Amid China's civil aviation expansion,growing pilot training scale has made refined digital management for high-performance flight training-a key phase for pilots'capability upgrade-increasingly urgent.Against...Amid China's civil aviation expansion,growing pilot training scale has made refined digital management for high-performance flight training-a key phase for pilots'capability upgrade-increasingly urgent.Against the civil aviation power strategy and high-quality industry development,standardizing high-performance phase training plans and student management are core tasks for civil aviation training institutions.Per CCAR-141-R2 rules,these institutions must build a standardized,traceable system for training planning and full-process student oversight.Addressing common branch campus issues-scheduling conflicts,cumbersome procedures,information lag-Mianyang Branch’s traditional mode sees 40-hour monthly planning,20-hour administrative processing,and 15%conflict rate,severely limiting efficiency and safety.Taking CAFUC’s Mianyang Branch Advanced Training Center as a case,we developed a lightweight WeChat Mini Program-based system focusing on full-lifecycle flight plan and student management.Built with Mini Program native and cloud-native architecture,it has 5 core modules:permission control,intelligent planning,student management,message push and statistics.It enables a digital closed-loop for flight plans and integrated online management of student data,status and files.Trials show it boosts planning efficiency by over 90%,administrative efficiency by 85%,and basically eliminates conflicts.WeChat-based deployment cuts operation costs,resolves pain points,aligns with smart civil aviation requirements,and offers a replicable scalable solution for domestic civil aviation branches.展开更多
