Results: Patients in the study group exhibited lower SAS and SDS scores for negative emotions, as well as lower PSQI scores for sleep quality compared to the control group. Methods: a total of 92 elderly patients with depression were selected as the sample. The study period was from June 2021 to June 2022. The samples were divided into conventional group and cognitive group with 46 samples in each group. The former received conventional care while the latter received cognitive psychological care to assess depression, observe coping styles, and investigate compliance and satisfaction. Results: before nursing, the depression status of each elder was known through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. There was no difference in this index between the cognitive group and the conventional group (P>0.05). After nursing, the depression of each elder was understood through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. the index in the cognitive group was lower than that in the conventional group, with significant difference (P0.05). After nursing, the coping styles of each elderly person were evaluated from both positive and negative dimensions, among which the positive coping score was higher in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, while the negative coping score was lower in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of the compliance under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 78.26%(36 cases) in the conventional group after examination and investigation, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of satisfaction degree under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 76.09%(35 cases) in the conventional group after the examination and investigation, with a large difference (P<0.05). Methods: 78 patients with craniocerebral surgery (study start time: October 2019, study end time: October 2021) were selected as research samples, and were randomly divided into study group (conventional care+comprehensive rehabilitation care) and reference group (conventional care). The above groups had 39 patients respectively, and the feasibility of combined comprehensive rehabilitation care was studied. Results: after nursing, the incidence of complications was compared between the study group and the reference group, which were 2.56% and 17.95% respectively. The difference in data was significant (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the difference of MRC-Score, Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score showed that the difference between the study group and the reference group was small (p > 0.05). After nursing, the study group was higher than the reference group, and the statistical comparison was significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery during perioperative period is ideal. It can not only significantly improve the exercise ability, but also significantly improve the ability of daily living. Comparative analyses were conducted on surgical and rehabilitation outcomes, pain and swelling levels, psychological status, complication rates, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results: The observation group demonstrated superior performance in terms of operative time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing duration, and hospital stay compared to the control group. Postoperative pain scores at various time points, limb swelling circumference differences, negative psychological scores, and complication rates were significantly lower in the observation group. Quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores were also higher, with statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care for patients with radial fracture surgery effectively optimizes surgical outcomes, accelerates postoperative recovery, alleviates postoperative pain and limb swelling, improves psychological well-being and quality of life, reduces postoperative complications, and enhances nursing satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: A total of 150 heart failure patients admitted to the emergency department from January to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a study group (n=75) and a control group (n=75) using a random number table. The study group received either standardized nursing procedures or conventional care, with outcomes compared between the two groups. Results: Compared to the control group, the study group exhibited shorter evaluation and examination times, faster establishment of intravenous access, reduced duration of cardiac monitoring, and shorter overall emergency response time. Post-intervention measurements showed lower values for diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, LVEDD (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter), and LVESD (left ventricular end-systolic diameter). Additionally, the study group demonstrated lower rates of cardiovascular adverse events and readmissions, higher post-intervention LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction), CI (cardiac index), and quality-of-life scores, as well as greater nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementation of standardized nursing procedures in the care of emergency heart failure patients enhances emergency response efficiency, improves multiple physiological parameters and clinical conditions, elevates quality of life, and increases patient satisfaction.展开更多
BACKGROUND Narrative nursing uses narrative methods to establish an interaction between nursing staff and patients,in which the experience of the patient’s illness is understood and comprehended.By listening,the pati...BACKGROUND Narrative nursing uses narrative methods to establish an interaction between nursing staff and patients,in which the experience of the patient’s illness is understood and comprehended.By listening,the patient’s understanding,comprehension,and acceptance of their own disease symptoms,quality of life,and living conditions are understood,thereby providing a basis for formulating corresponding nursing plans for the patient,further promoting the psychological and physical rehabilitation of the patient.AIM To explore the impact of the new narrative nursing model on postoperative recovery,psychological status,and satisfaction of patients.METHODS A total of 108 patients with resectable gastric cancer who were treated from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a routine nursing group and a narrative nursing group using a random number table method.Postoperative recovery indicators were compared between the two groups,and questionnaires and position and postoperative nausea and vomiting were conducted on the day of discharge.RESULTS There were statistically significant differences in visual analogue scale pain scores at 12-96 hours postoperatively,the time of first ambulation postoperatively,and the length of postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in postoperative self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,and satisfaction scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Further analysis using a binary logistic regression model found that the new narrative nursing model adopted postoperatively could improve patients’satisfaction with the work of nursing staff during their hospitalization.CONCLUSION The new narrative nursing model not only eliminated the negative emotions of patients,but also further promoted their postoperative recovery,and gained patients’trust and satisfaction with the nursing staff.展开更多

Background Acute myocardial infarction is a common and prevalent cardiovascular disease that can lead to serious consequences such as shock,arrhythmia,and heart failure.In dealing with acute myocardial infarction,the ...Background Acute myocardial infarction is a common and prevalent cardiovascular disease that can lead to serious consequences such as shock,arrhythmia,and heart failure.In dealing with acute myocardial infarction,the optimization of emergency nursing process can ensure the effectiveness and safety of rescue work,and help improve the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.Methods 68 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received optimized emergency nursing process based on it.the success rates of rescue,emergency efficiency,complications,and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe success rate of rescue in the observation group was 100.00%,while in the control group it was 88.24%,the success rate of rescue was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time intervals from onset to hospital admission,shorter door-to-activation time,shorter door-toballoon time,and reduced length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications such as arrhythmias in the observation group was 0.00%,while in the control group it was 11.76%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cardi-ac output(CO)index of the observation group and the control group is lower than before the nursing intervention,and the observation group is higher than the control group.The Mean arterial pressure(MAP)index of the observation group and the control group is lower than before the nursing intervention,and the observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimized the emergency nursing process can improve the success rate of rescue and emergency efficiency in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the occurrence of adverse complications,and improve negative emotions such as anxiety.It is worth promoting and applying.展开更多

摘要Objective: To study the clinical effect of routine nursing and evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods: From March 2019 to March 2020, 80 elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the reference group and the study group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given evidence-based nursing. Result: Through nursing, the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were significantly less than those of the reference group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the arrhythmia recurrence rate and complication rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the data difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia, evidence-based nursing has significant clinical nursing effect, can improve the patient's heart function, reduce the occurrence of complications, at the same time, can shorten the length of stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, improve the prognosis of patients, with significant clinical application value.
摘要Objective: to evaluate the value of routine nursing and cognitive psychological nursing for senile depression. Methods: a total of 92 elderly patients with depression were selected as the sample. The study period was from June 2021 to June 2022. The samples were divided into conventional group and cognitive group with 46 samples in each group. The former received conventional care while the latter received cognitive psychological care to assess depression, observe coping styles, and investigate compliance and satisfaction. Results: before nursing, the depression status of each elder was known through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. There was no difference in this index between the cognitive group and the conventional group (P>0.05). After nursing, the depression of each elder was understood through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. the index in the cognitive group was lower than that in the conventional group, with significant difference (P0.05). After nursing, the coping styles of each elderly person were evaluated from both positive and negative dimensions, among which the positive coping score was higher in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, while the negative coping score was lower in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of the compliance under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 78.26%(36 cases) in the conventional group after examination and investigation, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of satisfaction degree under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 76.09%(35 cases) in the conventional group after the examination and investigation, with a large difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: cognitive psychological nursing can be popularized, which can keep the elderly in a positive coping state, effectively control the depression, and the elderly have a high degree of satisfaction.
摘要Objective: to analyze the application of routine nursing for patients to prevent nursing risk and increase the application value of emergency nursing mode in it. Methods: During the period of diagnosis and treatment from March 1, 2020 to March 1, 2021, 40 gynecological patients in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing alone, and the experimental group was given emergency nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. After the end of nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was observed, and the incidence of complications and nursing errors was compared. Results: after implementing different nursing modes for the two groups of patients, patients in the experimental group had higher satisfaction than those in the control group, at the same time, the complication rate and nursing error rate were lower in the experimental group. 摘要Objective: to analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing in craniocerebral operation nursing, study the perioperative situation after the implementation of the above scheme, and evaluate its application value and feasibility. Methods: 78 patients with craniocerebral surgery (study start time: October 2019, study end time: October 2021) were selected as research samples, and were randomly divided into study group (conventional care+comprehensive rehabilitation care) and reference group (conventional care). The above groups had 39 patients respectively, and the feasibility of combined comprehensive rehabilitation care was studied. Results: after nursing, the incidence of complications was compared between the study group and the reference group, which were 2.56% and 17.95% respectively. The difference in data was significant (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the difference of MRC-Score, Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score showed that the difference between the study group and the reference group was small (p > 0.05). After nursing, the study group was higher than the reference group, and the statistical comparison was significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery during perioperative period is ideal. It can not only significantly improve the exercise ability, but also significantly improve the ability of daily living. The muscle strength state and prognosis are significantly improved, which is of high feasibility.
摘要Objective: to explore the application effect of humanized nursing mode in brain surgery nursing. Methods: 122 patients with brain surgery treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Group A was given routine nursing, and group B was given humanized nursing. Nursing satisfaction and complication rate of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: the nursing satisfaction of patients in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, and the incidence of complications was significantly higher than that in group B, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: according to the results, humanized nursing is superior to conventional nursing in nursing satisfaction and complication rate. It can provide high-quality clinical nursing services for patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
摘要Objective: to compare the main effects of evidence-based and routine nursing models on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods: 80 patients with T2DM (≥ 65 years old) treated in Dongfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Liaoyuan City from January 2018 to July 2021 were selected for the study. The patients with T2DM (≥ 65 years old) were divided into routine nursing group (40 cases) and evidence-based nursing group (40 cases) by central hierarchical numerical method. The research indicators were blood glucose indicators, complications and quality of life. Results: after nursing, the blood glucose index of T2DM patients (≥ 65 years old) in evidence-based nursing group was lower than that of T2DM patients (≥ 65 years old) in routine nursing group (P < 0.05); After nursing, the incidence of complications in T2DM patients (≥ 65 years old) in the evidence-based nursing group was lower than that in the conventional nursing group (≥ 65 years old), P < 0.05; After nursing, the quality of life of T2DM patients in evidence-based nursing group (≥ 65 years old) was lower than that of T2DM patients in routine nursing group (≥ 65 years old), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the effect of T2DM patients (≥ 65 years old) receiving evidence-based nursing is more obvious, which is helpful to prevent the occurrence of diabetes complications and improve the quality of life.
摘要Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of different nursing approaches in patients undergoing radial fracture surgery and provide references for clinical nursing interventions. Methods: A total of 80 patients with radial fractures admitted to our hospital from November 2022 to November 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (40 cases each) using a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. Comparative analyses were conducted on surgical and rehabilitation outcomes, pain and swelling levels, psychological status, complication rates, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results: The observation group demonstrated superior performance in terms of operative time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing duration, and hospital stay compared to the control group. Postoperative pain scores at various time points, limb swelling circumference differences, negative psychological scores, and complication rates were significantly lower in the observation group. Quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores were also higher, with statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care for patients with radial fracture surgery effectively optimizes surgical outcomes, accelerates postoperative recovery, alleviates postoperative pain and limb swelling, improves psychological well-being and quality of life, reduces postoperative complications, and enhances nursing satisfaction.
摘要Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of standardized nursing procedures in the clinical monitoring of emergency heart failure patients. Methods: A total of 150 heart failure patients admitted to the emergency department from January to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a study group (n=75) and a control group (n=75) using a random number table. The study group received either standardized nursing procedures or conventional care, with outcomes compared between the two groups. Results: Compared to the control group, the study group exhibited shorter evaluation and examination times, faster establishment of intravenous access, reduced duration of cardiac monitoring, and shorter overall emergency response time. Post-intervention measurements showed lower values for diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, LVEDD (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter), and LVESD (left ventricular end-systolic diameter). Additionally, the study group demonstrated lower rates of cardiovascular adverse events and readmissions, higher post-intervention LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction), CI (cardiac index), and quality-of-life scores, as well as greater nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementation of standardized nursing procedures in the care of emergency heart failure patients enhances emergency response efficiency, improves multiple physiological parameters and clinical conditions, elevates quality of life, and increases patient satisfaction.
摘要BACKGROUND Narrative nursing uses narrative methods to establish an interaction between nursing staff and patients,in which the experience of the patient’s illness is understood and comprehended.By listening,the patient’s understanding,comprehension,and acceptance of their own disease symptoms,quality of life,and living conditions are understood,thereby providing a basis for formulating corresponding nursing plans for the patient,further promoting the psychological and physical rehabilitation of the patient.AIM To explore the impact of the new narrative nursing model on postoperative recovery,psychological status,and satisfaction of patients.METHODS A total of 108 patients with resectable gastric cancer who were treated from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a routine nursing group and a narrative nursing group using a random number table method.Postoperative recovery indicators were compared between the two groups,and questionnaires and position and postoperative nausea and vomiting were conducted on the day of discharge.RESULTS There were statistically significant differences in visual analogue scale pain scores at 12-96 hours postoperatively,the time of first ambulation postoperatively,and the length of postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in postoperative self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,and satisfaction scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Further analysis using a binary logistic regression model found that the new narrative nursing model adopted postoperatively could improve patients’satisfaction with the work of nursing staff during their hospitalization.CONCLUSION The new narrative nursing model not only eliminated the negative emotions of patients,but also further promoted their postoperative recovery,and gained patients’trust and satisfaction with the nursing staff.
摘要Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of targeted nursing interventions on deep vein thrombosis in patients with hemodialysis catheter indwelling.Methods:A prospective study was conducted involving patients who underwent hemodialysis catheter indwelling and were admitted between August 2023 and August 2025,totaling 108 cases.These patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received targeted nursing interventions.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and hemodynamic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).After two weeks of nursing,the hemodynamic indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing interventions can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis and improve hemodynamics in patients with hemodialysis catheter indwelling,making them worthy of clinical promotion.
摘要Objective:To study the application effect of bundle nursing strategy in the maintenance of difficult blood vessels for long-term hemodialysis patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 40 long-term hemodialysis patients admitted from January 2024 to January 2025.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(20 cases)and an observation group(20 cases)using computer random sampling.The control group received routine nursing for difficult blood vessels,while the observation group received a bundle nursing strategy for difficult blood vessels.The self-care ability,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the bundle nursing strategy in the maintenance of difficult blood vessels for long-term hemodialysis patients is beneficial for improving self-care ability,reducing complications,and increasing patient satisfaction with nursing services.
摘要Objective: To explore the promoting function of TCM nursing in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients with stroke. Methods: 78 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted from April 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into a control group of 38 cases who received routine care, and an experimental group of 40 cases who received routine nursing basis plus traditional Chinese medicine nursing;the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. 摘要Background Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is a common cardiovascular disease that typically occurs with a greater frequency in older adults,men and postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 62 patients with ACS admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to May 2023 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given additional emergency nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The emergency efficiency,emergency quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency efficiency related indexes such as the time of triage,blood collection,referral time,and time spent on rescue after clinical reception was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The emergency quality scores of emergency order,equipment preparation,nursing service,ward management and effective communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of 8 Quality of Life(QOL)dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing can improve the emergency efficiency and quality of ACS patients,and the quality of life of patients after emergency can be significantly improved as well,which is worthy of popularization and application.
摘要Background Acute myocardial infarction is a common and prevalent cardiovascular disease that can lead to serious consequences such as shock,arrhythmia,and heart failure.In dealing with acute myocardial infarction,the optimization of emergency nursing process can ensure the effectiveness and safety of rescue work,and help improve the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.Methods 68 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received optimized emergency nursing process based on it.the success rates of rescue,emergency efficiency,complications,and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe success rate of rescue in the observation group was 100.00%,while in the control group it was 88.24%,the success rate of rescue was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time intervals from onset to hospital admission,shorter door-to-activation time,shorter door-toballoon time,and reduced length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications such as arrhythmias in the observation group was 0.00%,while in the control group it was 11.76%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cardi-ac output(CO)index of the observation group and the control group is lower than before the nursing intervention,and the observation group is higher than the control group.The Mean arterial pressure(MAP)index of the observation group and the control group is lower than before the nursing intervention,and the observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimized the emergency nursing process can improve the success rate of rescue and emergency efficiency in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the occurrence of adverse complications,and improve negative emotions such as anxiety.It is worth promoting and applying.

Methods: 80 patients with cervical cancer treated in our department from April 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given humanistic and psychological nursing on the basis of routine surgical nursing. Results: there was no significant difference in lactation between the observation group and the control group before treatment (P > 0.05); After lactation, the psychological status and satisfaction with nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: humanitarian and psychological assistance for cervical cancer patients can significantly improve the quality of breastfeeding, improve the psychological state of patients, reduce negative emotions, and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
摘要Objective: to explore the effect of different types of nursing intervention in the perioperative period, taking cerebrovascular interventional surgery as the object. Methods: 112 patients with cerebral vascular intervention were selected for the study. The random number table method was routinely used as the grouping method of the study. They were divided into two groups. 56 patients received routine nursing intervention, which was called the control group;There were 56 cases of interventional nursing intervention, called observation group. 摘要Objective: To study the countermeasures of nosocomial infection in elderly patients with respiratory diseases. Methods 132 elderly people from 2019 to 1 to January 2020 to January 2020 in 2019 were divided into 66 and 66, based on prevention and compared in two different ways. 摘要Objective: to comprehensively analyze the improvement effect of continuous home nursing intervention on the compliance of children with nephrotic syndrome hormone therapy. Methods: the children in this study were: children with nephrotic syndrome (all received hormone therapy); a total of 86 cases were selected from April 2019 to March 2020, and they were divided into control group according to different nursing methods (43 cases, using routine nursing method) and experimental group (43 cases, using continuous home nursing intervention method on the basis of routine nursing). The treatment compliance (complete compliance, partial compliance, and non-compliance), recurrence rate, and complications (respiratory tract infection, electrolyte metabolism disorder, skin infection, and renal insufficiency, etc.) were statistically analyzed between the two groups. Results: there were significant differences in the treatment compliance (complete compliance, partial compliance, non-compliance), recurrence rate, and complications (respiratory tract infection, electrolyte metabolism disorder, skin infection and renal insufficiency, etc.) between the two groups of children with nephrotic syndrome (P<0.05).
