Happy education,as an educational philosophy focusing on students’emotional experiences and individual development,its integration into classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges represents a crucial approach to alleviating students’psychological stress and enhancing their mental health.This paper systematically reviews relevant research literature both domestically and internationally,covering aspects such as the core connotations of happy education,the current state of mental health among students in higher vocational colleges,the mechanisms through which happy education integrated into classroom teaching affects students’mental health,the current status of practical applications,and existing issues.The study finds that mental health issues among students in higher vocational colleges are becoming increasingly prominent.Happy education positively influences students’mental health through mechanisms such as creating a positive classroom atmosphere,strengthening interpersonal interactions,and enhancing self-identity.However,in practice,there are still issues such as deviations in the implementation of the concept,homogenization of instructional design,and inadequate evaluation systems.Based on this,future efforts should focus on further deepening theoretical research,optimizing practical approaches,and constructing a collaborative support system to provide references for the effective implementation of happy education in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of students’mental health levels. 展开更多

Objective:To understand the current status of intraspinal labor analgesia and childbirth in medical institutions in Jinan,and to promote the implementation of labor analgesia.Methods:The expert group of the Jinan Labor Analgesia Quality Control Center conducted quality inspections and childbirth surveys on labor analgesia in more than 20 hospitals across the city in 2019,2021,and 2023.The inspections were conducted through hospital briefings,data reviews,and on-site visits,collecting data on the number of obstetric beds,monthly delivery volumes,natural birth rates,and rates of intraspinal anesthesia for labor analgesia in each hospital,and providing on-site feedback on inspection findings and recommendations for improvement.Results:Among the 24 public hospitals surveyed,there were 6 tertiary general hospitals,15 secondary general hospitals,and 3 tertiary maternal and child health hospitals.Data collected from the survey:From January to July 2019,the total number of deliveries in the 24 hospitals was 36,101 cases,with an overall implementation rate of intraspinal labor analgesia of 16.5%,a pain relief rate of 51%,and maternal satisfaction of 50%.From January to August 2021,the total number of deliveries in the 24 public hospitals was 27,846 cases,with an overall rate of intraspinal labor analgesia of 34.0%,a pain relief rate of 82%,and maternal satisfaction of 79%.From January to October 2023,the total number of deliveries in 23 hospitals was 26,979 cases,with an overall rate of intraspinal labor analgesia of 55.9%,a pain relief rate of 100%,and maternal satisfaction of 98%.Conclusion:From 2019 to 2023,the rate of intraspinal labor analgesia in hospitals in Jinan significantly increased,and the effectiveness of labor analgesia significantly improved,but the total number of deliveries significantly decreased. 展开更多

Objective To analyze the current situation of drug shortage in some western countries and their management strategies,and to put forward feasible suggestions for drug shortage management in China.Methods The methods of literature research and comparative study were used to collect policy information and related data from official government websites and news websites,then,the current situation and management of drug shortage in some western countries were compared and studied to summarize their effective experience in dealing with drug shortage.Results and Conclusion The current situation and influencing factors of drug shortage in these western countries are different,but the management system established to deal with drug shortage is good,including the support of policies and regulations,the early warning of monitoring platform and the construction of organizational system.Drawing lessons from their experience,China should strengthen cooperation and consultation among stakeholders and rationally allocate powers and responsibilities.The transparency of drug shortage data disclosure should be increased.The important role of pharmacists should be played to strengthen the management.Further optimizing the drug shortage management system in China can ensure the safety of drug supply. 展开更多

With the accelerating urbanization process,issues related to the urban ecological environment have become increasingly prominent.Among these,greenway optimization is regarded as one of the key approaches to improving urban ecological quality.As the capital of Anhui Province,Hefei is striving to build a comprehensive greenway network in line with its“Park City”strategy.However,the current development of Hefei’s greenways faces challenges such as delayed planning,limited functions,inadequate facilities,and weak operation and maintenance management.In this study,comparative analysis and literature review were combined to comprehensively summarize the current characteristics of greenway development in Hefei,and improvement suggestions were proposed in areas such as ecological restoration,functional expansion,facility establishment,and long-term management.It is suggested that Hefei should enhance the systematic and synergistic nature of its greenway system,create a city green space network with regional characteristics,and optimize the city’s environmental carrying capacity,so as to meet the diverse needs of the public and thereby provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of Hefei’s greenway system. 展开更多

In 2015, the area of first and second class land in Tongnan Distdct of Chongqing was 221.646 km2, accounting for 30% of the total cultivated area, and the area of the third, fourth and fifth class land was 517.861 km2, accounting for 70% of the total cultivated area. The quality of cultivated land was at a low level. Comparison with the Second Soil Census in 2015 showed that the soil pH value has been improved; the organic matter content in the tillage layer showed a slight upward trend; the contents of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the topsoil increased. Countermeasures were proposed as follows： vig- orously promote the construction of high-standard farmland; adjust the industrial structure of agriculture and implement farming reform; combine organic and inorgan- ic fertilization to reduce the amount of fertilizers; popularize soil testing and formu- lated fertilization to change farmers＇ traditional fertilization habits; improve pollution control to ensure the sustainable productivity of farmland; strictly promote the quality management of cultivated land and strengthen the construction of quality monitoring system; increase investment and improve the monitoring mechanism; vigorously publicize and enhance the awareness of all citizens in protecting cultivated land; im- prove the law of cultivated land protection and enhance the seriousness of the law on the protection of cultivated land. 展开更多

The country managed to finish a preliminary assessment of its resources, start commercial development of two shale gas blocks, and carry out basic technological research for independent development of the gas. To encourage tire development of the sector, the country also issued a series of preferential policies. Two rounds of shale gas bidding were held successfuUy. However, shale gas development in China is still in an early stage. Challenges such as immature geoloy, ical theories, lack of key technologies and capital, and environmental issues are almost inevitable and need to be tackled before or duringthe exploration and development of shale gas in tlre country. Overall, shale gas has a bright future in China because of the country＇s urgent demand for cleaner energy and its current heavy reliance upon imported gas. The article suggests that China will be able to produce 40 bcm by 2020 and that a healthy development of shale gas will be good news for both chemical engineering and peak shaving reserves. 展开更多
