[Aims]This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of combining Rain Classroom with casebased teaching in improving the educational outcomes of undergraduate interns in gynecological nursing.[Methods]A total of 4...[Aims]This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of combining Rain Classroom with casebased teaching in improving the educational outcomes of undergraduate interns in gynecological nursing.[Methods]A total of 48 full-time undergraduate nursing interns in the gynecology department of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,from August 2023 to April 2025,were selected and divided into a control group(traditional lecture-based teaching,n=24)and an experimental group(Rain Classroom combined with case-based teaching,n=24)according to the chronological order of their internships.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated based on theoretical exam scores,nursing assignment scores,and student satisfaction.[Results]The results indicated that the theoretical exam and nursing assignment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Furthermore,the combined teaching model effectively stimulated students’interest in learning,improved their mastery of theoretical knowledge,enhanced their initiative and engagement,and increased overall teaching satisfaction.[Conclusions]Integrating Rain Classroom with case-based teaching proves to be an effective strategy for enhancing students’learning initiative,optimizing knowledge acquisition,and supporting the ongoing reform of nursing education.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursi...Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.展开更多
Conventionally,foundations have been classified as shallow or deep in routine civil engineering practice.However,due to recent developments,two other approaches,semi-deep and ground modification foundations,are now av...Conventionally,foundations have been classified as shallow or deep in routine civil engineering practice.However,due to recent developments,two other approaches,semi-deep and ground modification foundations,are now available,complicating foundation categorization.Accordingly,a new concept for foundation categorization is introduced in this paper based on insights into the theory of structure analysis.Based on the form aspect,foundation systems can be categorized as one-dimensional(linear),two-dimensional(planar),and threedimensional(volumetric).Based on the load transfer aspect,foundations can also be categorized as vector-acting(piles),section or surface-acting(rafts and shells),and block-acting(piled rafts).As a step toward implementing this new categorization scheme,a database of 22 cases has been compiled,symbolizing novel introduced foundation systems.This compilation involves structures such as offshore jackets,high-rise buildings,towers and storages,and diverse geomaterials.Among them,a few have been selected for detailed evaluation,emphasizing influential factors in foundation selection,comprising superstructure,subsoil condition,foundation system,circumferential conditions,and supplementary considerations,that is,constructional and sustainability-based issues.Lessons learned from experience and these knowledge-based cases have described for foundation selection and implementation.Geotechnical and practical aspects with critical components have been realized as major performance assessment and comparison factors.Foundation systems have been compared and ranked using the improved analytic hierarchy process approach.Finally,four categories of buildings,from low-rise to towers and four prevailing levels of soil strength,from soft to very hard,have been considered to propose a perspective for building substructure implementation,adapted via relevant cases.Overall,the introduced categorization is recognized as an efficient algorithm for the experimentation of appropriate foundations for specific structures and subsoil conditions.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practi...Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practical teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students who interned in the Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 18 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model,while the study group used the case-based PBL teaching model.The teaching scores,teaching quality,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:The theoretical score(65.28±2.78),skill score(26.06±2.34),and total score(91.33±3.54)of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(61.67±3.01,22.28±2.49,83.94±3.72,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of students in the study group in terms of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,comprehension ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of students in the study group with the teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the academic performance of interns and the quality of teaching,enhance teaching satisfaction,and thus serve as a powerful auxiliary teaching method in clinical internship education.展开更多

Objective:To systematically evaluate the application effect of a self-developed teaching case collection for emergency nursing courses and explore its value in enhancing students’core clinical competencies.Methods:Ba...Objective:To systematically evaluate the application effect of a self-developed teaching case collection for emergency nursing courses and explore its value in enhancing students’core clinical competencies.Methods:Based on the characteristics of nursing education and the training requirements for higher vocational students,a teaching case collection suitable for the nursing major was constructed.Students enrolled in the nursing major in Grade 2022 were selected as the control group(traditional teaching mode,n=1081),and students in Grade 2023 were selected as the experimental group(case-based teaching mode,n=1038).The control group received conventional theoretical and practical teaching,while the experimental group received case-based teaching using the case collection in addition to conventional teaching.Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey the control group,clinical instructors,and external review experts.Objective evaluations were conducted through theoretical tests and objective structured clinical examinations for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of theoretical scores,practical skills,autonomous learning ability,and teaching satisfaction.Results:A teaching case collection containing 33 cases covering 10 symptoms(such as dyspnea,chest pain,and abdominal pain)was successfully constructed.The experimental group showed significantly better results than the control group in theoretical scores(86.54±6.32 vs.78.21±7.85),practical scores(88.92±5.14 vs.81.45±6.73),and total autonomous learning ability scores(85.37±8.21 vs.74.56±9.03)(all P<0.05).Additionally,91.67%of students were satisfied with the case-based teaching mode,95.83%believed case teaching improved clinical thinking ability,and 97.22%of instructors felt that the case collection enhanced lesson preparation efficiency and teaching effectiveness.Conclusion:The“Emergency Nursing Teaching Case Collection”fills the gap in systematic teaching cases for emergency nursing.Compared with traditional teaching,the case-based teaching mode more effectively improves students’comprehensive competencies and has been widely recognized by both students and instructors,providing effective resource support for the reform of emergency nursing teaching.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of the stratified teaching model in multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching for gastric cancer,providing practical evidence for improving the quality of medical talent training ...Objective:To explore the application effect of the stratified teaching model in multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching for gastric cancer,providing practical evidence for improving the quality of medical talent training in gastric cancer MDT diagnosis and treatment capabilities.Methods:Sixty learners who participated in gastric cancer MDT teaching at our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)using a random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional“one-size-fits-all”teaching model,while the observation group employed a stratified teaching model.Students in the observation group were divided into basic,intermediate,and advanced levels based on their foundational knowledge and learning abilities,with differentiated teaching objectives,content,and evaluation systems implemented accordingly.The theoretical assessment scores,clinical skill operation scores,MDT case discussion ability ratings,and teaching satisfaction of students in both groups were compared after instruction.Results:After the teaching period,students in the observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in theoretical assessments,clinical skill operations,and MDT case discussion ability(P<0.001).Teaching satisfaction was also significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Within the observation group,advanced-level students scored significantly higher than intermediate-and basic-level students in theoretical assessments,clinical skill operations,and MDT case discussion ability,while intermediate-level students outperformed basic-level students in all areas(all P<0.001).Conclusion:The stratified teaching model effectively enhances the quality of MDT teaching for gastric cancer,improving students’theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,and MDT case discussion abilities,as well as increasing teaching satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion and application in medical education.展开更多

Purpose:This research sets out to explore the practical application value of an innovative teaching mode that organically combines evidence-based medicine(EBM)with artificial intelligence(AI),and analyze its applicati...Purpose:This research sets out to explore the practical application value of an innovative teaching mode that organically combines evidence-based medicine(EBM)with artificial intelligence(AI),and analyze its application effect on undergraduate medical students during their ophthalmology internship.Methods:This research team independently built a multi-functional online teaching platform integrating EBM and AI technologies,which incorporates specialized evidence resource libraries,AI auxiliary diagnosis tools,and simulated clinical case modules.A total of 30 fifth-year clinical undergraduates receiving ophthalmology internship training were enrolled as research subjects and randomly assigned into two groups with 15 participants each.The experimental group adopted the newly developed EBM-AI integrated teaching method,while the control group received the conventional offline teaching mode.Multiple indicators were adopted to evaluate the teaching effect,covering students’professional theoretical reserves,EBM and AI-related comprehensive abilities,clinical decision-making level,autonomous learning enthusiasm,and subjective evaluation of teaching quality.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the basic ophthalmology knowledge reserve between the two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation of different teaching schemes,the experimental group outperformed the control group in all evaluation indicators.To be specific,the experimental group obtained higher scores in overall theoretical assessment(86.12±4.05 vs.74.93±5.62,P<0.001)and EBM/AI specialized knowledge test(36.25±2.31 vs.26.80±3.17,P<0.001).Meanwhile,the group also achieved better results in the Script Concordance Test(SCT)for clinical decision-making ability(81.60±5.24 vs.63.87±6.08,P<0.001).In terms of learning initiative,the weekly self-study duration of students in the experimental group was obviously longer than that of the control group(4.02±0.71 vs.1.68±0.44,P<0.001).Additionally,the student satisfaction rate of the new teaching model reached 93.3%,which was notably higher than 73.3%of the traditional teaching group(P=0.031).Conclusion:The integrated teaching model combining EBM and AI can effectively help interns consolidate EBM and AI professional knowledge,optimize clinical case analysis and decision-making capabilities,and stimulate their enthusiasm for independent learning.Importantly,the new teaching method will not affect students’mastery of basic ophthalmology knowledge.This optimized teaching scheme can serve as a reliable reference for promoting the innovative reform of modern ophthalmology higher education.展开更多

摘要Among programming languages,C++programming language is relatively difficult to learn.In order to help students learn C++language better,two solutions is proposed in this paper.The first solution is to introduce the idea of flipped classroom into C++teaching.Because of the many difficulties in C++,students can watch and discuss with their classmates anytime and anywhere through the video explanation of the flipped classroom.Teachers explain the key points and difficulties in offline classrooms,which will help students quickly master C++knowledge points.The second solution is to design a case based on a real project and then integrate the case into daily C++teaching.In this way,students can quickly transition from the level of knowledge mastery to the level of knowledge application,which helps to cultivate students’coding ability based on real project.
摘要[Aims]This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of combining Rain Classroom with casebased teaching in improving the educational outcomes of undergraduate interns in gynecological nursing.[Methods]A total of 48 full-time undergraduate nursing interns in the gynecology department of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,from August 2023 to April 2025,were selected and divided into a control group(traditional lecture-based teaching,n=24)and an experimental group(Rain Classroom combined with case-based teaching,n=24)according to the chronological order of their internships.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated based on theoretical exam scores,nursing assignment scores,and student satisfaction.[Results]The results indicated that the theoretical exam and nursing assignment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Furthermore,the combined teaching model effectively stimulated students’interest in learning,improved their mastery of theoretical knowledge,enhanced their initiative and engagement,and increased overall teaching satisfaction.[Conclusions]Integrating Rain Classroom with case-based teaching proves to be an effective strategy for enhancing students’learning initiative,optimizing knowledge acquisition,and supporting the ongoing reform of nursing education.

摘要Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.
摘要Conventionally,foundations have been classified as shallow or deep in routine civil engineering practice.However,due to recent developments,two other approaches,semi-deep and ground modification foundations,are now available,complicating foundation categorization.Accordingly,a new concept for foundation categorization is introduced in this paper based on insights into the theory of structure analysis.Based on the form aspect,foundation systems can be categorized as one-dimensional(linear),two-dimensional(planar),and threedimensional(volumetric).Based on the load transfer aspect,foundations can also be categorized as vector-acting(piles),section or surface-acting(rafts and shells),and block-acting(piled rafts).As a step toward implementing this new categorization scheme,a database of 22 cases has been compiled,symbolizing novel introduced foundation systems.This compilation involves structures such as offshore jackets,high-rise buildings,towers and storages,and diverse geomaterials.Among them,a few have been selected for detailed evaluation,emphasizing influential factors in foundation selection,comprising superstructure,subsoil condition,foundation system,circumferential conditions,and supplementary considerations,that is,constructional and sustainability-based issues.Lessons learned from experience and these knowledge-based cases have described for foundation selection and implementation.Geotechnical and practical aspects with critical components have been realized as major performance assessment and comparison factors.Foundation systems have been compared and ranked using the improved analytic hierarchy process approach.Finally,four categories of buildings,from low-rise to towers and four prevailing levels of soil strength,from soft to very hard,have been considered to propose a perspective for building substructure implementation,adapted via relevant cases.Overall,the introduced categorization is recognized as an efficient algorithm for the experimentation of appropriate foundations for specific structures and subsoil conditions.

摘要Comprehensively developing the ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities is not only a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education,but also a necessary path to deepen curriculum reform from the perspective of“great ideological and political education”.Taking Business Negotiation and Management Communication(BNMC)—the core course for international trade and business administration majors at Central South University—as an example,this paper proposes the principles of ideological and political case-based teaching,and systematically integrates ideological and political elements with professional knowledge accordingly.Focusing on the teaching content of Chapters 2,3,and 7 of the textbook,it explores how to combine ideological and political cases with professional content in practical classroom scenarios.Finally,this paper summarizes the implementation of case-based ideological and political teaching in BNMC course and offers several reflective insights.

摘要Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practical teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students who interned in the Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 18 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model,while the study group used the case-based PBL teaching model.The teaching scores,teaching quality,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:The theoretical score(65.28±2.78),skill score(26.06±2.34),and total score(91.33±3.54)of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(61.67±3.01,22.28±2.49,83.94±3.72,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of students in the study group in terms of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,comprehension ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of students in the study group with the teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the academic performance of interns and the quality of teaching,enhance teaching satisfaction,and thus serve as a powerful auxiliary teaching method in clinical internship education.

摘要Objective:To systematically evaluate the application effect of a self-developed teaching case collection for emergency nursing courses and explore its value in enhancing students’core clinical competencies.Methods:Based on the characteristics of nursing education and the training requirements for higher vocational students,a teaching case collection suitable for the nursing major was constructed.Students enrolled in the nursing major in Grade 2022 were selected as the control group(traditional teaching mode,n=1081),and students in Grade 2023 were selected as the experimental group(case-based teaching mode,n=1038).The control group received conventional theoretical and practical teaching,while the experimental group received case-based teaching using the case collection in addition to conventional teaching.Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey the control group,clinical instructors,and external review experts.Objective evaluations were conducted through theoretical tests and objective structured clinical examinations for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of theoretical scores,practical skills,autonomous learning ability,and teaching satisfaction.Results:A teaching case collection containing 33 cases covering 10 symptoms(such as dyspnea,chest pain,and abdominal pain)was successfully constructed.The experimental group showed significantly better results than the control group in theoretical scores(86.54±6.32 vs.78.21±7.85),practical scores(88.92±5.14 vs.81.45±6.73),and total autonomous learning ability scores(85.37±8.21 vs.74.56±9.03)(all P<0.05).Additionally,91.67%of students were satisfied with the case-based teaching mode,95.83%believed case teaching improved clinical thinking ability,and 97.22%of instructors felt that the case collection enhanced lesson preparation efficiency and teaching effectiveness.Conclusion:The“Emergency Nursing Teaching Case Collection”fills the gap in systematic teaching cases for emergency nursing.Compared with traditional teaching,the case-based teaching mode more effectively improves students’comprehensive competencies and has been widely recognized by both students and instructors,providing effective resource support for the reform of emergency nursing teaching.

摘要To meet the need for cultivating application-oriented talents in local universities,this study introduced a project-based learning approach into the reform of bioinformatics experimental teaching.The course was structured around a project titled"Influenza Virus Analysis",comprising four progressive modules:database utilization and information retrieval,sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis,functional and structural prediction,and omics data analysis.These modules were integrated into a coherent research workflow that connected fragmented knowledge and technical skills.During implementation,flipped classroom and group collaboration methods were employed,alongside the establishment of a diversified assessment system emphasizing process evaluation.Teaching practice indicates that the reform effectively enhances students professional application skills,learning experience,and scientific literacy,facilitating a shift from"tool operation"to"problem-solving"capabilities.This study provides a reference model for the reform of bioinformatics experimental teaching in local universities.
摘要Aiming at the problems of lagging curriculum,weak practice,and single evaluation in the cultivation of HarmonyOS Development talents,this study constructs a“teacher-machine-student”ternary interactive teaching model based on the Congyou platform.Through the building block curriculum system,the HarmonyOS technology stack is decoupled into dynamic capability units,and a multi-disciplinary cross-case library is jointly built with Huawei,which significantly improves the synchronization of teaching content and industrial technology.This paper innovatively designs an AI collaborative teaching system,which employs knowledge graphs to plan learning paths,utilizes virtual equipment clusters to simulate development environments,and establishes a“diagnosis-feedback-enhancement”closed loop through AI-based review,thereby effectively improving students’development efficiency and code reuse rate.A three-dimensional evaluation model integrating task outcomes,process performance,and innovation is constructed,incorporating indicators such as code standardization and an innovation index to strengthen the cultivation of engineering thinking and innovative ability.Furthermore,a data-driven support platform is built to generate student competency profiles,open up the“credit-competency-certification”pathway,promote the transformation of course achievements into contributions to the Huawei ecosystem,and significantly shorten the job adaptation cycle for graduates.The research results provide a replicable paradigm for the cultivation of domestic operating system talents.

摘要Objective:To explore the application effect of the stratified teaching model in multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching for gastric cancer,providing practical evidence for improving the quality of medical talent training in gastric cancer MDT diagnosis and treatment capabilities.Methods:Sixty learners who participated in gastric cancer MDT teaching at our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)using a random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional“one-size-fits-all”teaching model,while the observation group employed a stratified teaching model.Students in the observation group were divided into basic,intermediate,and advanced levels based on their foundational knowledge and learning abilities,with differentiated teaching objectives,content,and evaluation systems implemented accordingly.The theoretical assessment scores,clinical skill operation scores,MDT case discussion ability ratings,and teaching satisfaction of students in both groups were compared after instruction.Results:After the teaching period,students in the observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in theoretical assessments,clinical skill operations,and MDT case discussion ability(P<0.001).Teaching satisfaction was also significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Within the observation group,advanced-level students scored significantly higher than intermediate-and basic-level students in theoretical assessments,clinical skill operations,and MDT case discussion ability,while intermediate-level students outperformed basic-level students in all areas(all P<0.001).Conclusion:The stratified teaching model effectively enhances the quality of MDT teaching for gastric cancer,improving students’theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,and MDT case discussion abilities,as well as increasing teaching satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion and application in medical education.

摘要The deep integration of digitalization and intelligence presents unprecedented challenges to traditional teaching models.To address common issues such as fragmented knowledge systems,weak practical links,insufficient personalized cultivation,and single evaluation mode,this study constructs a systematic reform framework of“concept-technology empowerment-mechanism innovation”based on the concept of digital-intelligence integration and vocational-undergraduate collaborative education.It proposes a four-dimensional implementation path:“driven by dynamic knowledge graphs,by project-flow simulation,supported by AI-human collaborative teaching,and guaranteed by an integrated practical teaching system.”The research specifically focuses on the construction of a higher vocational-undergraduate integrated practical teaching system,forming a progressive practical teaching closed loop of“basic skill training-comprehensive ability cultivation-innovative ability stimulation”through the construction of a cross-stage,cross-disciplinary,virtual-real combined practical platform.The results show that this system can effectively promote the transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical ability and enhance students’comprehensive literacy and innovative spirit,providing a replicable systematic solution for higher education teaching reform under higher vocational-undergraduate cooperation.

摘要Based on the current situation and dilemma of traditional clinical teaching in neurology,content design and case screening are carried out for the“microteaching+case database”integration model by establishing the development principles of microteaching resources and the construction standards of the case database.Then,we analyze from four stages:pre-class(microclass guidance+case pre-analysis),classroom teaching(microclass intensive lecture+case discussion),after-class practice(case simulation+microclass consolidation),and teaching evaluation(diversified assessment+feedback improvement).The application path of the“microclass+case bank”integration model in clinical teaching of neurology is helpful to cultivate the clinical competence of medical students in neurology and has important promotional value.
摘要This paper addresses key issues in current ecological experiment teaching, such as an overreliance on confirmatory experiments, insufficient development of practical skills, limited teaching resources, and monotonous pedagogical models. It further analyzes how these problems constrain the cultivation of students' innovative thinking and practical abilities. To address these challenges, the study proposes several practical approaches from the perspectives of optimizing experimental content design and strengthening skills training. These include restructuring the experiment curriculum, introducing project-based learning, and implementing modular skills instruction. The aim is to establish a clearly structured, practice-oriented experimental teaching system. This system is designed not only to enhance the overall quality of ecological experiment teaching but also to equip students with the comprehensive capabilities needed to solve complex ecological problems.

摘要Promoting the in-depth integration of ideological and political education in courses(referred to as Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education)with professional education is the key to solving the problem of the disconnection between ideological and political education and professional teaching in colleges and universities.Taking the Geography Science major of Xinyang Normal University as a practical case,this paper,based on Xinyang’s unique regional advantage as a part of the E-Yu-Wan old revolutionary base area,constructs a regular Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education teaching model named“Ten-Minute Pre-Class·Red Geography Mini-Seminar.”This model systematically integrates local red cultural resources with professional geographical knowledge,and designs three core teaching modules,namely“Red Landmarks·Geographical Decoding,”“Heroic Landscapes·Spiritual Inheritance,”and“Geoscientific Perspective·New Looks of the Old Revolutionary Base Area.”In the ten minutes before regular professional courses,students are guided to use professional theories and methods such as Geographic Information System(GIS),remote sensing,and geomorphology to scientifically interpret the spatial logic and contemporary value of red history,thus realizing the organic integration of ideological and political elements with professional knowledge,just like“salt dissolving in water.”Practice shows that this model not only effectively stimulates students’awareness of independent learning and strengthens their professional identity and family-country feelings,but also explores a new path for the reform of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in local colleges and universities,relying on regional characteristics and highlighting disciplinary advantages.It provides a replicable and promotable practical paradigm for the innovation of ideological and political education in similar institutions and applied normal majors.

摘要Intelligent technology and digital education strategy are profoundly reshaping the teaching paradigm of application-oriented colleges and universities,and putting forward new requirements for teachers’teaching ability.This paper systematically analyzes the three transformation trends of teaching objectives turning to ability generation,teaching scene extending to open ecology,and technology role upgrading as core empowerment,and then analyzes the multi-dimensional ability challenges faced by teachers from the four dimensions of goal design,process control,technology integration,and role transformation.The research points out that to meet these challenges,it is necessary to build integrated practice-oriented teacher development content,create a school-based support environment for collaborative innovation,and improve the teaching evaluation and incentive mechanism with clear guidance.This paper aims to provide a reference for the theoretical construction and practical improvement of teachers’ability development in application-oriented universities.

摘要theoretical content.The traditional“lecture-based”single teaching model struggles to meet the training objectives for innovative pharmaceutical talents in the new era.Based on our team’s long-term frontline teaching-reform practice,this paper integrates multiple modern innovative teaching methods and constructs a comprehensive stereoscopic innovative teaching system for Pharmaceutical Botany across four dimensions:theoretical teaching innovation,practical teaching optimization,diversified assessment and evaluation,and curriculum value guidance.Theoretical teaching relies on multimedia visualization,CBL combined with flipped classrooms,interest-oriented task-driven learning,short review writing,and Latin name-specific teaching reforms to fully stimulate students’autonomous learning motivation.Practical teaching introduces the Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)cycle for refined management and establishes an integrated virtual-actual practical education system using living plant platforms,field practice bases,and digital virtual resources.At the assessment level,it abandons the drawbacks of traditional summative assessment and establishes a whole-process,multi-dimensional formative evaluation mechanism.Meanwhile,the concept of“micro-ideological and political education”is subtly integrated throughout the teaching process,achieving the organic unity of knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,and value guidance.Teaching practice shows that this innovative teaching system can effectively improve the classroom teaching atmosphere,significantly enhance students’professional learning interest,independent inquiry ability,and practical skills in plant identification,providing a referable practical paradigm for the teaching reform and quality improvement of the Pharmaceutical Botany course.

摘要Purpose:This research sets out to explore the practical application value of an innovative teaching mode that organically combines evidence-based medicine(EBM)with artificial intelligence(AI),and analyze its application effect on undergraduate medical students during their ophthalmology internship.Methods:This research team independently built a multi-functional online teaching platform integrating EBM and AI technologies,which incorporates specialized evidence resource libraries,AI auxiliary diagnosis tools,and simulated clinical case modules.A total of 30 fifth-year clinical undergraduates receiving ophthalmology internship training were enrolled as research subjects and randomly assigned into two groups with 15 participants each.The experimental group adopted the newly developed EBM-AI integrated teaching method,while the control group received the conventional offline teaching mode.Multiple indicators were adopted to evaluate the teaching effect,covering students’professional theoretical reserves,EBM and AI-related comprehensive abilities,clinical decision-making level,autonomous learning enthusiasm,and subjective evaluation of teaching quality.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the basic ophthalmology knowledge reserve between the two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation of different teaching schemes,the experimental group outperformed the control group in all evaluation indicators.To be specific,the experimental group obtained higher scores in overall theoretical assessment(86.12±4.05 vs.74.93±5.62,P<0.001)and EBM/AI specialized knowledge test(36.25±2.31 vs.26.80±3.17,P<0.001).Meanwhile,the group also achieved better results in the Script Concordance Test(SCT)for clinical decision-making ability(81.60±5.24 vs.63.87±6.08,P<0.001).In terms of learning initiative,the weekly self-study duration of students in the experimental group was obviously longer than that of the control group(4.02±0.71 vs.1.68±0.44,P<0.001).Additionally,the student satisfaction rate of the new teaching model reached 93.3%,which was notably higher than 73.3%of the traditional teaching group(P=0.031).Conclusion:The integrated teaching model combining EBM and AI can effectively help interns consolidate EBM and AI professional knowledge,optimize clinical case analysis and decision-making capabilities,and stimulate their enthusiasm for independent learning.Importantly,the new teaching method will not affect students’mastery of basic ophthalmology knowledge.This optimized teaching scheme can serve as a reliable reference for promoting the innovative reform of modern ophthalmology higher education.
