There are many aspects that can influence the porosity such as particles size of titanium-dioxide (TiO2), annealing temperature and processing parameter or fabrication itself. In this paper, one of important parameter will be discussed, i.e., effect of annealing on characterization of TiO2 thin layer. First the TiOe thin film was formed on indium tin-oxide (ITO) glass by stir casting process using doctor balde to make thin layer on ITO glass, second the thin film was annealed at different temperature start from 100 ℃, 150 ℃, 200 ℃, 300 ℃ and 350 ℃ for 30 min. The samples then were characterized both microstructural analysis and electrical propertie. It is found that annealing at 200 ℃ was optimum condition due to porosity content of 32% which has good in electrical properties such as fill factor, conductivity, open-circuit voltage (Voc) and short-circuit current (Isc), respectively.展开更多

It was demonstrated that the membranes of the microcapsules were formed from nano sized coacervate droplets resulting from gelation and hydrolyzed SMA, which leads to a compact membrane structure. Microcapsules were characterized in terms of microstructure, morphologies by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Electrophoretic display prototype was prepared by coating electrophoretic ink microcapsules slurry on ITO glass with nearly single layer and sealed by UV curable adhesives. The characters “Zheda” in Chinese was firstly displayed at a low volt 9 V D.C..展开更多
