In this paper,we aim to unlock the potential of intelligent reflecting surfaces(IRSs)in cognitive internet of things(loT).Considering that the secondary IoT devices send messages to the secondary access point(SAP)by sharing the spectrum with the primary network,the interference is introduced by the IoT devices to the primary access point(PAP)which profits from the IoT devices by pricing the interference power charged by them.A practical path loss model is adopted such that the IRSs deployed between the IoT devices and SAP serve as diffuse scatterers,but each reflected signal can be aligned with its own desired direction.Moreover,two transmission policies of the secondary network are investigated without/with a successive interference cancellation(SIC)technique.The signal-to-interference plus noise ratio(SINR)balancing is considered to overcome the nearfar effect of the IoT devices so as to allocate the resource fairly among them.We propose a Stackelberg game strategy to characterize the interaction between primary and secondary networks.For the proposed game,the Stackelberg equilibrium is analytically derived to optimally obtain the closed-form solution of the power allocation and interference pricing.Numerical results are demonstrated to validate the performance of the theoretical derivations. 展开更多

In response to prevalent issues in current etiquette classroom instruction in secondary vocational schools,such as vague teaching objectives,a singular evaluation approach,and low student engagement,this study employs the concept of“alignment among teaching,learning,and assessment”as its theoretical foundation.It thoroughly integrates the cognitive characteristics of secondary vocational students with the inherent practical demands of etiquette courses to systematically explore practical pathways for enhancing teaching effectiveness.The study constructed a trinity strategy framework of“precise goal positioning,matching activity design,and diversified dynamic evaluation.”Through key measures such as the meticulous breakdown of vocational scenario-based goals,the innovative creation of real-world situational activities,and the establishment of a multi-subject process evaluation system,it effectively promotes the deep integration and organic unity of the teaching,learning,and evaluation processes.Teaching practice has fully demonstrated that this approach can significantly stimulate students’intrinsic motivation for learning,effectively enhance their etiquette literacy and situational practical abilities,and provide solid teaching support for cultivating high-quality skilled talents that meet the demands of modern industries. 展开更多

The construction of a modernized rural area with harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature encounters the structural imbalance of the governing body,the overall insufficient capacity,and the complex rural natural environment,production environment and human living environment,etc.,so integrating“systemic thinking”into this relationship and exploring the promotion path of rural ecological revitalization is a way to promote the sustainable use and management of the elements of the practice of rural ecological revitalization and fill the gaps in the existing research.It is found from the study that:(1)The key to adhering to the system concept as a theoretical framework for analyzing rural ecological revitalization lies in grasping the intrinsic law of rural ecosystems and upholding the system engineering thinking to coordinate the two basic points of ecological and economic development.(2)The theoretical logic of systems thinking to promote rural ecological revitalization is embodied in four dimensions:wholeness of concept,globality of field,cooperativity of action and integration of approach.It is planned at the level of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature;adheres to the integration of production,life and ecology;builds a multifaceted and cooperative eco-governance structure;and integrates resources such as culture,systems and technology for guarantee.(3)The promotion path of rural ecological revitalization under the perspective of system concept,namely,to enhance the rural natural resources environment with the concept of community of life of mountains,water,forests,croplands,lakes,grasses and sands to promote the restoration of production and environmental protection and to improve the quality of life;to improve the institutional system,to strengthen the operation of villages,and to make up for the“shortage”of the integrated ecological environmental protection and governance system;and to achieve sustainable socio-economic development and the protection of ecological environment through the cultivation of industries and the extension of industrial chains and highlighting the cultural connotation.The research in this paper provides theoretical and practical inspirations for the systematic promotion of green and sustainable development of rural ecological revitalization. 展开更多
