Control groups have consisted of 100 male and 100 female local students of the same age, residing in the Osh city and region. Anthropometry is determined by 50 indicators, such as bio-impedance analysis of body composition, functional tests with exercise, and breathe holding. In addition, the girls underwent an assessment of sexual development according to Tyner. The psychological state was assessed using the Lüschers color test and Spielberger’s questionnaire. The features of anthropometric indicators for students from India are shown as a shorter length of the body, shoulder, and legs, greater waist coverage, an increase in the thickness of the skin folds of the abdomen, increased fat mass and delayed sexual development, anxiety, frequent and longer colds. Functional tests for breath holding and physical activity revealed less reserve capacity in foreign students. This requires the development of rehabilitation programs for foreign students, starting from the first year.展开更多

摘要BACKGROUND Ankle fractures, particularly trimalleolar fractures, represent some of the most severe lower extremity injuries and frequently require surgical intervention.Although open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)reliably restores joint stability and function, postoperative outcomes exhibit considerable variability among patients.Emerging evidence indicates that preoperative psychological status may affect surgical prognosis.Nonetheless, the specific effects of anxiety and depression on outcomes following ORIF for trimalleolar fractures remain poorly understood.AIM To assess the impact of mental and psychological states on surgical outcomes in patients undergoing ORIF for trimalleolar fractures.METHODS A total of 525 patients with trimalleolar fractures who underwent surgery at Xi’an Honghui Hospital(October 2018-December 2023)were included.Patients were divided into two groups based on preoperative anxiety or depression:Group A(with anxiety/depression)and group B(without).Outcomes were assessed using Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,Visual Analogue Scale,American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society Forefoot Score,EuroQol Five Dimensions Five Levels, and Central Sensitization Inventory.Spearman correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between psychological status and functional outcomes.RESULTS Of the 525 patients,467 completed the follow-up,yielding a follow-up rate of 88.95%.During the follow-up period, five patients developed postoperative limb swelling, and two patients experienced wound infections.Of the 467 patients,231(49.47%)had preoperative anxiety or depression symptoms.Postoperative assessment metrics showed marked improvement in both groups;however, the overall prognosis observed in group A remained inferior to that of group B.CONCLUSION ORIF for trimalleolar fractures effectively reduced pain, restored functional mobility, and improved patients’psychological well-being.Patients presenting with anxiety or depression before surgery tended to experience less favorable prognostic outcomes.
摘要BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)has become the third leading cancer with the third highest occurrence rate and the second highest death ratio globally. Its incidence and mortality rates have been increasing annually in recent years, posing a serious threat to global public health.Digestive endoscopy technology can not only be used for the diagnosis of CRC,but it can also be used in determining the depth of infiltration in early CRC.There are significant deficiencies in care measures in this area.METHODS A total of 120 CRC patients were randomly and equally divided into a control group and an observation group. The patients in the control group received basic routine nursing care, and the patients in the observation group received sys-tematic digestive endoscopy center nursing care. The patients'compliance and nursing satisfaction were observed and recorded,as well as the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores.RESULTS After care, the SAS and SDS scale scores of patients in both groups significantly decreased compared to before care(P<0.05).The VAS scale scores significantly increased for each group compared to before examination(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS and VAS scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05),and compliance and satisfaction of nursing care were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Digestive endoscopy center nursing can effectively intervene in and improve the psychological state and pain level of CRC patients, suggesting it is a valuable approach to adopt in the clinic.

摘要With the widespread application of artificial permanent pacemakers in clinical practice, there have been new changes in the indications for pacemaker implantation. The current clinical indications include high atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, cardiac resynchronization therapy for heart failure, and implantation of cardioverter defibrillators for ventricular arrhythmias. The implantation of a pacemaker can improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients with arrhythmia. In the past, permanent pacemaker implantation was performed in clinical practice, and the right ventricular pacing electrode was often fixed at the apex of the right ventricle, which belongs to non physiological pacing.Through long-term clinical follow-up,it was found that apex pacing can easily cause abnormal depolarization of the left ventricle, asynchronous contraction of the myocardium, and ultimately lead to myocardial fibrosis, which has adverse effects on the patient's cardiac function and psychological state. In recent years,Scholars have found that pacing in the right ventricular outflow tract septum is closer to the atrioventricular node and closer to the His bundle Purkinje fibers. The pacing impulse almost simultaneously expands towards both ventricles, closer to the physiological pacing state, thereby reducing the occurrence of cardiovascular events in patients. This article explores the impact of pacing in different parts of the heart on the cardiac function and psychological state of patients based on clinical data from the past three years.

Results: Significant differences were found in activation and arousal levels, but not in stability and comfort levels. Conclusion: The coordination exercise, Life Kinetik®, was found to be an exercise program with potential psychological benefits, as it could change women’s psychological condition to active and excited states.
摘要This article is investigating the comparative analysis of anatomical, physiological, and psycho-emotional adaptation indicators of 100 male and 100 female first-year students of the international medical faculty in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. This requires the development of rehabilitation programs for foreign students, starting from the first year.
