Underground pipeline networks constitute a major component of urban infrastructure,and thus,it is imperative to have an efficient mechanism to manage them.This study introduces a secondary development system to effici...Underground pipeline networks constitute a major component of urban infrastructure,and thus,it is imperative to have an efficient mechanism to manage them.This study introduces a secondary development system to efficiently model underground pipeline networks,using the building information modeling(BIM)-based software Revit.The system comprises separate pipe point and tubulation models.Using a Revit application programming interface(API),the spatial position and attribute data of the pipe points are extracted from a pipeline database,and the corresponding tubulation data are extracted from a tubulation database.Using the Family class in Revit API,the cluster in the self-built library of pipe point is inserted into the spatial location and the attribute data is added;in the same way,all pipeline instances in the pipeline system are created.The extension and localization of the model accelerated the modeling speed.The system was then used in a real construction project.The expansion of the model database and rapid modeling made the application of BIM technology in three-dimensional visualization of underground pipeline networks more convenient.Furthermore,it has applications in pipeline engineering construction and management.展开更多
VviAGL11,the Arabidopsis SEEDSTICK homolog,has been proposed to have a causative role in grapevine stenospermocarpy.An association between a mutation in the coding sequence(CDS)and the seedless phenotype was reported,...VviAGL11,the Arabidopsis SEEDSTICK homolog,has been proposed to have a causative role in grapevine stenospermocarpy.An association between a mutation in the coding sequence(CDS)and the seedless phenotype was reported,however,no working mechanisms have been demonstrated yet.We performed a deep investigation of the full VviAGL11 gene sequence in a collection of grapevine varieties belonging to several seedlessness classes that revealed three different promoter-CDS combinations.By investigating the expression of the three VviAGL11 alleles,and by evaluating their ability to activate the promoter region,we observed that VviAGL11 self-activates in a specific promoter-CDS combination manner.Furthermore,by transcriptomic analyses on ovule and developing seeds in seeded and seedless varieties and co-expression approaches,candidate VviAGL11 targets were identified and further validated through luciferase assay and in situ hybridization.We demonstrated that VviAGL11 Wild Type CDS activates Methyl jasmonate esterase and Indole-3-acetate beta-glucosyltransferase,both involved in hormone signaling and Isoflavone reductase,involved in secondary metabolism.The dominant-negative effect of the mutated CDS was also functionally ectopically validated in target induction.VviAGL11 was shown to co-localize with its targets in the outer seed coat integument,supporting its direct involvement in seed development,possibly by orchestrating the crosstalk among MeJA,auxin,and isoflavonoids synthesis.In conclusion,the VviAGL11 expression level depends on the promoter-CDS allelic combination,and this will likely affect its ability to activate important triggers of the seed coat development.The dominant-negative effect of the mutated VviAGL11 CDS on the target genes activation was molecularly validated.A new regulatory mechanism correlating VviAGL11 haplotype assortment and seedlessness class in grapevine is proposed.展开更多

However, the construction process of bucket foundations cannot be clearly observed and effectively controlled due to the special nature of sea environment. By using an advanced simulation development tool of Multigen Creator, the visual construction simulation program for the platform with bucket foundations was developed to set up the virtual reality system with interaction control and observation in every view angle based on the secondary development technology of Vega platform. The application results show that the method is feasible and effective by simulating the whole construction process for the platform with four bucket foundations.展开更多

[Method] F. occidentalis were evaluated after continuou...[Objective] The paper was to explore the chemical and molecular mechanisms of Frankliniella occidentalis, an important quarantine pest, against toxic substances. [Method] F. occidentalis were evaluated after continuous exposure to artificial diets containing nicotine from the 2^(nd) and the 3^(rd)instars for five generations, to determine the larval weight, pupal weight, and larval development duration. [Result] The larval development delayed and nicotine treatment significantly inhibited the weight gain of larvae. Compared to the control, the inhibition rates of larval weight and pupal weight were declined from 45% to 20% and from 25% to 4% respectively after feeding the 2^(nd)instars with nicotine for five generations.Nicotine delayed the larval growth and prolonged the generation duration of F. occidentalis. Nicotine showed more significant inhibitory effect on the lower instar larvae. With the increasing generations of secondary culture, the inhibitory effect of nicotine on larval weight and pupal weight was weakened. The developmental period of larvae was shortened, and the generation duration of F. occidentalis was shortened. [Conclusion] Nicotine affects the growth and development of F. occidentalis. F. occidentalis will gradually increase the adaptability to nicotine toxic substances after selfregulation for a few generations, and relieve the inhibitory effect of toxic substances.展开更多
After nearly 60 years of development,many old gasfields in the Sichuan Basin have come to middleelate development stages with low pressure and low yield,and some are even on the verge of abandonment,but there are plen...After nearly 60 years of development,many old gasfields in the Sichuan Basin have come to middleelate development stages with low pressure and low yield,and some are even on the verge of abandonment,but there are plenty remaining gas resources still undeveloped.Analysis shows that gasfields which have the conditions for the secondary development are faced with many difficulties.For example,it is difficult to produce low permeable reserves and to unset the hydraulic seal which is formed by active formation water.In this paper,therefore,the technical route and selection conditions of old gasfields for the secondary development were comprehensively elaborated with its definition as the beginning.Firstly,geological model forward modeling and production performance inversion characteristic curve diagnosis are performed by using the pressure normalization curve and the identification and quantitative description method for multiple sets of storageeseepage body of complex karst fractureecavity systems is put forward,after the multiple storageeseepage body mode of fractureecavity systems is established.Combined with the new occurrence mode of gas and water in U-shape pipes,a new calculation technology for natural gas reserves of multiple fractureecavity systems with strong water invasion is developed.Secondly,a numerical model of poreecavityefracture triple media is built,and simulation and result evaluation technology for the production pattern of“drainage by horizontal wells+gas production by vertical wells”in bottom-water fracture and cavity gas reservoirs with strong water invasion is developed.Thirdly,the geological model of gas reservoirs is reconstructed with the support of the integration technologies which are formed based onfine gas reservoir description.Low permeable reserves of gas reservoirs are evaluated based on each classification.The effective producing ratio is increased further by using the technologies of well pattern optimization,horizontal-well geosteering and staged acid fracturing.And fourthly,overall simulation,optimization and prediction technology for regional pipeline net-works is developed by building a multi-node multi-link gas transmission pipeline network model.Application shows that this technology plays an important role in productivity construction,recovery factor improvement,production decline delay and production stabilization of old gasfields.展开更多

The aim of this paper is to explore and measure language learners'performance in L2 writing production using the complexity,accuracy,and fluency constructs.A total of 123 secondary education students took part in ...The aim of this paper is to explore and measure language learners'performance in L2 writing production using the complexity,accuracy,and fluency constructs.A total of 123 secondary education students took part in the study.Results are manifold.In the first place,they show that the measures of fluency,accuracy,grammatical and lexical complexity progress in a significant way:fourth grade students outperform first graders in the aforementioned measures.Secondly,fewer correlations between the writing measures used and the general quality of the compositions are found among the older students than among the younger ones,indicating that the correlations change depending on learners'age.Thirdly,1st year students exhibit a higher ratio of errors,both in general and also by error category,although only two types decrease significantly in 4th year students:syntactic and spelling errors.Lastly,we find that errors tend to develop in a non-linear way.展开更多

Cucumber(Cucumis sativus)fruit spines are a classic material for researching the development of multicellular trichomes.Some key genes that influence trichome development have been confirmed to be associated with cuti...Cucumber(Cucumis sativus)fruit spines are a classic material for researching the development of multicellular trichomes.Some key genes that influence trichome development have been confirmed to be associated with cuticle biosynthesis and secondary metabolism.However,the biological mechanisms underlying trichome development,cuticle biosynthesis,and secondary metabolism in cucumber remain poorly understood.CsTs,a C-type lectin receptor-like kinase gene,reportedly causes a tender trichome phenotype in cucumber when it mutates.In this study,the role of CsTs in cucumber fruit spines morphogenesis was confirmed using gene editing technology.Sectioning and cell wall component detection were used to analyse the main reason of tender fruit spines in the ts mutant.Subsequently,transcriptome data and a series of molecular biology experiments were used to further investigate the relationship between CsTs and cytoskeletal homeostasis in cucumber.CsTs overexpression partially compensated for the abnormal trichome phenotype of an Arabidopsis homolog mutant.Genetic hybridization and metabolic analysis indicated that CsTs and CsMict can affect trichome development and cuticle biosynthesis in the same pathway.Our findings provide important background information for further researching on the molecular mechanism underlying cucumber trichome development and contribute to understanding the biological function of C-type lectin receptor-like kinases.展开更多

摘要After nearly 60 years of development,many old gasfields in the Sichuan Basin have come to middleelate development stages with low pressure and low yield,and some are even on the verge of abandonment,but there are plenty remaining gas resources still undeveloped.Analysis shows that gasfields which have the conditions for the secondary development are faced with many difficulties.For example,it is difficult to produce low permeable reserves and to unset the hydraulic seal which is formed by active formation water.In this paper,therefore,the technical route and selection conditions of old gasfields for the secondary development were comprehensively elaborated with its definition as the beginning.Firstly,geological model forward modeling and production performance inversion characteristic curve diagnosis are performed by using the pressure normalization curve and the identification and quantitative description method for multiple sets of storageeseepage body of complex karst fractureecavity systems is put forward,after the multiple storageeseepage body mode of fractureecavity systems is established.Combined with the new occurrence mode of gas and water in U-shape pipes,a new calculation technology for natural gas reserves of multiple fractureecavity systems with strong water invasion is developed.Secondly,a numerical model of poreecavityefracture triple media is built,and simulation and result evaluation technology for the production pattern of“drainage by horizontal wells+gas production by vertical wells”in bottom-water fracture and cavity gas reservoirs with strong water invasion is developed.Thirdly,the geological model of gas reservoirs is reconstructed with the support of the integration technologies which are formed based onfine gas reservoir description.Low permeable reserves of gas reservoirs are evaluated based on each classification.The effective producing ratio is increased further by using the technologies of well pattern optimization,horizontal-well geosteering and staged acid fracturing.And fourthly,overall simulation,optimization and prediction technology for regional pipeline net-works is developed by building a multi-node multi-link gas transmission pipeline network model.Application shows that this technology plays an important role in productivity construction,recovery factor improvement,production decline delay and production stabilization of old gasfields.

摘要Purines are building blocks for DNA and RNA,found as the energy currency of cells(ATP and GTP),used as signaling molecules(cGMP,cAMP and ATP),and served as precursors for synthesizing primary products such as polysaccharides,sucrose,and phospholipids as well as secondary products(Stasolla et al.,2003;Pareek et al.,2020).Thus,the synthesis of purines is a critical pathway in the cells of all living organisms.Purines can be synthesized through two pathways:de novo and salvage(Stasolla et al.,2003).Recent investigations revealed that purine synthesis is vital for the proper development of chloroplasts in plants.In Arabidopsis,CIA1 encodes the enzyme glutamine phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate amidotransferase,which catalyzes the first committed step of purine de novo biosynthesis,the loss-of-function mutant cia1 shows small,pale-green mosaic leaves(Hung et al.,2004).In rice,both VAL1 and GARS encode glycinamide ribonucleotide synthetase that mediates the second step in purine biosynthesis.

摘要Secondary metabolites(SMs)are crucial for plant adaptation and human health,yet the regulatory mechanisms underlying their biosynthesis remain incompletely understood.Cornus wilsoniana,a woody oil crop and medicinal plant,is renowned for its rich flavonoid content,yet the genetic and metabolic basis of its secondary metabolism remains largely unexplored.Here,we integrate transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses to dissect the regulatory landscape governing flavonoid biosynthesis during flower bud development.Comparative analyses between high-yield and low-yield genotypes across distinct developmental stages reveal a coordinated reprogramming of flavonoid pathways,with significant shifts in gene expression and metabolite accumulation.WGCNA links critical biosynthetic genes to co-expression modules enriched in hormone signaling,redox homeostasis,and light perception,underscoring the interplay between developmental and environmental cues in shaping metabolic fluxes.Furthermore,comparative genomics reveals 17 candidate genes forming a complete anthocyanin and proanthocyanidin biosynthetic network.Our findings illuminate the molecular framework underlying flavonoid metabolism in C.wilsoniana,providing a foundation for metabolic engineering and genetic improvement strategies aimed at enhancing bioactive compound production for medicinal and agricultural applications.
摘要The paper refers to some classic texts on professionalism/professionalization which offer a spectrum of different interpretations and shed light on the possible confusion of the terms,with critique on the classic functionalist claims and the emergence of new professionalism.The paper illustrates the history of Chinese secondary teachers over the last few decades,and tries to examine the implications of western conception of teacher professionalism and the professional development of Chinese secondary teachers.With the current trend toward globalization,Chinese teachers professionalism will take on a look of global professionalism(dominated by western professionalism),while with China's own context playing a role in its development.

摘要This paper develops a strong secondary development based on ADAMS feature which creates high-speed rail bearings for simulation analysis module. This thesis is in the case of non-circular pattern instructions of how to achieve rapid roller modeling, with analysis of functions and parameters required for the design of the simulation module of the high-speed rail bearing, as well as the design of dialog boxes, the environment and file structure. The specific modules is based on the secondary development language provided by ADAMS ! View. Through the menus, dialog boxes which input parameters, it can achieve high iron bearing automatic modeling, dynamic analysis and post-processing to simplify the analysis of high-speed rail bearing operations, as well as improving the high-speed rail bearing development efficiency.

摘要In this paper, we conduct research on the professional development mode of primary and the secondary school English teachers. Teacher training is an effective way to promote the teachers’ professional development that is an important content of teacher education, and teachers’ pre-service training, entry education together constitute a complete content of teacher education, teacher training, of course and is also the need of teachers’ lifelong learning, for the national government attached great importance to teachers’ training work. English teaching is a kind of creative and complicated work, and whole teaching activity involves teachers, students, teaching objective and the teaching content, teaching means and teaching links such as basic elements. This paper proposes the novel perspective of the professional development mode for teachers that will be meaningful.
摘要In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. In addition, a set of positive support policies should be adopted for different types of enterprises in land use, financing, taxation, technology, talent recruitment and other aspects.
摘要The aim of this paper is to explore and measure language learners'performance in L2 writing production using the complexity,accuracy,and fluency constructs.A total of 123 secondary education students took part in the study.Results are manifold.In the first place,they show that the measures of fluency,accuracy,grammatical and lexical complexity progress in a significant way:fourth grade students outperform first graders in the aforementioned measures.Secondly,fewer correlations between the writing measures used and the general quality of the compositions are found among the older students than among the younger ones,indicating that the correlations change depending on learners'age.Thirdly,1st year students exhibit a higher ratio of errors,both in general and also by error category,although only two types decrease significantly in 4th year students:syntactic and spelling errors.Lastly,we find that errors tend to develop in a non-linear way.

摘要In the current architectural design concept, sustainable development has become the mainstream of architectural design, and this architectural idea has gradually extended to the campus. The design of green campus has attracted more and more attention in recent years, and the exploration of green campus construction in China is at the initial stage, so there are still many problems in the overall practice, especially in the design of green campus in primary and secondary schools. In the green campus design of primary and secondary schools, it is necessary to carry out green design of campus buildings on the basis of meeting the basic functional requirements of the campus, and at the same time, aiming at the universal problems in the design, adopt corresponding strategies to solve them.
摘要The newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities positively respond to the call of national policy and successively joined the rank of transition to the application of technology-based development of university, in order to seek their own development path. Whether the transformation development work of secondary college can succeed or not directly decide whether the transformation work of the whole college can carry on smoothly or not. This essay, by establishing eighteen secondary indicators, investigates seven aspects of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities secondary college transformation work, such as the general idea, specialty construction, talents training mode, teaching staff construction, integration of production with teaching, social services and quality assurance, hoping that it can play a reference to the work of other colleges and universities.
摘要In order to shorten the design cycle of the excavator working device, we have proposed a rapid modeling method for the excavator working device which uses parameters. Based on the Prooolkit, which is secondary development tool of Pro/E4.0,and combined with Vs C++2005 programming software. It developed a flexible set of MFC visualization-friendly interfaces. Users can enter data in the visual interface according to their needs and it will generate a new part model quickly. So it improves the design quality, shortens the design cycle, and makes the cost lower significantly.

摘要Cucumber(Cucumis sativus)fruit spines are a classic material for researching the development of multicellular trichomes.Some key genes that influence trichome development have been confirmed to be associated with cuticle biosynthesis and secondary metabolism.However,the biological mechanisms underlying trichome development,cuticle biosynthesis,and secondary metabolism in cucumber remain poorly understood.CsTs,a C-type lectin receptor-like kinase gene,reportedly causes a tender trichome phenotype in cucumber when it mutates.In this study,the role of CsTs in cucumber fruit spines morphogenesis was confirmed using gene editing technology.Sectioning and cell wall component detection were used to analyse the main reason of tender fruit spines in the ts mutant.Subsequently,transcriptome data and a series of molecular biology experiments were used to further investigate the relationship between CsTs and cytoskeletal homeostasis in cucumber.CsTs overexpression partially compensated for the abnormal trichome phenotype of an Arabidopsis homolog mutant.Genetic hybridization and metabolic analysis indicated that CsTs and CsMict can affect trichome development and cuticle biosynthesis in the same pathway.Our findings provide important background information for further researching on the molecular mechanism underlying cucumber trichome development and contribute to understanding the biological function of C-type lectin receptor-like kinases.
