In this paper,a large-scale field trial campaign is conducted for the passive reconfigurable intelligent surfaces(RIS)in Chongqing,China,a mountainous megacity characterized by complex terrain,to validate scenario-ada...In this paper,a large-scale field trial campaign is conducted for the passive reconfigurable intelligent surfaces(RIS)in Chongqing,China,a mountainous megacity characterized by complex terrain,to validate scenario-adaptive coverage enhancement in the existing 5G commercial networks.Operating RIS at 2.6 GHz(512 elements)and 4.9 GHz(1,024 elements),the study systematically evaluates eight real-world scenarios,including mountain tunnels,river crossing bridges,riverside roads,iconic landmarks,business districts,residential areas,rural settlements,and scenic areas.These trials incorporate real-world uncertainties,extending the analysis from downlink coverage to comprehensively evaluating uplink/downlink channel quality,throughput,and regional interference metrics.The key results demonstrate significant performance gains,such as a maximum increase in received signal strength by 6.14 dB in residential areas and a maximum gain in channel quality 351%on riverside roads,along with a maximum throughput improvement of up to 89%in uplink transmissions.The study further proposes a scenario applicability evaluation framework that includes five dimensions,considering deployment constraints and performance gains,to guide the deployment of RIS in future networks.展开更多

Terahertz(THz)communications have been widely envisioned as a promising enabler to provide adequate bandwidth and achieve ultra-high data rates for sixth generation(6G)wireless networks.In order to mitigate blockage v...Terahertz(THz)communications have been widely envisioned as a promising enabler to provide adequate bandwidth and achieve ultra-high data rates for sixth generation(6G)wireless networks.In order to mitigate blockage vulnerability caused by serious propagation attenuation and poor diffraction of THz waves,an intelligent reflecting surface(IRS),which manipulates the propagation of incident electromagnetic waves in a programmable manner by adjusting the phase shifts of passive reflecting elements,is proposed to create smart radio environments,improve spectrum efficiency and enhance coverage capability.Firstly,some prospective application scenarios driven by the IRS empowered THz communications are introduced,including wireless mobile communications,secure communications,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)scenario,mobile edge computing(MEC)scenario and THz localization scenario.Then,we discuss the enabling technologies employed by the IRS empowered THz system,involving hardware design,channel estimation,capacity optimization,beam control,resource allocation and robustness design.Moreover,the arising challenges and open problems encountered in the future IRS empowered THz communications are also highlighted.Concretely,these emerging problems possibly originate from channel modeling,new material exploration,experimental IRS testbeds and intensive deployment.Ultimately,the combination of THz communications and IRS is capable of accelerating the development of 6G wireless networks.展开更多

Monitoring NPP is useful for studying ecological responses to human management. The values of NPP and C input in periurban agroecosystems are insufficient or missing. The objective was to use local databases to estimate NPP and C input in periurban areas(south, north and west) of Buenos Aires City, Argentina, using different biosolids application scenarios(low and high effects). The NPP varied with crop and vegetable types(P 70%) to NPP in both projected scenarios. For both scenarios, average C input by crops and vegetables presented similar proportions. Biosolids addition in periurban agroecosystems could be a viable practice to elevate NPP and C input.展开更多

摘要The application of artificial intelligence(AI)has become inevitable in the petroleum industry.In drilling and completion engineering,AI is regarded as a transformative technology that can lower costs and significantly improve drilling efficiency(DE),In recent years,numerous studies have focused on intelligent algorithms and their application.Advanced technologies,such as digital twins and physics-guided neural networks,are expected to play roles in drilling and completion engineering.However,many challenges remain to be addressed,such as the automatic processing of multi-source and multi-scale data.Additionally,in intelligent drilling and completion,methods for the fusion of data-driven and physicsbased models,few-sample learning,uncertainty modeling,and the interpretability and transferability of intelligent algorithms are research frontiers.Based on intelligent application scenarios,this study comprehensively reviews the research status of intelligent drilling and completion and discusses key research areas in the future.This study aims to enhance the berthing of AI techniques in drilling and completion engineering.

摘要Terahertz(THz)communications have been widely envisioned as a promising enabler to provide adequate bandwidth and achieve ultra-high data rates for sixth generation(6G)wireless networks.In order to mitigate blockage vulnerability caused by serious propagation attenuation and poor diffraction of THz waves,an intelligent reflecting surface(IRS),which manipulates the propagation of incident electromagnetic waves in a programmable manner by adjusting the phase shifts of passive reflecting elements,is proposed to create smart radio environments,improve spectrum efficiency and enhance coverage capability.Firstly,some prospective application scenarios driven by the IRS empowered THz communications are introduced,including wireless mobile communications,secure communications,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)scenario,mobile edge computing(MEC)scenario and THz localization scenario.Then,we discuss the enabling technologies employed by the IRS empowered THz system,involving hardware design,channel estimation,capacity optimization,beam control,resource allocation and robustness design.Moreover,the arising challenges and open problems encountered in the future IRS empowered THz communications are also highlighted.Concretely,these emerging problems possibly originate from channel modeling,new material exploration,experimental IRS testbeds and intensive deployment.Ultimately,the combination of THz communications and IRS is capable of accelerating the development of 6G wireless networks.

摘要To address the key problems in the application of intelligent technology in geothermal development,smart application scenarios for geothermal development are constructed.The research status and existing challenges of intelligent technology in each scenario are analyzed,and the construction scheme of smart geothermal field system is proposed.The smart geothermal field is an organic integration of geothermal development engineering and advanced technologies such as the artificial intelligence.At present,the technology of smart geothermal field is still in the exploratory stage.It has been tested for application in scenarios such as intelligent characterization of geothermal reservoirs,dynamic intelligent simulation of geothermal reservoirs,intelligent optimization of development schemes and smart management of geothermal development.However,it still faces many problems,including the high computational cost,difficult real-time response,multiple solutions and strong model dependence,difficult real-time optimization of dynamic multi-constraints,and deep integration of multi-source data.The construction scheme of smart geothermal field system is proposed,which consists of modules including the full database,intelligent characterization,intelligent simulation and intelligent optimization control.The connection between modules is established through the data transmission and the model interaction.In the next stage,it is necessary to focus on the basic theories and key technologies in each module of the smart geothermal field system,to accelerate the lifecycle intelligent transformation of the geothermal development and utilization,and to promote the intelligent,stable,long-term,optimal and safe production of geothermal resources.
摘要Biosolids application in periurban agroecosystems could mitigate climate change by sequestering C, while improving plant net primary production(NPP). Monitoring NPP is useful for studying ecological responses to human management. The values of NPP and C input in periurban agroecosystems are insufficient or missing. The objective was to use local databases to estimate NPP and C input in periurban areas(south, north and west) of Buenos Aires City, Argentina, using different biosolids application scenarios(low and high effects). The NPP varied with crop and vegetable types(P 70%) to NPP in both projected scenarios. For both scenarios, average C input by crops and vegetables presented similar proportions. Biosolids addition in periurban agroecosystems could be a viable practice to elevate NPP and C input.
摘要软件定义网络(Software Defined Network,SDN)发展多年,作为一种成熟的网络技术体系,已经广泛应用于数据中心。在广播电视中心业务向融媒体转型过程中,广播电视中心的技术体系逐步采用SDN提升网络组网、管理、运维效率。基于此,结合广电业务模式和技术发展现状,探讨SDN在广电领域的具体应用。本文首先概述SDN技术的特点,其次介绍SDN在广电领域的应用场景,再次,阐述SDN技术在广播电视中心组网方案中的运用,最后探讨SDN技术在广电领域应用时应注意的安全问题。
摘要Integrating variable renewable energy is one of the most effective ways to achieve a low-carbon energy system.The high penetration of variable renewable energy,such as wind power and photovoltaic,increases the challenge of balancing the power system.Energy storage technology is regarded as one of the key technologies for balancing the intermittency of variable renewable energy to achieve high penetration.This study reviews the energy storage technology that can accommodate the high penetration of variable renewable energy.The basic energy storage technologies that can accommodate time-scale variation are reviewed first.The role of energy storage in the generation,transmission,distribution,and consumption for the high variable renewable energy penetration system is then analyzed.The supporting energy storage policies in the United States,the United Kingdom and China are summarized.Specific suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of technology,business and policy.This paper provides guidelines for planning energy storage to enable a high variable renewable energy penetration power system.

摘要Electronic textiles(e-textiles)have gradually emerged as a burgeoning industry,with the advancement of flexible electronic technology and the growing demand for personalization,convenience,and comfort.As the typical representative,sensory interactive e-textiles,integrated with visual,auditory,tactile,and other sensory experiences,have garnered significant attention in the next generation of wearable devices due to their outstanding performance and unique immersive interactive experience.To promote the practical application and better development of sensory interactive e-textiles,this paper reviews the research status of sensory interactive fibers and textiles in recent years,providing a detailed overview of functional fibers capable of achieving sensory interactive functions,categorizes system integration technologies for sensory interactive e-textiles,and summarizes the application scenarios of sensory interactive e-textiles.This review further delineates current design paradigms of e-textiles and proposes a novel design paradigm applicable to sensory interactive e-textiles.Finally,we clarify the challenges facing the future development of sensory interactive e-textiles and suggest vital research directions.
