This study focuses on how smart construction site technology systems empower refined management in building projects. Through literature review and case analysis, it elucidates the core concepts of smart construction sites and the inherent requirements of refined management. A three-tier empowerment framework encompassing "technology–process–decision-making" is established, with an in-depth examination of its application across five critical scenarios: personnel management, material allocation, monitoring systems, environmental control, and decision-making processes. The research reveals that smart construction sites achieve comprehensive, real-time, and precise control over management elements through data-driven approaches, fundamentally representing a digital transformation of production relations. Supported by concrete project data, this study demonstrates the pivotal role of smart construction sites in enhancing safety management standards, optimizing resource allocation efficiency, and reducing project costs, providing both theoretical insights and practical guidance for the digital transformation of the construction industry.展开更多

Objective:This article summarizes the experience in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in non-isolated areas in a general hospital.Methods:Based on refined management theory,we pr...Objective:This article summarizes the experience in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in non-isolated areas in a general hospital.Methods:Based on refined management theory,we professionally developed the standards for prevention and control of COVID-19 in non-isolated areas,systematically implemented various prevention and control measures,performed gridding audits,effectively communicated among teams and between medical staff and patients assisted by information techniques,and reported results for quality improvement.Results:There was no hospital-acquired COVID-19 infections among staff in the hospital.The rates of mask-wearing,epidemiological history screening,and the medical supplies disinfection were all 100%in the hospital.The accuracy rate of mask-wearing of patients and their families was 73.79%and the compliance rate of their hand hygiene was 40.78%.Conclusion:Refined management strategies for the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in non-isolated areas of the general hospital are effective.The accuracy rate of mask-wearing and hand hygiene compliance of patients and their families need to be further improved.展开更多

Among them, the conventional group adopted the routine management mode, while the refined management group adopted the refined management mode. The incidence of prescription dispensing errors, the time spent on prescription dispensing and the waiting time for patients to take medicine were compared, and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups was compared. Results: the incidence of prescription dispensing error, the time spent on prescription dispensing and waiting time for patients in the refined management group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, and the satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the conventional group, P < 0.05. The reference group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the experimental group adopted the refined management mode, and compared the application effects obtained under different nursing modes. Results: the improvement of psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). This study targets issues in traditional manual operating room scheduling,including unbalanced resource use,low efficiency,poor inter-departmental communication,and ignored nursing staff personal needs.It developed an...This study targets issues in traditional manual operating room scheduling,including unbalanced resource use,low efficiency,poor inter-departmental communication,and ignored nursing staff personal needs.It developed an integrated surgical scheduling platform to achieve refined,intelligent operating room management while balancing medical quality and humanistic care.Built on the existing Hospital Information System(HIS)with Cachédatabase and Vue+.Net B/S three-tier architecture,the platform integrates five core functions:standardized surgical application,intelligent scheduling,staff rostering,dynamic dispatching,and information collaboration.It combines multi-objective optimization algorithms and Answer Set Programming(ASP)for precise matching of personnel,procedures,time and demands.Comparative analysis was conducted between 66,300 manually scheduled surgeries in 2024(observation group)and 79,000 surgeries under intelligent scheduling in 2025(control group).Results showed significant improvements:elective surgery scheduling time reduced by 78.1%,operating room golden time utilization increased by 31.18%,nursing workload balance rose by 27%,nursing emotional exhaustion positive rate decreased by 23%,and nursing turnover reached 0,with enhanced patient experience and staff satisfaction(p<0.05).The platform forms a four-party collaborative management system,realizing efficient resource allocation and providing replicable experience for intelligent operating room management in tertiary hospitals.展开更多

Landslide susceptibility map(LSM)is a crucial tool for managing landslide hazards and identifying potential landslide areas.However,current LSMs rely primarily on static landslide-related factors with little variation...Landslide susceptibility map(LSM)is a crucial tool for managing landslide hazards and identifying potential landslide areas.However,current LSMs rely primarily on static landslide-related factors with little variation over several decades,thereby overlooking the movement of slopes and failing to capture landslide dynamics.The long-term ground deformation map(GDM)derived from multi-temporal interferometric synthetic aperture radar(MT-InSAR)can effectively address the shortcomings.Fengjie County is an important area for geohazard management in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA),China.Landslides in this area,however,cause significant socio-economic loss due to geological,tectonic,climatic,and anthropological factors.This research aims to integrate random forest(RF)with MT-InSAR to generate a landslide dynamic susceptibility map(LDSM)for Fengjie County,enhancing the reliability of landslide risk management.First,the RF model was employed to generate a static LSM,whereas MT-InSAR was utilized to obtain the GDM of the study area from January 2020 to June 2023.The static LSM and the GDM were subsequently integrated using a dynamic weight matrix to derive the LDSM.Our analysis covered a temporal framework spanning three years,focusing on spatiotemporal changes in landslide susceptibility levels and the influence of climate factors.Compared with the static LSM,the LDSM can promptly identify moving landslide areas,reduce high landslide susceptibility areas,and achieve greater accuracy.Moreover,the spatiotemporal changes in landslide susceptibility are regulated by the total annual rainfall,with wet years being more conducive to landslides than dry years.The proposed LDSM offers useful insights for the dynamic prevention and refined management of landslide hazards in the TGRA,significantly enhancing the resilience in this region.展开更多

Methods: 120 subjects were included in this study, all of whom belonged to rheumatic immune diseases. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer. One group was the reference group, which was divided into 60 patients, and the other group was the experimental group, which was equally divided into 60 patients. The reference group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the experimental group adopted the refined management mode, and compared the application effects obtained under different nursing modes. Results: the improvement of psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: refined management intervention on rheumatic immune diseases can promote the improvement of patients' psychological state, actively cooperate with doctors for treatment, improve patients' satisfaction with nursing care, and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of recommendation.

摘要Based on the rapid development of society and the acceleration of infrastructure construction, road and bridge construction has begun to play an important role. It is not only the key to the steady economic development, but also ensures the convenience and safety of people's travel. Then, in the road and bridge construction project management, the construction unit must consider that the project construction often involves complicated contents and has a large variety of influencing factors, so the overall construction quality can be greatly improved by means of refined management, and at the same time, the construction of each stage can be carried out in an orderly and efficient manner, thus reducing the occurrence probability of safety accidents during the construction and ensuring the use safety. Based on this, this paper briefly describes the application of refined management in road and bridge construction project management, analyzes the management problems in depth, and puts forward scientific application strategies to strive to improve the level of road and bridge construction project management to a new level.
摘要Modern construction projects encounter various risks during implementation, including design modifications, resource allocation challenges, construction safety issues, and environmental disturbances. Risk management has become a critical guarantee for successful project completion. By comprehensively identifying risk factors throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to completion—a systematic scientific methodology for detecting and controlling risks has been developed. The study first clarifies the definition of risks in construction project management and categorizes them into distinct types, while meticulously examining potential hazards such as technical failures, budget shortages, schedule delays, and inadequate personnel deployment at each phase. Building on principles of refined management, the research integrates theoretical insights to establish a comprehensive risk control framework combining proactive prevention, continuous monitoring, and emergency response measures. This approach aims to identify all potential risks and enable timely adjustments. Results demonstrate that implementing effective risk identification methods coupled with stringent control measures significantly enhances project management efficiency, reduces accidental incidents and direct economic losses, and ensures timely, high-quality project completion. These findings not only provide actionable strategies for risk prevention in construction management but also establish a theoretical foundation for refining relevant regulatory frameworks, demonstrating both academic rigor and practical applicability.
摘要This study targets issues in traditional manual operating room scheduling,including unbalanced resource use,low efficiency,poor inter-departmental communication,and ignored nursing staff personal needs.It developed an integrated surgical scheduling platform to achieve refined,intelligent operating room management while balancing medical quality and humanistic care.Built on the existing Hospital Information System(HIS)with Cachédatabase and Vue+.Net B/S three-tier architecture,the platform integrates five core functions:standardized surgical application,intelligent scheduling,staff rostering,dynamic dispatching,and information collaboration.It combines multi-objective optimization algorithms and Answer Set Programming(ASP)for precise matching of personnel,procedures,time and demands.Comparative analysis was conducted between 66,300 manually scheduled surgeries in 2024(observation group)and 79,000 surgeries under intelligent scheduling in 2025(control group).Results showed significant improvements:elective surgery scheduling time reduced by 78.1%,operating room golden time utilization increased by 31.18%,nursing workload balance rose by 27%,nursing emotional exhaustion positive rate decreased by 23%,and nursing turnover reached 0,with enhanced patient experience and staff satisfaction(p<0.05).The platform forms a four-party collaborative management system,realizing efficient resource allocation and providing replicable experience for intelligent operating room management in tertiary hospitals.

摘要In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2IT firstly classifies the teaching resources and elements in the unit of classroom sections,and designs the corresponding fine-grained templates and examples of teaching elements.Meanwhile,Rcm2IT divides students into different levels according to their previous classroom performance,and teaches students at different levels according to their aptitude.Finally,we implement the refined classroom management and assessment of students’learning process via our customized precise micro classroom platform(PMcP)based on the previous two stages.The designed PMcP can carry out real-time analysis and teaching evaluation,objectively and accurately measure and feedback the students’learning results,further iteratively optimize the teaching objectives.The course practice in“digital image processing”shows that Rcm2IT can not only support teachers to dynamically adjust the teaching content,but also teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching quality and efficiency.
摘要Objective:To evaluate the application value of a refined quality control management model for a sterilization supply center.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the work situation of the sterilization supply center from January 2021 to January 2023.The work situation before January 31,2022,was classified as the control group;a routine quality control management model was implemented,and the work situation after January 31,2022,was classified as the observation group.The quality of medical device management and department satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The timely recovery and supply rate,classification and cleaning pass rate,disinfection pass rate,packaging pass rate,sterilization pass rate,and department satisfaction score in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a refined quality control management model in the sterilization supply center can improve the quality management level of medical devices and department satisfaction and is worthy of promotion.
摘要Objective:To strengthen the standardized management of hospital medical consumables,combined with national policies and regulations,to explore the access process of medical consumables in line with hospital process management.Methods:By formulating the management system of medical consumables,establishing medical consumables applied through different channels,adopting appropriate audit standards and optimizing different application processes,we can better refine the management of consumables access.Results:The establishment of the standard can well cover the access audit of all medical consumables to be admitted to the hospital.Conclusion:By strengthening the audit of medical consumables before entering the hospital,the access principle of medical consumables is well standardized,the repeated admission of medical consumables is reduced,and the unnecessary admission of medical consumables is avoided.

摘要Landslide susceptibility map(LSM)is a crucial tool for managing landslide hazards and identifying potential landslide areas.However,current LSMs rely primarily on static landslide-related factors with little variation over several decades,thereby overlooking the movement of slopes and failing to capture landslide dynamics.The long-term ground deformation map(GDM)derived from multi-temporal interferometric synthetic aperture radar(MT-InSAR)can effectively address the shortcomings.Fengjie County is an important area for geohazard management in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA),China.Landslides in this area,however,cause significant socio-economic loss due to geological,tectonic,climatic,and anthropological factors.This research aims to integrate random forest(RF)with MT-InSAR to generate a landslide dynamic susceptibility map(LDSM)for Fengjie County,enhancing the reliability of landslide risk management.First,the RF model was employed to generate a static LSM,whereas MT-InSAR was utilized to obtain the GDM of the study area from January 2020 to June 2023.The static LSM and the GDM were subsequently integrated using a dynamic weight matrix to derive the LDSM.Our analysis covered a temporal framework spanning three years,focusing on spatiotemporal changes in landslide susceptibility levels and the influence of climate factors.Compared with the static LSM,the LDSM can promptly identify moving landslide areas,reduce high landslide susceptibility areas,and achieve greater accuracy.Moreover,the spatiotemporal changes in landslide susceptibility are regulated by the total annual rainfall,with wet years being more conducive to landslides than dry years.The proposed LDSM offers useful insights for the dynamic prevention and refined management of landslide hazards in the TGRA,significantly enhancing the resilience in this region.

摘要After years of development, the number and area of construction in China's construction industry have increased significantly. If enterprises want to ensure the smooth completion of construction and obtain ideal construction results, they need to vigorously carry out fine construction management. This paper mainly studies the application value and development path of refined management mode in construction engineering management, hoping to provide useful suggestions.
摘要Objective: To analyze the application of refined nursing management in children with acute bronchitis and its effect on lung function. Methods: 80 children with acute bronchitis were selected from January 2019 to September 2020 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the refined nursing management group was established and implemented refined nursing management. The pulmonary function, hospitalization time and satisfaction degree were compared after nursing between the two groups. Results: the lung function of the refined nursing management group was higher than that of the control group, the hospitalization time was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: refined nursing management is effective in nursing children with acute bronchitis, which can improve lung function, increase satisfaction and reduce hospitalization time.
