The composition and quantity of amino acids influence the protein content and nutritional value of soybeans and also have an important impact upon soybean quality.After integrating and proofreading 140 original QTLs associated with amino acid contentfrom soybase(http://gffzz552cfbda57654a65hn5qpxbk9u05o6nou.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/),138 QTLs were further analyzed to determine high-confidence QTL regions.Meta-analysis was first carried out using the Bio Mercator ver.2.1 software,yielding 33 consensus QTLs.The consensus QTL confidence intervals(CIs)ranged from 0.07 to 19.85 Mb.Next,the overview method was used to optimize the CIs,and 57"real"QTLs were mapped.Candidate genes in the consensus QTL regions were obtained from Phytozome and were annotated using the Gene Ontology(GO),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG),Swissprot,and gene annotation databases.Finally,16 unpublished candidate genes controlling the content of five types of amino acids were identified with Blast.These results laid the foundation for fine mapping of soybean amino acid-related QTLs and marker-assisted selection. 展开更多

This paper deals with a multidimensional examination of the infrastructural, technicalechnological, operational, economic, social, and environmental performances of high-speed rail (HSR) systems, including their overview, analysis of some real-life cases, and limited (analytical) modeling. The infrastructural performances reflect design and geometrical characteristics of the HSR lines and stations. The technicalechnological performances relate to the characteristics of rolling stock, i.e., high-speed trains, and supportive facilities and equipment, i.e., the power supply, signaling, and traffic control and management system(s). The operational performances include the capacity and productivity of HSR lines and rolling stock, and quality of services. The economic per- formances refer to the HSR systems' costs, revenues, and their relationship. The social performances relate to the impacts of HSR systems on the society such as congestion, noise, and safety, and their externalities, and the effects in terms of contribution to the local and global/country social- economic development. Finally, the environmental performances of the HSR systems reflect their energy consumption and related emissions of green house gases, land use, and corresponding externalities. 展开更多

In the process of chemical production, chemical process piping is the key content and the main medium of material transmission. In chemical production, many materials have certain corrosiveness and danger, which have very strict requirements on chemical process piping. The design effect of piping system is related to the production efficiency and operation safety of chemical enterprises. Therefore, continuous optimization of chemical process piping design is needed to build a high-quality chemical process piping system, extend the service life of piping, and further promote the steady progress in the chemical field.
