni composite electro-brush plating coating was prepared on the 1045 steel substrate. SEM and TEM were utilized to analyze the surface and cross-section morphologies or the microstructures of the composite coating before and after heat treatment, as well as a micro-hardness tester was used to measure the micro-hardness before and after heat treatment. The results show that the entrance of nano SiO2 particles into composite coating makes the micro-hardness higher. After heat treatment, due to the obstruction to growth of Ni crystals from nano particles, the composite coating still possesses a higher micro-hardness than that of common Ni-base coating. 展开更多

采用在基础Ni-P镀液中直接加入溶胶SiO_2的新形式,结合溶胶-凝胶法和化学镀方法,于45钢基材表面成功制备了均匀的复合Ni-P-SiO_2镀层,对比研究了复合镀层与基础Ni-P镀层的显微组织结构、耐磨及耐腐蚀性。结果表明,加入溶胶SiO_2所制备... 采用在基础Ni-P镀液中直接加入溶胶SiO_2的新形式,结合溶胶-凝胶法和化学镀方法,于45钢基材表面成功制备了均匀的复合Ni-P-SiO_2镀层,对比研究了复合镀层与基础Ni-P镀层的显微组织结构、耐磨及耐腐蚀性。结果表明,加入溶胶SiO_2所制备的复合镀层较Ni-P镀层具有更加均匀、致密的显微形貌。当SiO_2溶胶加入量为2.1×10-3 mol/L、煅烧温度为400℃时,复合镀层具有最高显微硬度值668.54 HV0.025,最低摩擦系数0.279,最正腐蚀电位-0.449 7 V及最小腐蚀电流0.632 7×10-6 A·cm-2。说明以该方法所制备的复合Ni-P-SiO_2镀层具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能,节省SiO_2原料用量,且不需要额外加入分散剂与稳定剂,减少长时间搅拌的能耗,对实际工业生产大有裨益。 展开更多

A composite coating with inner and outer layers was prepared for the thermal protection of woven silica fiber fabrics.Using a sol mixture of a silica sol and AlF3/SiO2 particles mixed in the stoichiometric molar ratio for mullite,hollow silica spheres and short mullite fibers were added to the inner layer and outer layer,respectively.The phase composition and thermal evolution of the coating,along with the interfacial microstructure between the coating and the matrix,were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetryhermogravimetry,scanning electron microscopy,and tensile strength testing.Mullite whiskers grew between 950°C and 1200°C and helped prevent thermal cracking during the drying and densification processes.The hollow silica spheres might play dual roles,weakening the adhesion between the coating and the fibers by reducing their direct contact,but strengthening the joining between the coating and substrate by embedding themselves among the fabrics. 展开更多
