Strategically improving carbon emission efficiency(CEE)through digital intelligence technology innovation(DITI)is imperative to capitalize on emerging opportunities for economic decarbonization and low-carbon green development.This study employs panel data from 283 Chinese cities from 2011 to 2021 to examine the influence of DITI on urban CEE.The findings suggest the following:①DITI is crucial in enhancing CEE,and it exerts spatial spillover effects on neighboring areas.②Following the transition to a low-carbon energy system,DITI is instrumental in enhancing CEE by reducing the energy consumption scale,optimizing the energy consumption structure,and controlling the energy consumption intensity.③DITI has varying effects on CEE when subjected to multidimensional regulations,including fiscal pressure,fiscal decentralization,private economics,and entrepreneurial vitality.④The beneficial impact of DITI on CEE is more pronounced in regions with high economic growth,low natural resource endowments,high digital resource endowments,and in cities in central China.This study emphasizes DITI’s crucial role in promoting a low-carbon,green circular,and energy-efficient digital economy. 展开更多

Green development and the low-carbon economy in China have operated as parallel,distinct systems,with interactions limited to energy,industry,and technology.Guided by the concept of high-quality growth,green development—centered on sustainability principles and green targets—has focused on green living,production,industrial optimization,system-building,land-use planning,and global ecological objectives,thereby forming a uniquely Chinese green development framework.Similarly,the low-carbon economy,structured around carbon emission goals,development drivers,models of growth,management mechanisms,and international carbon responsibilities,has also developed a distinct framework.Introducing digital intelligence as a new dimension can serve as a coupling point to foster interactive mechanisms between green development and the low-carbon economy.These interactive mechanisms are reflected through smart green cloud collaboration systems and intelligent low-carbon governance platforms,using digital intelligence technology to enhance the synergy between green and low-carbon efforts in energy,carbon management,technology,innovation,governance,and the economy.Through analyzing these mechanisms,and returning to sustainability principles while responding to China's modern development philosophy,a uniquely Chinese theory and framework for green and low-carbon development can be constructed. 展开更多

Research on the Construction of a Digital and Intelligent Nursing Simulation Teaching System Based on Best Practice Standards 认领 引用

Objective:To construct a digital and intelligent nursing simulation teaching case library based on INACSL best practice standards,and to evaluate the effect of clinical teaching for nursing interns under this model.Method:The case library was established based on the best practice standards of INACSL.Sixty nursing interns were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group received digital and intelligent case simulation teaching based on traditional teaching.The theoretical and operational assessment results,clinical practice ability,critical thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical scores(86.52±4.38)and operational scores(88.15±3.96)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(79.63±5.12,80.24±4.85)(p<0.05).The total scores of clinical practice ability(178.65±12.34)and critical thinking ability(298.42±18.56)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(152.37±15.68,265.19±20.43)(p<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group(96.7%)was higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(p<0.05).Conclusion:The digital and intelligent nursing simulation teaching case library created based on INACSL best practice standards can improve the clinical practice ability,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns. 展开更多

As core enablers of new quality productive forces,technologies are reshaping the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.This study,focusing on Sichuan opera,performs a procedural grounded theory analysis on a qualitative dataset of 211,396 Chinese characters derived from semi-structured interviews with 22 professionals from Sichuan opera troupes and 127 official media reports.Using a three-level coding system,we identified five major categories:cultural DNA revitalization,technology-driven innovation,industry ecosystem reconstruction,synergistic governance safeguards,and innovative international dissemination.Based on these categories,this study developed a theoretical framework for revitalizing Sichuan opera's cultural DNA.In this framework,cultural DNA revitalization serves as the foundation,technology-driven innovation functions as a catalyst,industry ecosystem reconstruction provides an impetus for transformation,synergistic governance guarantee offers institutional support,and innovative international dissemination represents an external driving force.The study finds that the empowerment of Sichuan opera by digital and intelligent technologies is not a unidirectional,technology-driven process,but a two-way interaction between cultural subjectivity and the instrumental role of technology.Currently,the digital transformation of Sichuan opera faces challenges such as fragmented technology adoption,a lagging governance system,and a significant cultural discount in international dissemination.Therefore,a comprehensive governance framework should be established,encompassing multi-stakeholder collaboration in intangible cultural heritage safeguarding,systematic institutional support,technological risk management,the cultivation of a new generation of professionals,and the global communication of cultural values.These findings provide a replicable and practical pathway for the digital and intelligent transformation of Chinese opera. 展开更多

This study investigates how artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms enable mainstream media to achieve precise emotional matching and improve communication efficiency through reconstructed communication logic.As digital intelligence technology rapidly evolves,mainstream media organizations are increasingly leveraging AI-driven empathy algorithms to enhance audience engagement and optimize content delivery.This research employs a mixed-methods approach,combining quantitative analysis of algorithmic performance metrics with qualitative examination of media communication patterns.Through systematic review of 150 academic papers and analysis of data from 12 major media platforms,this study reveals that algorithmic empathy systems can improve emotional resonance by 34.7%and increase audience engagement by 28.3%compared to traditional communication methods.The findings demonstrate that AI algorithms reconstruct media communication logic through three primary pathways:emotional pattern recognition,personalized content curation,and real-time sentiment adaptation.However,the study also identifies significant challenges including algorithmic bias,emotional authenticity concerns,and ethical implications of automated empathy.The research contributes to understanding how mainstream media can leverage AI technology to build high-quality empathetic communication while maintaining journalistic integrity and social responsibility. 展开更多

The integration of digital-intelligent(DI)technologies is fundamentally reshaping dermatology education by systematically addressing its most persistent challenges in visual pattern recognition,procedural skill acquisition,and personalized instruction.This comprehensive review critically examines the transformative roles of core DI technologies—including artificial intelligence(AI),virtual and augmented reality(VR/AR),mixed reality(MR),and big data analytics—in modernizing dermatological training paradigms.AI-powered educational platforms are revolutionizing diagnostic didactics by leveraging vast,annotated image libraries to offer interactive,casebased learning and deliver adaptive feedback,thereby sharpening morphological recognition skills.Concurrently,VR/AR/MR simulations create safe,repeatable,and highly immersive environments for mastering surgical techniques,from basic biopsies to complex closures,and for developing a sophisticated,three-dimensional understanding of cutaneous anatomy.Big data analytics further augments this ecosystem by continuously tracking learner engagement and performance metrics,enabling data-driven optimization of curricular content and the early identification of individual learning needs.Despite this significant potential,substantial barriers impede widespread adoption,including high implementation costs,unresolved ethical concerns regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias,and a pressing need for robust validation of AI models against real-world clinical outcomes.The future of dermatology education hinges on the synergistic integration of these discrete tools into cohesive,intelligent digital learning ecosystems.Realizing this future will require strategic adoption frameworks,fostered by interdisciplinary collaboration between clinicians,educators,and engineers,and guided by rigorous ethical standards to cultivate a new generation of dermatologists who are both clinically expert and digitally fluent. 展开更多
