Photonic platforms are gradually emerging as a promising option to encounter the ever-growing demand for artificial intelligence,among which photonic time-delay reservoir computing(TDRC)is widely anticipated.While suc...Photonic platforms are gradually emerging as a promising option to encounter the ever-growing demand for artificial intelligence,among which photonic time-delay reservoir computing(TDRC)is widely anticipated.While such a computing paradigm can only employ a single photonic device as the nonlinear node for data processing,the performance highly relies on the fading memory provided by the delay feedback loop(FL),which sets a restriction on the extensibility of physical implementation,especially for highly integrated chips.Here,we present a simplified photonic scheme for more flexible parameter configurations leveraging the designed quasi-convolution coding(QC),which completely gets rid of the dependence on FL.Unlike delay-based TDRC,encoded data in QC-based RC(QRC)enables temporal feature extraction,facilitating augmented memory capabilities.Thus,our proposed QRC is enabled to deal with time-related tasks or sequential data without the implementation of FL.Furthermore,we can implement this hardware with a low-power,easily integrable vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser for high-performance parallel processing.We illustrate the concept validation through simulation and experimental comparison of QRC and TDRC,wherein the simpler-structured QRC outperforms across various benchmark tasks.Our results may underscore an auspicious solution for the hardware implementation of deep neural networks.展开更多
The Belt and Road global navigation satellite system(B&R GNSS)network is the first large-scale deployment of Chinese GNSS equipment in a seismic system.Prior to this,there have been few systematic assessments of t...The Belt and Road global navigation satellite system(B&R GNSS)network is the first large-scale deployment of Chinese GNSS equipment in a seismic system.Prior to this,there have been few systematic assessments of the data quality of Chinese GNSS equipment.In this study,data from four representative GNSS sites in different regions of China were analyzed using the G-Nut/Anubis software package.Four main indicators(data integrity rate,data validity ratio,multi-path error,and cycle slip ratio)used to systematically analyze data quality,while evaluating the seismic monitoring capabilities of the network based on earthquake magnitudes estimated from high-frequency GNSS data are evaluated by estimating magnitude based on highfrequency GNSS data.The results indicate that the quality of the data produced by the three types of Chinese receivers used in the network meets the needs of earthquake monitoring and the new seismic industry standards,which provide a reference for the selection of equipment for future new projects.After the B&R GNSS network was established,the seismic monitoring capability for earthquakes with magnitudes greater than MW6.5 in most parts of the Sichuan-Yunnan region improved by approximately 20%.In key areas such as the Sichuan-Yunnan Rhomboid Block,the monitoring capability increased by more than 25%,which has greatly improved the effectiveness of regional comprehensive earthquake management.展开更多

The scope of this research is to evaluate the impact of blended learning models as a route towards enhanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among the students. The evaluation will entail the use of contemporary educational frameworks as well as pedagogical theories. The key areas of interest include the use personalized instructions, and increased student engagement. The notable findings from this research include increased student autonomy, continuous feedback mechanisms, and the use of multimodal content delivery techniques. Also, an important insight learnt from the findings pertains to the need for thorough examination of the opportunities such as enhanced technological infrastructure as well as proper alignment between the process and the outcomes. Thus, this research will have significant input towards the implementation of blended learning models as an alternative to leverage optimal educational goals. To deeply analyze the impact of international student mobility on their internationalization capabilities in the field of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,this study systematically reviewed the exchange dynamics ...To deeply analyze the impact of international student mobility on their internationalization capabilities in the field of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,this study systematically reviewed the exchange dynamics of international students at Southwest Petroleum University from 2014 to 2024,as well as detailed data on students’overseas visits from 2016 to 2024,carefully outlining the trends and characteristics of student international mobility over the past decade.Based on this,using an evaluation system for internationalization capabilities constructed by the authors,which closely follows the characteristics of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and covers key dimensions such as language skills,international perspective,cross-cultural communication,and global cooperation,graduate students from the research team of international students were selected as a sample group.Through a carefully designed survey questionnaire,their current internationalization capabilities were systematically evaluated.The results showed that compared to the benchmark level in 2019,students’internationalization capabilities have shown a significant improvement trend,especially in cross-cultural communication.This finding not only reveals the positive role of international student mobility in promoting academic exchanges and integration but also further emphasizes the unique value of multicultural integration in scientific research teams to enhance the internationalization capabilities of domestic students.展开更多
Background:Bacterial infection significantly poses an obstacle to wound healing because the skin is in direct contact with the outside.Current antibiotic therapies may contribute to the appearance of the drug-resistan...Background:Bacterial infection significantly poses an obstacle to wound healing because the skin is in direct contact with the outside.Current antibiotic therapies may contribute to the appearance of the drug-resistant bacteria,reducing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.Thus,a safe and efficiency antibacterial strategy is in an urgent demand.Methods:To address this issue,MXene/MgO2@Succinic acid(MMS)bio-heterojunction with excellent photothermal capability has been developed by hydrothermal method and surface modification in this work.MMS generates localized heat under near-infrared laser irradiation that could interfere with the normal physiological functions of the bacteria,ultimately leading to bacterial inactivation.Results:The experiments verify that the MXene/MgO2@Succinic acid exhibits favorable photo-inspired capability and antibacterial property against Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)with an antibacterial rate of 98.7%.Conclusion:This innovative approach shows promising potential for treating infected wounds and promoting skin regeneration,offering a superior alternative to traditional antibiotic therapies.It provides a solution to combat bacterial infections without contributing to antimicrobial resistance.展开更多

To study the hydrogen storage properties, all of the stable structures of NanBmHx (m + n =6) clusters have been optimized. It shows that boron atoms of NanBm are separated from the other boron atoms, and form satellite BHx (x = 3, 4) clusters around the centre, which attach to the system by a bridging bond of a hydrogen atom or an Na atom. Compared with the hydrogen storage capabilities, the Na3B3 has the highest hydrogen storage capacity among NanBm clusters. The binding energies, interaction energies of hydrogen atom with NanBm clusters and second difference in energy of Na3B3Hx clusters have been calculated. The results show that the stability of the NanBmHx clusters present an odd-even oscillatory effect, as the number of H atoms increases.展开更多

Our hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression and bootstrapping methods with a sample of 216 food manufacturing firms in China, and a survey-based, two-informant design was used to collect data. The results revealed that operating and marketing capabilities fully mediate the food traceability-performance link. In addition, environmental dynamism positively moderates the food traceability-core capabilities link. Moreover, it is found that operating and marketing capabilities transform the interactive impacts of environmental dynamism and food traceability into firm performance. Our study offers a fine-grained picture of the essential food traceability-performance link by revealing for the first time that there is an interactive impacts of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance via core capabilities.展开更多

Based on the theories on organizational capability and their application in public sector, interviews with officers from drug regulatory agencies and analysis of its three determinations, the DRC was defined as the follows: a learned pattern through which the drug regulatory agencies acquire, reconstruct and utilize organizational resources to protect and advance public health. DRC can be divided into different dimensions and structured as the basic capabilities and functional capabilities. This research also introduced three learning mechanisms for DRC construction, which include learning by doing, organizational learning, and exploratory learning. Finally, a qualitative case study of drug application and approval in China was conducted to explore the relationship between regulatory capabilities and performance.展开更多

“Common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities”(CBDRRC) is the most significant guiding principle in the international climate change regime, created by the United Nations Framework Conventi...“Common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities”(CBDRRC) is the most significant guiding principle in the international climate change regime, created by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992 and inherited by the Paris Agreement 24 years later. This paper examines the operationalization of the CBDRRC principle in one of the cornerstone rules of the regimedits transparency provisions, both in existing practice under the convention and possible evolvement in negotiations under the Paris Agreement, from the perspectives of both international rule-making and domestic implementation. The authors have found a continuous enhancement of the transparency framework since the 1990s, and gradual consolidation of a bifurcated system between developed and developing countries into a common one. The authors argue that the transparency framework, as part of the procedural rules, should be designed to facilitate transparent information sharing in accordance with substantive commitments under international climate change laws. Thus, it indirectly reflects historical responsibilities for climate change, while the framework should also be designed as feasible and reflective of the respective capabilities of nations. Finally, the evolution of the transparency framework will aim to enact common and enhanced provisions while differentiating between developed and developing countries in the near term, and greater transparency-related capacity-building for developing countries.展开更多

To establish the relationship between these two aspects, the reconnaissance processes of normal stochastic targets are considered and the mathematic models of detection processes are built. The indicators of coverage performance are used to evaluate the detection probability and expectation of detection time delay, which are important factors in reconnaissance constellation estimation viewed from military intelligence discipline. The conclusions confirmed by the final simulation will be useful in LEO reconnaissance constellation design, optimization and evaluation.展开更多

The physical capacity of patients with heart failure, assessed using the exercise test a...Background: Cardiac rehabilitation represents a critical therapeutic strategy for patients suffering from chronic heart failure. The physical capacity of patients with heart failure, assessed using the exercise test and the 6-minute walk test, is the measure of the patient’s overall functional ability to perform physical activities and tolerate exercise loads. The objective of this study was to assess the impact of cardiac rehabilitation on patients’ physical capabilities and to conduct a thorough comparison of data obtained via exercise testing and the 6-minute walk test before and after the rehabilitation programme. Methods: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study, conducted from 1 February 2021 to 31 June 2022. Included were heart failure patients who had participated in an outpatient cardiovascular rehabilitation programme. The collected data included anamnestic, clinical, paraclinical data, and the 6-minute walk test. Informed consent was obtained. Data analysis, word processing, and charting were performed using Microsoft Word 2016, Excel 2013, and Sphinx version 5.1.0.2. Data analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 24.0. Any difference less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: In a Senegalese study, heart failure patients undergoing rehabilitation in a cardiac unit represented 45.59% of all cases, with a prevalence rate of 3.21%. The average participant was 57.97 years old, with those aged 61 to 70 forming the largest group (35.5%). The study noted a male predominance (sex ratio of 2.1) and identified dyslipidaemia (80.6%) and sedentarism (71%), as prevalent cardiovascular risk factors. All participants initially suffered from NYHA stage 2 or 3 dyspnoea, yet 80.65% showed no symptoms following rehabilitation. Significant improvements were recorded in resting heart rate (from 79 to 67 bpm), and the 6-minute walk test distance (from 328 m to 470 m). Enhanced exercise tolerance and walking test outcomes were particularly notable in patients with LVEF ≥ 50%, women, non-obese individuals, those initially walking less than 300 m, achieving more than 3 METs, and non-smokers. Conclusion: The findings underscore the effectiveness of cardiovascular rehabilitation in improving symptoms, physical capability, and overall quality of life for heart failure patients in Senegal.展开更多

Knowledge transfer(KT)is an attempt by an entity to copy and utilize an explicit type of knowledge from another entity.The main reason is none other than to expand the ability and increasing the value through inter-or...Knowledge transfer(KT)is an attempt by an entity to copy and utilize an explicit type of knowledge from another entity.The main reason is none other than to expand the ability and increasing the value through inter-organization collaborative affiliation.Nonetheless,questions may arise as to what extent do capabilities,mechanism and performance or success is associated.Using inputs from 154 respondents which consist of various KTP(knowledge transfer program)partners namely from the community(total 94)and industry(total 60),this article highlights the associations between the three main categories of variables.Using Smart PLS(partial least squares),the study provides evidence that academia knowledge,academia readiness,academia skills,and ethics and conduct affect KTP performance through the mediation role of KT mechanism.Academia readiness was also found to be the most significant predictor to KT mechanism.In summary,all the significant capabilities have indirect positive impact towards KTP performance.Thus,higher education institutions must emphasize their internal strength in order to continue supporting the success of inter-organization collaborative affiliation.展开更多

摘要To deeply analyze the impact of international student mobility on their internationalization capabilities in the field of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,this study systematically reviewed the exchange dynamics of international students at Southwest Petroleum University from 2014 to 2024,as well as detailed data on students’overseas visits from 2016 to 2024,carefully outlining the trends and characteristics of student international mobility over the past decade.Based on this,using an evaluation system for internationalization capabilities constructed by the authors,which closely follows the characteristics of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and covers key dimensions such as language skills,international perspective,cross-cultural communication,and global cooperation,graduate students from the research team of international students were selected as a sample group.Through a carefully designed survey questionnaire,their current internationalization capabilities were systematically evaluated.The results showed that compared to the benchmark level in 2019,students’internationalization capabilities have shown a significant improvement trend,especially in cross-cultural communication.This finding not only reveals the positive role of international student mobility in promoting academic exchanges and integration but also further emphasizes the unique value of multicultural integration in scientific research teams to enhance the internationalization capabilities of domestic students.

摘要Background:Bacterial infection significantly poses an obstacle to wound healing because the skin is in direct contact with the outside.Current antibiotic therapies may contribute to the appearance of the drug-resistant bacteria,reducing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.Thus,a safe and efficiency antibacterial strategy is in an urgent demand.Methods:To address this issue,MXene/MgO2@Succinic acid(MMS)bio-heterojunction with excellent photothermal capability has been developed by hydrothermal method and surface modification in this work.MMS generates localized heat under near-infrared laser irradiation that could interfere with the normal physiological functions of the bacteria,ultimately leading to bacterial inactivation.Results:The experiments verify that the MXene/MgO2@Succinic acid exhibits favorable photo-inspired capability and antibacterial property against Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)with an antibacterial rate of 98.7%.Conclusion:This innovative approach shows promising potential for treating infected wounds and promoting skin regeneration,offering a superior alternative to traditional antibiotic therapies.It provides a solution to combat bacterial infections without contributing to antimicrobial resistance.

摘要The most stable isomers of NanBm (m + n = 6) clusters and their hydrogen storage properties are investigated by means of density functional theory with a 6-311+G(d) basis set. To study the hydrogen storage properties, all of the stable structures of NanBmHx (m + n =6) clusters have been optimized. It shows that boron atoms of NanBm are separated from the other boron atoms, and form satellite BHx (x = 3, 4) clusters around the centre, which attach to the system by a bridging bond of a hydrogen atom or an Na atom. Compared with the hydrogen storage capabilities, the Na3B3 has the highest hydrogen storage capacity among NanBm clusters. The binding energies, interaction energies of hydrogen atom with NanBm clusters and second difference in energy of Na3B3Hx clusters have been calculated. The results show that the stability of the NanBmHx clusters present an odd-even oscillatory effect, as the number of H atoms increases.

摘要This paper develops a moderated mediation model in which the interactive effects of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance are mediated by the core capabilities(operating capabilities and marketing capabilities)in food supply chain context, by invoking the indirect view of organizational learning theory. Our hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression and bootstrapping methods with a sample of 216 food manufacturing firms in China, and a survey-based, two-informant design was used to collect data. The results revealed that operating and marketing capabilities fully mediate the food traceability-performance link. In addition, environmental dynamism positively moderates the food traceability-core capabilities link. Moreover, it is found that operating and marketing capabilities transform the interactive impacts of environmental dynamism and food traceability into firm performance. Our study offers a fine-grained picture of the essential food traceability-performance link by revealing for the first time that there is an interactive impacts of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance via core capabilities.
摘要This article explored the definition, dimensions, and building mechanisms of drug regulatory capabilities(DRC) and their relationship with regulatory performance. Based on the theories on organizational capability and their application in public sector, interviews with officers from drug regulatory agencies and analysis of its three determinations, the DRC was defined as the follows: a learned pattern through which the drug regulatory agencies acquire, reconstruct and utilize organizational resources to protect and advance public health. DRC can be divided into different dimensions and structured as the basic capabilities and functional capabilities. This research also introduced three learning mechanisms for DRC construction, which include learning by doing, organizational learning, and exploratory learning. Finally, a qualitative case study of drug application and approval in China was conducted to explore the relationship between regulatory capabilities and performance.

摘要Under the National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy,establishing a scientifically sound evaluation system for normal university students’innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities serves as a crucial foundation for optimizing innovation education models and enhancing teacher candidates’comprehensive competencies.Based on existing indicator frameworks,we designed a questionnaire and applied exploratory factor analysis(EFA)to screen indicators,reduce dimensionality,and analyze weighting.This process identified key metrics for evaluating pedagogical students’innovation capacities,ultimately constructing a targeted assessment system for normal university students.The study provides theoretical support for cultivating teacher trainees’innovative capabilities while contributing to the national innovation strategy implementation.

摘要To illustrate how firms and customers co-create value in business to business (B2B) e-commerce, an integrated value co-creation model is proposed based on information systems (IS) application capabilities from the relational view. IS application capabilities, relational assets, customer agility and relational value are constructed and tested by empirical analysis. The empirical research tests and verifies the mediating effect of customer agility, and the interactions of IS application capabilities and relational assets, as well as their effect on relational value. This model expands the research framework of value co-creation in service dominant logic, and reveals the mechanism of how f'n'ms and customers co-create value in B2B e-commerce based on IS application capabilities, which provides the basis for further theory development and a practice guide.
摘要“Common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities”(CBDRRC) is the most significant guiding principle in the international climate change regime, created by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992 and inherited by the Paris Agreement 24 years later. This paper examines the operationalization of the CBDRRC principle in one of the cornerstone rules of the regimedits transparency provisions, both in existing practice under the convention and possible evolvement in negotiations under the Paris Agreement, from the perspectives of both international rule-making and domestic implementation. The authors have found a continuous enhancement of the transparency framework since the 1990s, and gradual consolidation of a bifurcated system between developed and developing countries into a common one. The authors argue that the transparency framework, as part of the procedural rules, should be designed to facilitate transparent information sharing in accordance with substantive commitments under international climate change laws. Thus, it indirectly reflects historical responsibilities for climate change, while the framework should also be designed as feasible and reflective of the respective capabilities of nations. Finally, the evolution of the transparency framework will aim to enact common and enhanced provisions while differentiating between developed and developing countries in the near term, and greater transparency-related capacity-building for developing countries.
摘要In the design problem of low earth orbit(LEO) reconnaissance satellite constellation, optimization of coverage performance is the design goal in most current methods. However,in the using process, the user only concerns with the detection capabilities rather than coverage performance. To establish the relationship between these two aspects, the reconnaissance processes of normal stochastic targets are considered and the mathematic models of detection processes are built. The indicators of coverage performance are used to evaluate the detection probability and expectation of detection time delay, which are important factors in reconnaissance constellation estimation viewed from military intelligence discipline. The conclusions confirmed by the final simulation will be useful in LEO reconnaissance constellation design, optimization and evaluation.
摘要Background: Cardiac rehabilitation represents a critical therapeutic strategy for patients suffering from chronic heart failure. The physical capacity of patients with heart failure, assessed using the exercise test and the 6-minute walk test, is the measure of the patient’s overall functional ability to perform physical activities and tolerate exercise loads. The objective of this study was to assess the impact of cardiac rehabilitation on patients’ physical capabilities and to conduct a thorough comparison of data obtained via exercise testing and the 6-minute walk test before and after the rehabilitation programme. Methods: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study, conducted from 1 February 2021 to 31 June 2022. Included were heart failure patients who had participated in an outpatient cardiovascular rehabilitation programme. The collected data included anamnestic, clinical, paraclinical data, and the 6-minute walk test. Informed consent was obtained. Data analysis, word processing, and charting were performed using Microsoft Word 2016, Excel 2013, and Sphinx version 5.1.0.2. Data analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 24.0. Any difference less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: In a Senegalese study, heart failure patients undergoing rehabilitation in a cardiac unit represented 45.59% of all cases, with a prevalence rate of 3.21%. The average participant was 57.97 years old, with those aged 61 to 70 forming the largest group (35.5%). The study noted a male predominance (sex ratio of 2.1) and identified dyslipidaemia (80.6%) and sedentarism (71%), as prevalent cardiovascular risk factors. All participants initially suffered from NYHA stage 2 or 3 dyspnoea, yet 80.65% showed no symptoms following rehabilitation. Significant improvements were recorded in resting heart rate (from 79 to 67 bpm), and the 6-minute walk test distance (from 328 m to 470 m). Enhanced exercise tolerance and walking test outcomes were particularly notable in patients with LVEF ≥ 50%, women, non-obese individuals, those initially walking less than 300 m, achieving more than 3 METs, and non-smokers. Conclusion: The findings underscore the effectiveness of cardiovascular rehabilitation in improving symptoms, physical capability, and overall quality of life for heart failure patients in Senegal.
摘要In the era of the rapid development of information technology,it is of great significance to study the combination of intelligent tourism industry and information industry and evaluate the intelligent tourism information service capabilities(ITISC).The purpose of this study is to explore a methodological approach of assessing ITISC,and offer insights into the theoretical investigation and practical development of ITISC.First,factor analysis is used to determine the object of intelligent tourism information service and the key evaluation items of ITISC.Next,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to the ITISC evaluation of Hanzhong City,a popular tourist attraction in China,as an example to verify the authenticity and operability of the index system.Then,importance-performance analysis is conducted to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of Hanzhong City’s ITISC construction and some corresponding measures are put forward.The findings suggest that only through the improvement of tourism public database,the establishment of big data analysis system and the application of various forms of mobile intelligent terminal can achieve the generalization of tourism information,seamless,instant,precise and interactive,which will be the development goal of intelligent tourism information service.
摘要Knowledge transfer(KT)is an attempt by an entity to copy and utilize an explicit type of knowledge from another entity.The main reason is none other than to expand the ability and increasing the value through inter-organization collaborative affiliation.Nonetheless,questions may arise as to what extent do capabilities,mechanism and performance or success is associated.Using inputs from 154 respondents which consist of various KTP(knowledge transfer program)partners namely from the community(total 94)and industry(total 60),this article highlights the associations between the three main categories of variables.Using Smart PLS(partial least squares),the study provides evidence that academia knowledge,academia readiness,academia skills,and ethics and conduct affect KTP performance through the mediation role of KT mechanism.Academia readiness was also found to be the most significant predictor to KT mechanism.In summary,all the significant capabilities have indirect positive impact towards KTP performance.Thus,higher education institutions must emphasize their internal strength in order to continue supporting the success of inter-organization collaborative affiliation.
