Four latent constructs, consumer brand interaction (CBI), perceived value (PV;functional, emotional, and social), brand attachment (BA), and behavioral intention (BI), were the foundation of a consumer survey based on S-O-R and social-exchange theories. 274 valid responses were obtained using an online survey;the measurement and structural models were estimated using structural equation modeling (SEM), and the mediating and chain-mediating effects were tested using PROCESS bootstrap. The results show that consumers’ behavioral intentions are positively impacted by brand interaction between time-honored food brands and customers, with perceived value and brand attachment acting as chain mediators between the two. In order to turn interactive experiences into repurchase, word-of-mouth recommendation, and premium purchase intentions, time-honored food companies should develop interaction tactics that simultaneously promote traditional craftsmanship and culture and improve perceived value and emotional attachment. In the context of Chinese time-honored food, this study is one of the first to confirm that perceived value and brand attachment chain mediation affect the relationship between brand interaction and behavioral intention. This study gives established Chinese time-honored food companies the theoretical foundation they need to create successful brand interaction strategies.展开更多

摘要Behavioral innovation, defined as the ability to exhibit novel behaviors that may contribute to problem-solving and adaptability, has been increasingly recognized as a key factor in species'resilience to environmental shifts. Here we investigate the association between behavioral innovation and climatic niche breadths(the range of climatic conditions a species can tolerate)across 9338 bird species, representing the majority of extant birds, exploring its potential role in coping with climatic variability. We quantified climatic niches using highresolution spatial and bioclimatic data to capture both species-overall extremes and among-locality variations.By using Bayesian Phylogenetic Generalized Linear Mixed Models,we analyzed correlations between these realized climatic niche breadths and two metrics of behavioral innovation—innovativeness(the propensity to exhibit novel behaviors)and innovation rate(the frequency of such behaviors)—while incorporating ecological and life-history traits as covariates.Innovativeness significantly correlates with broader climatic niche breadths for both temperature and precipitation. In contrast, innovation rate shows only a positive association with precipitation niche breadth and no significant correlation with any temperature niche metrics. Our findings reveal that while innovativeness significantly correlates with broader climatic niche breadths in birds, further variation in climatic niche breadth among innovative species is minimally associated with their innovation rates. This relationship is linked to a distinct spatial pattern:for temperature, innovative species exhibit broader niches alongside both wider within-locality tolerance and greater variation among localities;for precipitation, broader niches are associated primarily with greater variation among localities, despite having narrower within-locality niches. These results highlight that integrating innovativeness into climate vulnerability assessments could better capture resilience, complementing established predictors.
摘要Neurodegenerative diseases are increasing in prevalence due largely to aging populations worldwide and improved medical care for the elderly.Currently approved drugs can reduce some of the symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases but cannot cure them.Inflammation is involved in the development and progression of neurodegenerative diseases, and oxidative stress is implicated in neurodegeneration associated with cognitive decline and age-related cognitive impairment.Polyphenols such as curcumin, quercetin, and resveratrol possess potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.Nanoformulations of curcumin and quercetin can optimize their pharmacological effects in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.Nanocarriers play a crucial role in delivering drugs across the blood-brain barrier, thereby lowering the risk of peripheral side effects.Various nanoforms have been developed to induce bioavailability and solubility of curcumin and quercetin, including nanoparticles and nanoemulsions. The studies reviewed included 17 using curcumin nanoformulations and seven with quercetin nanoformulations and were tested in widely used animal models of Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,Huntington’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Many of the curcumin and quercetin nanoformulations brought about improvements in learning and memory in behavioral tests of Alzheimer’s disease models and were effective in reducing oxidative stress in the brain. Both nanocurcumin and nanoquercetin decreased the levels of inflammatory markers in the brain.Nanocurcumin formulations improved motor behavior, gait, and memory in Parkinson’s disease models and increased dopaminergic neurons in the striatum and substantia nigra.Furthermore, nanocurcumin improved locomotor activity, memory, and learning, and the number of dendrites of medium spiny neurons in Huntington’s disease models.Nanocurcumin formulations decreased oxidative stress and inflammation in a model of demyelination.Several important limitations were identified in the studies reviewed and these need to be considered in future studies. Also, clinical trials could be performed using the currently available nanoforms of curcumin and quercetin.
摘要The rapid growth of sophisticated malware and the increasing diversity of computing environments have exposed critical limitations in traditional centralized malware detection systems, particularly in data privacy, scalability, and adaptability. This study proposes a privacy-preserving,collaborative malware-detection framework that leverages federated learning to improve detection accuracy while keeping sensitive data local to participating devices. The objective is to address emerging malware threats by combining behavioral and memory-based analysis within a decentralized learning paradigm. The proposed framework employs federated learning to train a global malware detection model without transferring raw data. Each client locally extracts discriminative features derived from system behavior and memory artifacts, including process activity patterns, memory access characteristics, and runtime indicators.Local deep learning models are trained independently, and only model parameters are shared with a central aggregator, which constructs an optimized global model through iterative parameter aggregation. This approach significantly reduces privacy risks and communication overhead compared to centralized training.Experimental evaluations on benchmark malware datasets demonstrate that the proposed federated approach achieves detection performance comparable to,and in some cases exceeding, that of centralized deep learning models. The results indicate improved robustness against previously unseen malware variants, with high detection accuracy and reduced false positive rates.Furthermore, privacy is preserved throughout the learning process, making the framework suitable for real-world distributed,resource-constrained environments. The findings confirm that federated learning, combined with memory and behavioral feature analysis, provides an effective,privacy-aware solution for modern malware detection. This work contributes to recent advances in cybersecurity by offering a scalable, secure, and practical detection framework that can be deployed across distributed systems, including enterprise networks and edge computing environments.
摘要Obesity and unhealthy weight have emerged as one of the most pressing public health challenges worldwide and represent major contributors to the growing burden of non-communicable diseases(NCDs),disability, and premature mortality[1].In China, rapid demographic aging, urbanization, and lifestyle transitions have further accelerated the obesity epidemic, creating substantial challenges for disease prevention and healthcare systems.Importantly, healthy weight cannot be defined using a single criterion across all age groups.
摘要BACKGROUND Brain tumor resection under general anesthesia is the core treatment for intracranial tumors in children, but postoperative pain, anxiety, and poor compliance with rehabilitation care have become key factors affecting the prognosis of children.Because children’s cognitive development is immature, they have a stronger fear response to surgical trauma, which may cause long-term psychological trauma. As a mature behavioral change theoretical framework, the informationmotivation-behavior(IMB)skills model is still blank in neurosurgery research.Based on this model, this study integrates evidence-based nursing and cognitive behavioral intervention to explore its impact on children after brain tumor resection under general anesthesia.AIM To study the application of evidence-based nursing and cognitive behavioral intervention based on the IMB model in the children.METHODS Ninety children undergoing brain tumor resection under general anesthesia at the hospital between January 2024 and January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative care. The observation group,on the other hand, received an integrated program based on the IMB model, supported by evidencebased nursing.SPSS22.0 software was used for data analysis, and P<0.05 was regarded as a statistically significant difference.RESULTS Following attrition,40 controls and 42 intervention subjects finished follow-up.Eight weeks later, the intervention cohort showed markedly superior Functional Independence Measure for Children and Gesell Developmental Scales results(P<0.05)and outperformed controls on all PedsQL™dimensions:Physical, emotional, social, and role functioning(P<0.05).Parents’overall disease knowledge mastery rate was 97.62%in the observation group, higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Parent satisfaction was 97.62%in the observation group, higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The IMB model-based integrated care effectively promotes neurological recovery, improves quality of life, and enhances parental knowledge and satisfaction in children after brain tumor surgery.
摘要Cervical cancer represents a considerable global health challenge, mainly because of ineffective screening programs in low-income countries. The current study aimed to forecast cervical cancer incidence by analyzing behavioral risk factors through logistic regression, employing feature engineering techniques such as principal component analysis(PCA).PCA successfully condensed the dataset into ten principal components, capturing 89%of the variance, while stratified K-fold cross-validation ensured a balanced representation of classes. With the application of L1 regularization, the logistic regression model achieved an accuracy of 97.2%,an area under the curve(AUC)of 98.1%,an F1 score of 97.2%,a specificity of 96.1%,and a log loss of 0.17.The performance of the models was comparatively evaluated, and the results revealed that the logistic regression model achieved the highest accuracy of 97.2%compared with decision trees at 93.33%,random forest at 93.33%,XGBoost at 93.33%,naive Bayes at 91.67%,and non-regularized logistic regression at 87.55%.This research underscores the importance of early prediction of cervical cancer based on behavioral risk factors and suggests a robust, easily implementable workflow to improve classification accuracy.Future research should concentrate on refining these predictive tools to overcome social and behavioral barriers to prevention, particularly within underserved populations.

摘要BACKGROUND Due to the dry and cold climate, the obvious temperature difference between day and night, and the low oxygen content of the air in the plateau area, people are prone to upper respiratory tract diseases, and often the condition is prolonged, and the patients are prone to anxiety and uneasiness, which may be related to the harshness of the plateau environment, somatic discomfort due to the lack of oxygen, anxiety about the disease, and other factors.AIM To investigate the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)on anxiety, sleep disorders, and hypoxia tolerance in patients with high-altitude respiratory diseases.METHODS A total of 2337 patients with high-altitude-related respiratory diseases treated at our hospital between November 2023 and January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The subjects’pre-high-altitude residential altitude was approximately 1700 meters. They were divided into two groups. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment, and the control group implemented conventional nursing intervention, while the research group simultaneously conducted CBT intervention;assessed the degree of health knowledge of the two groups, and applied the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to assess the anxiety and sleep quality of the patients before and after the intervention, respectively. It also observed the length and efficiency of sleep, and detected the level of serum hypoxia inducible factor-1α,erythropoietin(EPO)and clinical intervention before and after intervention.EPO levels, and investigated satisfaction with the clinical intervention.RESULTS The rate of excellent health knowledge in the intervention group was 93.64%,which was higher than that in the control group(74.23%;P0.05),and after the intervention, the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05),and after the intervention, the scores of the study group were significantly larger than those of the control group(P0.05),and both research groups were significantly lower than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).According to the questionnaire survey, the intervention satisfaction of the study group was 95.53%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.14%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT intervention in the treatment of patients with high-altitude-related respiratory diseases helps improve patients'health knowledge, relieve anxiety, improve sleep quality and hypoxia tolerance, and improve nursing satisfaction.
摘要A growing body of evidence supports the central role of human behavior and affect in the promotion of physical activity(PA),yet a persistent gap remains between PA guidelines and actual population levels of PA.Over the past three decades, public health initiatives have focused on disseminating information about the health benefits and recommended doses of PA through top-down guidelines. However, these efforts have not consistently translated into meaningful increases in PA participation.Accumulating evidence indicates that human behavior is not governed solely by rational cognitive evaluations. In this commentary,we argue that PA guidelines should extend beyond epidemiological recommendations to explicitly incorporate behavioral and psychological dimensions. Our rationale draws on theories of behavior change, motivation, basic psychological needs, and affective responses to PA.The immediate subjective experience of movement plays a critical role in determining the likelihood of future engagement,as affective responses during PA are intrinsically linked to adherence. Therefore,in addition to cognitive-based messaging,PA communication strategies should emphasize affective components and highlight short-term benefits, particularly those related to social connection and mental wellbeing.

摘要Mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles have emerged as a promising form of regenerative and immunomodulatory therapy;indeed, micro(mi)RNAs contained within mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles modulate target gene expression and impact disease-associated pathways.Chronic alcohol consumption leads to neuroinflammation, brain damage, and impaired cognition.Evidence indicates that females are more vulnerable to alcohol-induced damage than males. While mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles have been studied in various neuroinflammatory conditions, their potential to counteract alcohol-induced brain damage remains unclear. In this study,we investigated whether repeated intravenous administration of mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles could ameliorate neuroinflammation and behavioral impairment induced by chronic alcohol consumption in female mice.Mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles diminished the increased binding of a micro-positron emission tomography tracer(18F-FDG)when analyzing whole-brain 3D images and brain coronal sections of ethanol-treated mice.Mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicle administration protected against ethanol-induced proinflammatory gene upregulation, cognitive dysfunction, and the conditioned rewarding effects of cocaine.MiRNA sequencing data from mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles revealed the elevated expression of extracellular vesicle-derived miR-483-5p and miR-140-3p in the brains of ethanol-treated female mice following mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicle administration. In addition, mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles modulated the expression of pro-inflammatory-related miRNA target genes(e.g.,Socs3,Tnf,Mtor,and Atf6)in the brains of ethanol-treated female mice. These results suggest that mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles could function as a neuroprotective therapy to ameliorate the neuroinflammation, cognitive dysfunction, and conditioned rewarding effects of cocaine associated with chronic alcohol consumption.
摘要BACKGROUND Operating room nurses are vulnerable to burnout and mental health issues related to high-intensity workloads, the complexity of technical operations, and the immense pressure of responsibility.Although cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)has proven effective in the treatment of burnout and anxiety, there is a dearth of systematic research on option B,CBT-based group interventions targeting operating room nurses,as well as insufficient evidence for its long-term effects.AIM To evaluate the effects of CBT-based group intervention on burnout and anxiety symptoms in operating room nurses.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on data from 90 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025.The intervention group(n=46)received an 8-week structured CBT group intervention, while the control group(n=44)received routine management. The intervention included psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, stress management, and problemsolving training, conducted once weekly for 90-120 minutes per session.Assessments were conducted at baseline,post-intervention(week 8),and 3 months postintervention using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey,Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale, and General Self-Efficacy Scale.RESULTS No significant differences were found in any indicators between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).At postintervention, the intervention group showed lower scores in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey total score compared to the control group, and higher scores in professional efficacy(P<0.001);Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores were lower than the control group(P<0.001);job satisfaction and General Self-Efficacy Scale scores were higher than the control group(P<0.001).At 3 months post-intervention,these differences persisted(P<0.001).CONCLUSION CBT-based group intervention can improve burnout and anxiety symptoms in operating room nurses, enhance sleep quality, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy,with effects maintained up to 3 months post-intervention.
摘要BACKGROUND Approximately 30%of patients with head and neck cancer experience adverse effects caused by anxiety and depression.Considering the high prevalence, implementing customized interventions to ease adverse emotional states is imperative.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)-based psychological interventions in improving the psychological well-being and quality of life(QoL)of patients with laryngeal carcinoma.METHODS This study enrolled 120 patients admitted from February 2022 to February 2024.The control group, comprising 50 participants, received standard supportive psychological care, while the research group, consisting 70 participants, underwent CBT-based interventions.Several clinical outcomes were systematically assessed that included postoperative recovery metrics(duration of tracheostomy and nasogastric tube dependence and length of hospitalization),psychological status(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale),nutritional markers(serum albumin and hemoglobin levels),sleep quality(Self-Rating Scale of Sleep and Athens Insomnia Scale),and QoL(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Head and Neck).RESULTS The results demonstrated that the research group experienced superior outcomes, with significantly reduced durations of tracheostomy and nasogastric tube dependence,as well as shorter hospital stays, compared with the control group.Additionally, the research group exhibited markedly lower post-intervention Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Scale of Sleep, and Athens Insomnia Scale scores, along with minimal but higher change in serum albumin and hemoglobin levels compared with the control group. All five domains of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Head and Neck showed notable improvements in the research group, exceeding those observed in the control group.CONCLUSION CBT-based psychological support positively affects the mental well-being and QoL of patients with laryngeal carcinoma, highlighting its potential for broader clinical application.
摘要Objective:Despite hazardous alcohol use(HAU)being prevalent in Vietnam, culturally adapted and psychometrically validated tools to assess alcohol-related consequences and protective behavioral strategies are unavailable. This study aimed to translate into Vietnamese and evaluate the psychometric properties of two instruments:the Drinker Inventory of Consequences(DrlnC)and the Protective Behavioral Strategies Scale-20(PBSS-20).Methods:Both instruments were translated into Vietnamese using Brislin's forward-backward translation method, followed by expert panel review to establish co ntent validity.Pre-testing was conducted with Vietnamese adult men to ensure cultural appropriateness and item clarity.Psychometric evaluation included assessments of internal consistency and inter-rater reliability.Data were collected from a pilot sample(n=30)and a main sample(n=104)comprising men aged 35-44 years identified as having HAU.Results:The Vietnamese versions showed strong semantic and conceptual equivalence to the original instruments.Mean expert ratings for language comparability and interpretability were below 2,indicating good equivalence.Content validity was high(scale-level CVI[S-CVI]>0.90).Internal consistency was acceptable for both the DrlnC(Cronbach'sα=0.75)and the PBSS-20(α=0.79).Interrater reliability was excellent, with intraclass correlation coefficients(ICC)above 0.85.Corrected item-total correlations ranged from-0.08 to 0.58 for the DrlnC and-0.12 to 0.60 for the PBSS-20,with most items showing acceptable contributions.Split-half reliability coefficients were 0.67 for both scales, providing additional evidence of moderate internal consistency.Cultural adaptations, including clarification of idiomatic expressions, enhanced item clarity and relevance. Conclusions:The Vietnamese DrlnC and PBSS-20 are valid and reliable tools for evaluating alcohol-related consequences and protective strategies among Vietnamese men. These instruments can support both research and clinical efforts to address HAU in Vietnam.

摘要With the acceleration of urbanization, urban parks,as public open spaces, play an essential role in relieving residents'stress and promoting mental health. However, limited research has examined how the spatial environment of urban parks fosters psychological restoration and influences subsequent behaviors.Drawing on attention restoration theory and the S-O-R model, this study explores how residents'perceived environmental restorativeness of urban parks affects place attachment and positive behavioral intentions.Using a field study in Taiziwan Park,Hangzhou, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with structural equation modeling. Results show that perceived environmental restorativeness of urban parks comprises four core dimensions:Being away,Extent,Fascination, and Compatibility. These dimensions directly influence residents'positive behavioral intentions.Within this mechanism, place identity exerts a significant mediating effect, whereas place dependence does not.The findings extend the application of perceived environmental restorativeness and clarify its pathways to behavioral outcomes, offering theoretical support for urban park landscape planning and the creation of healthy, harmonious urban environments.
摘要To elucidate how time-honored food brands may maintain long-lasting consumer relationships in the current market by identifying the mechanism by which brand interaction results in behavioral intention. This study gives established Chinese time-honored food companies the theoretical foundation they need to create successful brand interaction strategies.
摘要The frequency of mobile terminal consumer credit usage has significantly increased, but some users exhibit signs of over-indebtedness or failure to fully recognize hidden costs.According to behavioral finance,it particularly focuses on two psychological aspects:people's fear of losing money and their susceptibility to the first number they see.For instance, borrowing apps like Huabei and Weilidai examine how they exploit these psychological tendencies to encourage users to borrow more, while also evaluating whether such practices comply with regulations.Research reveals:Huabei claims interest-free borrowing, while Weilidai breaks down monthly repayments into smaller amounts without clearly stating the total interest, effectively enticing users to borrow more—an approach that lacks regulatory compliance and deviates from the wellintentioned goal of making borrowing more accessible. Finally, recommendations are provided for borrowers, app developers, and regulatory agencies to enhance the reliability of mobile lending. The recommendations emphasize enhancing users'financial risk awareness, improving platform compliance and ethical responsibility, and strengthening regulatory supervision to prevent irrational borrowing and ensure responsible consumer credit practices.

摘要Ocean acidification(OA),driven by atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO2)emissions,significantly impacts marine organism. This study investigated OA effects on retinal structure and function in marine medaka(Oryzias melastigma)across life stages under controlled CO2 exposures(450×10-6,1000×10-6,and 1800×10-6).Quantitative analyses revealed concentration-dependent retinal pathology, with larval incidence rising from 16.7%(450×10-6)to 50.0%(1800×10-6).Significant structural alterations include progressive pigment epithelium thickening and concurrent atrophy in inner plexiform and ganglion cell layers.Electrophysiological recording demonstrated severe neural hyperexcitability, with larval and adult fish showing 91.3%and 154.9%increased firing counts respectively at 1800×10-6.Behavioral analyses revealed significant CO2-induced locomotor dysfunction with distinct light-dependent patterns.Under illumination, larvae exhibited hyperactivity at 1800×10-6,while adults showed progressive impairment(high-performance swimmers declining from 60%to 37.5%).Conversely,dark conditions intensified activity across concentrations, with adults displaying dose-dependent increases in swimming speed(23.5%to 68.8%).These results demonstrated that OA induces significant visual disruption and behavioral changes. The differential responses across life stages and light conditions suggest complex neurophysiological impacts that may have cascading ecological consequences for marine fish in acidifying ocean.

摘要As the only carnivore domesticated by humans, the evolutionary transition of proto-domestic canids into human-associated niches remains a central unresolved question in domestication biology.Although prior work has emphasized behavioral transformations during domestication, the circadian shift from crepuscular activity in gray wolves to predominantly diurnal patterns in dogs has received comparatively little attention, despite its importance in synchronizing with human daily cycles. This study examined highly diverged loci linked to circadian system remodeling,a putative early domestication trait that likely preceded intentional human selection.Comparative genomic analyses identified NOCT as a candidate domestication gene, characterized by pronounced indel frequency divergence between gray wolves and dogs.Functional assays demonstrated that reduced NOCT expression disrupted circadian rhythmicity and was accompanied by increased myelin sheath formation in the prefrontal cortex. These neurophysiological alterations were associated with marked behavioral shifts, including extended exploratory locomotion, elevated fear and anxiety responses, and enhanced short-term memory.Collectively, these phenotypic outcomes provide empirical support for the self-domestication hypothesis and offer a mechanistic framework explaining how ancestral scavenging wolves gradually adapted to human-modified environments.Furthermore, these findings elucidate a previously underappreciated circadianneurodevelopmental axis in canid domestication and advance understanding of the evolutionary processes that enabled the emergence of dogs as the only carnivore companion species for humans.

摘要Host-microbiota interactions represent a key axis in animal adaptation, especially in species displaying pronounced seasonal variation in behavior and physiology. In avian species, behavioral processes associated with reproduction may influence symbiotic microbial communities, yet the underlying mechanisms remain poorly resolved. The endangered crested ibis(Nipponia nippon)exhibits a distinctive seasonal transition in plumage coloration, shifting from white in the non-breeding period to gray during breeding,a change linked to smearing behavior and deposition of black secretions from the neck region. In the present study,16S rRNA sequencing across three body sites was performed to profile body surface microbiomes during breeding(grayfeather)and non-breeding(white-feather)stages.Breeding individuals exhibited lower microbial diversity, consistent with an influence of black neck secretions on microbiome structure.Microbial communities were differentiated more strongly by season than by body site, and microbial similarity among body sites increased during breeding, supporting redistribution of microbes through smearing behavior.Community assembly also showed clear seasonand site-specific variation.Neck feathers exhibited a 36.5%better fit to the neutral model, indicating a stronger contribution of stochastic assembly, likely associated with microbial dispersal during smearing of black secretions. In contrast, neck skin showed a 36.3%lower neutrality and 11.87%more host-selected variants, indicating stronger deterministic selection associated with breeding-related secretions. These findings support a dual regulatory framework during breeding,in which behavioral smearing promotes microbial dispersal while physiological secretion strengthens host filtering.Such coordinated regulation likely drives seasonal microbiome variation and contributes to seasonal adaptation.Overall, this work provides novel insight into the integration of behavior and physiology in shaping host-microbiota interactions during critical life stages and establishes a microbiome-based perspective for crested ibis conservation.

摘要To address the challenge of low survival rates and limited data collection efficiency in current virtual probe deployments, which results from anomaly detection mechanisms in location-based service(LBS)applications, this paper proposes a novel virtual probe deployment method based on user behavioral feature analysis. The core idea is to circumvent LBS anomaly detection by mimicking real-user behavior patterns.First,we design an automated data extraction algorithm that recognizes graphical user interface(GUI)elements to collect spatio-temporal behavior data. Then,by analyzing the automatically collected user data,we identify normal users’spatio-temporal patterns and extract their features such as high-activity time windows and spatial clustering characteristics.Subsequently,an antidetection scheduling strategy is developed, integrating spatial clustering optimization,load-balanced allocation, and time window control to generate probe scheduling schemes.Additionally,a self-correction mechanism based on an exponential backoff strategy is implemented to rectify anomalous behaviors andmaintain system stability.Experiments in real-world environments demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms baseline methods in terms of both probe ban rate and task completion rate, while maintaining high time efficiency. This study provides a more reliable and clandestine solution for geosocial data collection and lays the foundation for building more robust virtual probe systems.
