Calorific value of plants is an important parameter for evalu- ating and indexing material cycles and energy conversion in forest eco- systems. Based on mensuration data of 150 sample sets, we analyzed the calorific value (CV) and ash content (AC) of different parts of Masson pine (Pinus massoniana) trees in southern China using hypothesis testing and regression analysis. CV and AC of different tree parts were almost significantly different (P〈0.05). In descending order, ash-free calorific value (AFCV) ranked as foliage 〉 branch 〉 stem bark 〉 root 〉 stem wood, and AC ranked as foliage 〉 stem bark 〉 root 〉 branch 〉 stem wood. CV and AC of stem wood from the top, middle and lower sections of trees differed significantly. CV increased from the top to the lower sections of the tnmk while AC decreased. Mean gross calorific value (GCV) and AFCV of aboveground parts were significantly higher than those of belowground parts (roots). The mean GCV, AFCV and AC of a whole tree of Masson pine were 21.54 kJ/g, 21.74 kJ/g and 0.90%, re- spectively. Based on analysis of regularity of stacking coal,discrete element simultaneous simulation is adopted to predict the process of unloading coal,which is proved to be effcient in the prediction of ash content.The results show that the altitude of new irregular coal is equal to the income coal volume divided by area of cabin.The distribution of infnitesimal flow velocity helps to induce the motion equation of infnitesimal element,which provides the mathematical model for computer simulation.Swarm,a computer programming language,is utilized in this study.Adaptive infnitesimal stacking algorithm helps settle the diffculties in attainment of infnitesimal elements.The result of simulation is similar to the actual situation,which can accurately predict the ash contents of current time and cumulative time.Coal movement in the cabin is a new project,the result of which can also be applied to other solid particles and the widespread of the result will be highly valued. 展开更多

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)has become a widely used atomic spectroscopic technique for rapid coal analysis.However,the vast amount of spectral information in LIBS contains signal uncertainty,which can affect its quantification performance.In this work,we propose a hybrid variable selection method to improve the performance of LIBS quantification.Important variables are first identified using Pearson's correlation coefficient,mutual information,least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)and random forest,and then filtered and combined with empirical variables related to fingerprint elements of coal ash content.Subsequently,these variables are fed into a partial least squares regression(PLSR).Additionally,in some models,certain variables unrelated to ash content are removed manually to study the impact of variable deselection on model performance.The proposed hybrid strategy was tested on three LIBS datasets for quantitative analysis of coal ash content and compared with the corresponding data-driven baseline method.It is significantly better than the variable selection only method based on empirical knowledge and in most cases outperforms the baseline method.The results showed that on all three datasets the hybrid strategy for variable selection combining empirical knowledge and data-driven algorithms achieved the lowest root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)values of 1.605,3.478 and 1.647,respectively,which were significantly lower than those obtained from multiple linear regression using only 12 empirical variables,which are 1.959,3.718 and 2.181,respectively.The LASSO-PLSR model with empirical support and 20 selected variables exhibited a significantly improved performance after variable deselection,with RMSEP values dropping from 1.635,3.962 and 1.647 to 1.483,3.086 and 1.567,respectively.Such results demonstrate that using empirical knowledge as a support for datadriven variable selection can be a viable approach to improve the accuracy and reliability of LIBS quantification. 展开更多

Preparation of activated carbon with low ash content and high specific surface area from coal in the presence of KOH 认领 引用 被引量:4

An activated carbon with ash content less than 10% and specific surface area more than 1 600 m 2 /g was prepared from coal and the effect of K containing compounds in preparation of coal based activated carbon was investigated in detail in this paper. KOH was used in co carbonization with coal, changes in graphitic crystallites in chars derived from carbonization of coal with and without KOH were analyzed by X ray diffraction (XRD) technique, activation rates of chars with different contents of K containing compounds were deduced, and resulting activated carbons were characterized by nitrogen adsorption isotherms at 77 K and iodine numbers. The results showed that the addition of KOH to the coal before carbonization can realize the intensive removal of inorganic matters from chars under mild conditions, especially the efficient removal of dispersive quartz, an extremely difficult separated mineral component in other processes else. Apart from this, KOH demonstrates a favorable effect in control over coal carbonization with the goal to form nongraphitizable isotropic carbon precursor, which is a necessary prerequisite for the formation and development of micro pores. However, the K containing compounds such as K 2 CO 3 and K 2 O remaining in chars after carbonization catalyze the reaction between carbon and steam in activation, which leads to the formation of macro pores. In the end an innovative method, in which KOH is added to coal before carbonization and K containing compounds are removed by acid washing after carbonization, was proposed for the synthesis of quality coal based activated carbon. 展开更多

So, the two-dimensional regressive function Z = Z(P, D) was the searched object, where Z is random variable describing ash contents, P---density and D---particle diameter. This dependence was determined based on experimental data concerning the coal of type 31. For this coal, the method of ordinary kriging was applied to calculate the values of random variable Z. This method required the proper selection of so-called variogram function, in which four forms were considered in this paper in purpose to select the best solution. The significant amount of ash content in agricultural biomass presents an enormous challenge for efficient conversion processes.In addressing this issue,various deashing treatments have been tested and established,including simple leaching techniques,which can either be performed with or without the addition of chemical agents.These techniques hold promise for improving the deashing efficiency while potentially altering the structural and chemical composition of biomass,specifically lignin content,which is the key focus of this review.This review starts by exploring the presence of ash in agricultural residues and its impact on biomass properties.Next,this review examines deashing strategies aimed at reducing ash levels in biomass followed by analysis of the resulting changes in lignin physical and chemical properties as well as its thermal characteristics.The final part of this review is concluded by the discussion on the limitations of current approaches and the possible future directions to address the challenges covering the environmental impacts of the deashing treatments.A green process approach is emphasized as a sustainable solution with the aim to minimize negative environmental impacts associated with chemical usage during deashing.Finally,this review highlights the potential for ash recovery as a byproduct of the deashing processes,paving the way for an integrative,closed-loop approach within the biorefinery concept. 展开更多

[Methods] The contents of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract in L. franchetii from different localities were determined according to the methods described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 Edition). [Results] In the 10 samples,the contents of moisture were all less than or equal to 15. 0%; the contents of total ash were all below 12. 0%; and the contents of acid-insoluble ash were all less than 3. 0%. The contents of water-soluble extract( by cold-soaked extraction method) in the samples were all below 12. 0% except those from Hongyuan Prairie of Sichuan Province and Xinglong Mountain in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province. [Conclusions]The contents of the four indicators measured in this experiment varied by small margins,indicating that the quality was relatively stable. 双向拉伸聚丙烯(biaxially oriented polypropylene,BOPP)薄膜具有高介电强度、低介电损耗等特性,是薄膜电容器的主要工作介质;但多数国产聚丙烯灰分含量高且介电强度不足,导致电容器用聚丙烯树脂高度依赖进口。为此,以较高灰分国产聚... 双向拉伸聚丙烯(biaxially oriented polypropylene,BOPP)薄膜具有高介电强度、低介电损耗等特性,是薄膜电容器的主要工作介质;但多数国产聚丙烯灰分含量高且介电强度不足,导致电容器用聚丙烯树脂高度依赖进口。为此,以较高灰分国产聚丙烯树脂为研究对象,采用成核剂对国产聚丙烯树脂进行改性,并将其与低灰分进口BOPP薄膜进行多维度性能对比,结合结晶特性,阐明成核剂提升BOPP薄膜击穿电场强度的微观机理,提出提高高灰分国产BOPP薄膜击穿性能的技术路线。结果表明:结晶度和晶粒尺寸是影响BOPP薄膜电、热、力学等多维度性能的关键结构因素;与国产BOPP薄膜相比,进口BOPP薄膜结晶度较高(44.05%),晶粒尺寸较小(22.01 nm),击穿、拉伸和加工性能更优异,其中击穿电场强度在室温下达583.2 kV/mm,100℃下降低9.8%;国产聚丙烯经成核剂改性后,BOPP薄膜结晶度从40.19%提高至42.87%,晶粒尺寸从24.89 nm降低至21.21 nm,室温下击穿电场强度显著提高,达到576.8 kV/mm,且100℃下仅降低8.0%,性能与进口BOPP薄膜媲美。 展开更多

针对质量厚度波动导致双能量γ射线在线灰分仪检测数据波动性大、测量误差显著等问题,提出一种基于低能γ射线的等厚度煤层灰分测量装置及方法。该装置通过固定煤层与探测器表面的最佳距离,恒定被测煤样的煤层厚度,同时实现被测煤样的... 针对质量厚度波动导致双能量γ射线在线灰分仪检测数据波动性大、测量误差显著等问题,提出一种基于低能γ射线的等厚度煤层灰分测量装置及方法。该装置通过固定煤层与探测器表面的最佳距离,恒定被测煤样的煤层厚度,同时实现被测煤样的粒度细化与粒径分布窄化,确保煤流表面平整性、密实度稳定性及水分一致性,为低能γ射线灰分检测构建了最优测量环境。以入洗孙疃-童亭及许疃-临肥重介精煤为研究对象,同步采样化验结果表明:两组煤样的化验灰分标准差分别为0.442和0.353,对应测量灰分标准差显著降低至0.337和0.206;以测量值与化验值的绝对误差均值作为评价指标,两组煤样的平均误差分别为0.32%和0.31%,均控制在0.50%的允许误差范围内。经参数标定与实验验证,该低能γ射线等厚度煤层测量方法展现出较高的灰分检测稳定性与准确性。 展开更多

为探究高掺量粉煤灰聚丙烯纤维混凝土(PP-ECC)的最佳配合比及其基本力学性能,采用正交试验方法研究了水胶比、聚丙烯纤维(PP)掺量以及粉煤灰掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果显示,PP-ECC混凝土的立方体抗压强度稳定在30 MPa以上,... 为探究高掺量粉煤灰聚丙烯纤维混凝土(PP-ECC)的最佳配合比及其基本力学性能,采用正交试验方法研究了水胶比、聚丙烯纤维(PP)掺量以及粉煤灰掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果显示,PP-ECC混凝土的立方体抗压强度稳定在30 MPa以上,峰值抗拉强度超过2 MPa,极限拉伸应变超过3%。聚丙烯纤维的加入显著提高了混凝土的抗拉强度,并且试件破坏时呈现多裂缝特征。正交试验分析表明,粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗压强度的影响最大,而纤维掺量对抗拉强度的影响最为显著。为了获得较优的立方体抗压强度和轴心抗拉强度,推荐的最佳配合比为水胶比0.25,纤维掺量3%,粉煤灰掺量40%。同时,通过电镜微观试验观察到,纤维与混凝土基体之间具有良好的黏结性能,进一步验证了聚丙烯纤维能显著提升混凝土的韧性和抗裂性。 展开更多

The average bond stress-slip curves, the steel strain-anchor location curves, and the bond stress-anchor position curves of the pullout specimens with various fly ash contents are obtained. Results indicate that the bond performance of concrete and steel bars can be improved and the distribution of steel strain along the anchorage length tends to be more uniform by adding fly ash in concrete specimens, and both ultimate bond stress and ultimate slip deformation increase the most when 20% of specimens′ content is fly ash. 展开更多

【目的】基于浮选泡沫图像预测精煤灰分是浮选智能化控制的核心方法之一。针对现有图像特征表征维度不全面、多源信息融合不足导致的预测精度受限问题,提出了一种融合多通道注意力回归网络(MARNet)与特征工程的浮选精煤灰分预测方法。... 【目的】基于浮选泡沫图像预测精煤灰分是浮选智能化控制的核心方法之一。针对现有图像特征表征维度不全面、多源信息融合不足导致的预测精度受限问题,提出了一种融合多通道注意力回归网络(MARNet)与特征工程的浮选精煤灰分预测方法。【方法】首先构建多种颜色空间图像输入的MARNet,利用注意力机制从不同颜色空间图像中关注不同的泡沫信息,同时基于极限梯度提升(XGBoost)算法,从形态、颜色、纹理及频域四个方面构建特征工程灰分预测模型,建立贝叶斯动态加权融合策略,基于后验概率优化准则自适应分配MARNet与XGBoost的预测权重,形成优势互补的协同预测机制。【结果】实验结果表明:MARNet与特征工程融合模型的预测性能显著优于传统方法,其决定系数(R2)为0.9691,平均绝对误差为0.1264%,均方根误差(RMSE)为0.2161%,相比于单一模型预测的RMSE分别降低了70.90%和25.22%,显著提升了预测精度,验证了这种方法在浮选过程智能控制中的有效性。 展开更多

目的:探究地骨皮总灰分超标的内在成因,为其限度标准的修订提供科学依据。方法:参照《中华人民共和国药典(2025年版)》第四部通则2302灰分测定法对15批市售地骨皮样品进行总灰分、酸不溶性灰分检查;分别建立地骨皮中CaC2O4、地骨... 目的:探究地骨皮总灰分超标的内在成因,为其限度标准的修订提供科学依据。方法:参照《中华人民共和国药典(2025年版)》第四部通则2302灰分测定法对15批市售地骨皮样品进行总灰分、酸不溶性灰分检查;分别建立地骨皮中CaC2O4、地骨皮乙素的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法,对样品中CaC2O4、地骨皮乙素含量进行测定;采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)滴定法测定总灰分中CaCO3含量,并通过SPSS 27.0软件对地骨皮中总灰分、CaC2O4、地骨皮乙素、CaCO3含量进行两两间相关性分析。结果:地骨皮中总灰分为11.16%~19.45%,酸不溶性灰分为0.20%~2.26%,CaC2O4含量为9.51%~20.35%,CaCO3含量为7.57%~15.97%,地骨皮乙素含量为0.29%~4.17%,相关性分析结果显示总灰分与CaC2O4含量、CaCO3含量呈极显著的正相关性(P0.05)。结论:地骨皮中CaC2O4经灰化生成CaCO3是总灰分超标的主因,总灰分限度标准与药材的内在质量关联性不强,建议修订为总灰分不得超过18.0%,或将质量控制重点转向酸不溶性灰分。 展开更多

针对浮选精煤灰分检测速度慢、难以满足生产过程快速调控需求的问题,提出了一种融合X射线荧光光谱(XRF)信息与残差驱动特征加权正则化随机配置网络(RF-RSCN)的智能检测方法。首先,针对在线XRF光谱数据维度高、共线性强及噪声干扰明显的... 针对浮选精煤灰分检测速度慢、难以满足生产过程快速调控需求的问题,提出了一种融合X射线荧光光谱(XRF)信息与残差驱动特征加权正则化随机配置网络(RF-RSCN)的智能检测方法。首先,针对在线XRF光谱数据维度高、共线性强及噪声干扰明显的特点,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)进行监督降维,提取与灰分值密切相关的潜在特征;在此基础上,引入特征加权机制、残差驱动节点配置策略及动态正则化方法,以增强模型对复杂非线性关系的表征能力和泛化性能。基于选煤厂浮选精煤在线采集的924组样本开展验证,结果表明:在时间顺序划分条件下,RF-RSCN模型测试集的均方根误差(RMSE)、平均绝对误差(MAE)和决定系数(R2)分别为0.0134、0.0102和0.9965,整体预测效果优于随机配置网络(SCN)、块增量随机配置网络(BSCN)、增量随机向量函数链神经网络(IRVFLN)、支持向量回归(SVR)、混合深度神经网络(HDNN)、偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)和BP等对比模型;单样本测试时间为3.5×10-5 s,具有较高的计算效率。这些均表明该方法能够较有效地建立XRF光谱与精煤灰分信号之间的映射关系,可为浮选精煤灰分快速检测及过程优化提供技术支撑。 展开更多

以酚醛树脂为浸渍剂,黏胶基炭毡、PAN基炭毡为增强体,采用模压工艺制备两种低密度隔热炭/炭复合材料。对比研究两种材料的压缩性能与导热系数,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其断口微观形貌。结果表明:以黏胶基炭毡为增强体制备的低密... 以酚醛树脂为浸渍剂,黏胶基炭毡、PAN基炭毡为增强体,采用模压工艺制备两种低密度隔热炭/炭复合材料。对比研究两种材料的压缩性能与导热系数,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其断口微观形貌。结果表明:以黏胶基炭毡为增强体制备的低密度隔热炭/炭复合材料压缩强度较高,约为0.74 MPa;两种材料的应力-位移曲线与断口微观形貌均表明,其压缩破坏方式为伪塑性断裂。在1600℃条件下,黏胶基、PAN基炭毡增强的低密度隔热炭/炭复合材料导热系数分别约为0.308 W/(m·K)、0.369 W/(m·K),灰分含量分别为189 ppm、193 ppm。由此可见,黏胶基炭毡增强的低密度隔热炭/炭复合材料具有更优异的隔热性能与高温结构稳定性。该制备工艺生产稳定性良好,生产效率提升约20%,具有广阔的工业化应用前景。 展开更多
