The space pointing mechanism is widely used in radio astronomy,aerospace and other fields,and has high requirements for its pointing accuracy and stability.The pointing mechanism will be affected by external interference when it works.In order to eliminate the influence of interference force and interference torque on the output accuracy of the pointing mechanism,it is necessary to propose a novel method of type synthesis of highprecision double-layer parallel pointing mechanism which can resist interference force and interference torque.A series of high-precision double-layer parallel pointing mechanisms that can resist interference forces and interference torques have been synthesized.Firstly,based on the idea of decoupling the function of pose adjustment and the function of resisting interference force and interference torque,a new method of type synthesis of high-precision double-layer parallel pointing mechanism is proposed.The type synthesis conditions of the inner translation mechanism and the outer mechanism are given.Then,based on the type synthesis conditions of the inner translation mechanism,the type synthesis of the inner isotropic three-translation parallel mechanism is carried out.Based on the type synthesis conditions of the outer mechanism,the type synthesis of the six-degreeof-freedom parallel mechanism for high-precision pointing and position adjustment is carried out.A series of new configurations of double-layer parallel pointing mechanisms that can resist interference forces and torques are synthesized.Finally,a typical configuration is selected to verify the correctness of the anti-interference function of the double-layer parallel pointing mechanism.The double-layer parallel pointing mechanism has the advantages of both large load and high output precision,and has a good application prospect in the field of radio telescope and antenna radar. 展开更多

Electric double-layer(EDL)structure critically influences electrocatalytic kinetics and performance,yet mechanistic understanding of anion-mediated EDL modulation remains limited,particularly in acidic CO2electrolysis.Here,we demonstrate that the prototypical anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)induces EDL expansion and reconstruct interfacial hydrogen-bonding(H-bond)networks,thereby suppressing the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in acidic electrolytes,while achieving 94.1%CO Faradaic efficiency at 250 mA cm–2.Electrochemical kinetics analysis identifies that SDS-induced disruption of interfacial H-bond networks impedes proton transport kinetics,thereby suppressing HER in acid.Integrative electrolyte characterizations combined with in situ spectroscopic analysis revealed that the widening of the EDL stems from Lewis acid-base interactions between SDS and K+.Further,the introduction of SDS modulates interfacial water dissociation activity,thereby facilitating the hydrogenation pathway from CO2to*COOH.These findings establish a rational electrolyte design strategy for manipulating EDL to enhance acidic CO2electrolysis performance. 展开更多

Two-dimensional double-layer honeycomb(DLHC)materials are known for their diverse physical properties,but superconductivity has been a notably absent characteristic in this structure.We address this gap by investigating M2N2(M=Nb,Ta)with DLHC structure using first-principles calculations.Our results show that M2N2are stable and metallic,exhibiting superconducting behavior.Specifically,Nb2N2and Ta2N2display superconducting transition temperatures of 6.8 K and 8.8 K,respectively.Their electron-phonon coupling is predominantly driven by the coupling between metal d-orbitals and low-frequency metal-dominated vibration modes.Interestingly,two compounds also exhibit non-trivial band topology.Thus,M2N2are promising platforms for studying the interplay between topology and superconductivity and fill the gap in superconductivity research for DLHC materials. 展开更多

For delivering the nanoscaled extraordinary characteristics in macroscopical bulk,it is essential to integrate two-dimensional nanosheets into threedimensional(3D)porous monoliths,alternatively called as 3D architectures,3D networks,or aerogels.The intersupported structure of porous monolithic 3D graphene(3DG)can prevent aggregation or restacking of graphene individuals,and the interconnected sp2 network of 3DG not only can provide the highway for the transport of electron/phonon but also can present continual cavities/channels for mass transfer.This review summarizes the synthesis methodology of 3DG porous monoliths and highlights the application for electric double-layer capacitors.Present challenges and future prospects about the manufacture and application of 3DG are also discussed. 展开更多

Poor permeability and low sintering productivity restrict the development of high-bed sintering.An efficient method of the double-layer sintering process(DLSP)was proposed to achieve high-bed sintering and solve the aforementioned problems.Theoretical calculation and sintering pot experiments were implemented to investigate the double-layer sintering process.Traditional sintering process and DLSP were compared in terms of sintering indices,metallurgical properties and morphology characterization.Under the condition of traditional sintering process,DLSP successfully realized fast velocity and highly productive sintering of 1000-mm high bed.After the sintering bed is charged and ignited twice,the air permeability of the bed has been greatly improved.Sintering time is shortened significantly by simultaneous sintering of the upper and lower feed layers.Under the condition of bed height proportion of 350/650 mm and pre-sintering time of 20 min,the yield,tumbler strength,productivity and solid fuel consumption are 69.96%,65.87%,1.71 t(m2h)-1and 56.71 kg,respectively.Magnetite,hematite,calcium ferrite and complex calcium ferrite are the main phases of DLSP products.The metallurgical properties of DSLP products meet the requirement of ironmaking.It indicates that DLSP is an effective method to solve the disadvantages of bad permeability and low sintering productivity in high-bed sintering. 展开更多

Based on non-Darcian flow law described by exponent and threshold gradient within a double-layered soil, the classic theory of one-dimensional consolidation of double-layered soil was modified to consider the change of vertical total stress with depth and time together. Because of the complexity of governing equations, the numerical solutions were obtained in detail by finite difference method. Then, the numerical solutions were compared with the analytical solutions in condition that non-Darcian flow law was degenerated to Dary's law, and the comparison results show that numerical solutions are reliable. Finally, consolidation behavior of double-layered soil with different parameters was analyzed, and the results show that the consolidation rate of double-layered soil decreases with increasing the value of exponent and threshold of non-Darcian flow, and the exponent and threshold gradient of the first soil layer greatly influence the consolidation rate of double-layered soil. The larger the ratio of the equivalent water head of external load to the total thickness of double-layered soil, the larger the rate of the consolidation, and the similitude relationship in classical consolidation theory of double-layered soil is not satisfied. The other consolidation behavior of double-layered soil with non-Darcian flow is the same as that with Darcy's law. 展开更多

The nanocomposite BaFe12O19/α-Fe and nanocrystalline α-Fe microfibers with diameters of 1-5 μm, high aspect ratios and large specific areas are prepared by the citrate gel transformation and reduction process. The nanocomposite BaFe12O19/α-Fe microfibers show some exchange-coupling interactions largely arising from the magnetization hard (BaFe12019) and soft (a-Fe) nanoparticles. For the microwave absorptions, the double-layer structures consisting of the nanocomposite BaFe12O19/α-Fe and α-Fe microfibers each exhibit a wide band and strong absorption behavior. When the nanocomposite BaFel2O19/α-Fe microfibers are used as a matching layer of 2.3 mm in thickness and a-Fe microfibers as an absorbing layer of 1.2 mm in thickness, the optimal reflection loss (RL) achieves -47 dB at 15.6 GHz, the absorption bandwidth is about 12.7 GHz ranging from 5.3 to 18 GHz, exceeding -20 dB, which covers 72.5% C-band (4.2-8.2 GHz) and whole X-band (8.2-12.4 GHz) and Ku-band (12.4-18 GHz). The enhanced absorption properties of these double-layer absorbers are mainly ascribed to the improvement in impedance matching ability and microwave multi-reflection largely resulting from the dipolar polarization, interfacial polarization, exchange-coupling interaction, and small size effect. 展开更多

The Inter-Orbit-Links (IOLs) between layers is an essential factor, which affects the performances of the DLSN systems. Considering certain constellation parameters, the geometric characteristics of IOLs are described and the connectivity of MEO satellites and LEO satellites in the DLSN is analyzed. By computer simulation, the results show that IOLs should be selectively established according to certain parameters rather than the simple in-sight principle. 展开更多

For the singlelayer absorbers, the nanocrystalline SrFe12O19 microfibers show some microwave absorptions at 6 GHz 18 GHz, with a minimum reflection loss (RL) value of -11.9 dB at 14.1 GHz for a specimen thickness of 3.0 mm, while for the nanocrystalline α-Fe microfibers, their absorptions largely take place at 15 GHz-18 GHz with the RL value exceeding -10 dB, with a minimum .RL value of about -24 dB at 17.5 GHz for a specimen thickness of 0.7 mm. For the doublelayer absorber with an absorbing layer of α-Fe microfibers with a thickness of 0.7 mm and matching layer of SrFe12O19 microfibers with a thickness of 1.3 ram, the minimum RL value is about -63 dB at 16.4 GHz and the absorption band width is about 6.7 GHz ranging from 11.3 GHz to 18 GHz with the RL value exceeding -10 dB which covers the whole Ku-band (12.4 GHz 18 GHz) and 27% of X-band (8.2 GHz 12.4 GHz). 展开更多

To further investigate the one-dimensional(1D)rheological consolidation mechanism of double-layered soil,the fractional derivative Merchant model(FDMM)and the non-Darcian flow model with the non-Newtonian index are respectively introduced to describe the deformation of viscoelastic soil and the flow of pore water in the process of consolidation.Accordingly,an 1D rheological consolidation equation of double-layered soil is obtained,and its numerical analysis is performed by the implicit finite difference method.In order to verify its validity,the numerical solutions by the present method for some simplified cases are compared with the results in the related literature.Then,the influence of the revelent parameters on the rheological consolidation of double-layered soil are investigated.Numerical results indicate that the parameters of non-Darcian flow and FDMM of the first soil layer greatly influence the consolidation rate of double-layered soil.As the decrease of relative compressibility or the increase of relative permeability between the lower soil and the upper soil,the dissipation rate of excess pore water pressure and the settlement rate of the ground will be accelerated.Increasing the relative thickness of soil layer with high permeability or low compressibility will also accelerate the consolidation rate of double-layered soil. 展开更多

A simple, precise and accurate method was developed and validated for the determination of allicin release from alliin/alliinase double-layer tablets. According to Appendix XC Ⅱ of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition Volume II, a small glass-method was adopted at the rotational speed of 100 r/min using 100 mL phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) as release medium. The release amount was determined by HPLC with a C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using the mobile phase consisting of methanol -0.4% carboxylic acid (65:35) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and UV detection at 242 nm. The current method demonstrates good linearity over the range 4.052- 405.2 μg/mL (r2=0.9999) with an average recovery of 105.5%(RSD= 1.25%). The accumulative release of alliin/alliinase double-layer tablets had good homogeneity for withinand betweenbatches. The method established is simple, accurate and repeatable for the determination of allicin release from alliin/alliinase double-layer tablets. 展开更多

Nowadays,carbon frameworks derived from natural biomaterials have attracted extensive attention for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding due to their renewability and affordability.However,it is critical and challenging to achieve effective regulation of shielding effectiveness(SE)as well as weaken the strong EM reflection of highly conductive biomass-based carbon materials.Herein,commercial cotton pads with oriented structure were selected as carbonaceous precursor to fabricate aligned carbon networks by pyrolysis,and the EMI SE of the samples with increased temperature of 800-1000℃ can be accurately controlled in the effective range of~21.7-29.1,~27.7-37.1 and~32.7-43.3 d B with high reflection coefficient of>0.8 by changing the cross-angle between the electric-field direction of incident EM waves and the fiber-orientation direction due to the occurrence of opposite internal electric field.Moreover,the further construction of Salisbury absorber-liked double-layer structure could result in an ultralow reflection coefficient of only~0.06 but enhanced SE variation range up to~38.7-49.3 d B during the adjustment of cross-angle,possibly due to the destructive interference of EM waves in the double-layer carbon networks.This work would provide a simple and effective way for constructing high-performance biomass carbon materials with adjustable EMI shielding and ultra-low reflectivity. 展开更多

Double-layered microcapsule corrosion inhibitors were developed by sodium monofluorophosphate as the core material,polymethyl methacrylate as the inner wall material,and polyvinyl alcohol as the outer wall material combining the solvent evaporation method and spray drying method.The protection by the outer capsule wall was used to prolong the service life of the corrosion inhibitor.The dispersion,encapsulation,thermal stability of microcapsules,and the degradation rate of capsule wall in concrete pore solution were analyzed by ultra-deep field microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,thermal analyzer,and sodium ion release rate analysis.The microcapsules were incorporated into mortar samples containing steel reinforcement,and the effects of double-layered microcapsule corrosion inhibitors on the performance of the cement matrix and the actual corrosion-inhibiting effect were analyzed.The experimental results show that the double-layered microcapsules have a moderate particle size and uniform distribution,and the capsules were completely wrapped.The microcapsules as a whole have good thermal stability below 230 ℃.The monolayer membrane structure microcapsules completely broke within 1 day in the simulated concrete pore solution,and the double-layer membrane structure prolonged the service life of the microcapsules to 80 days in the simulated concrete pore solution before the core material was completely released.The mortar samples containing steel reinforcement incorporated with the double-layered microcapsule corrosion inhibitors still maintained a higher corrosion potential than the monolayer microcapsule corrosion inhibitors control group at 60 days.The incorporation of double-layered microcapsules into the cement matrix has no significant adverse effect on the setting time and early strength. 展开更多

The adsorption capacity and absorption rate for electrolyte onto activated carbon are important parameters used to characterize activated carbon electric double-layer capacitor electrodes. In this paper the pore structure of typical commercial activated carbons, and various Mn-doped activated carbons prepared on a laboratory scale, are described. The pore structure was character-ized by N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms. Isotherms for K+ adsorption onto these activated carbons from the aqueous phase were also obtained. The experimental, equilibrium K+ adsorption data were fitted to the Langmuir, Freundlich or Temkin equations. Adsorption of K+ onto the activated carbons was measured and plotted as a function of time. The adsorption kinetic data were modeled by either pseudo-first or pseudo-second order equations. The Elvoich equation, a liquid film diffusion and an intra-particle diffusion model were used to fit the kinetic data. The results indicate that the adsorption of K+ onto activated carbon is influenced by many factors including pore size distribution, specific surface area and the surface chemistry of the activated carbons. The Temkin equation best describes the equilibrium adsorption data. The pseudo-second order model exactly describes the whole adsorption process, which is controlled by both liquid film and intra-particle diffusion. 展开更多

The velocity structures of flow through vertically double-layered vegetation(VDLV)as well as single-layered rigid vegetation(SLV)were investigated computationally with a three-dimensional(3D)Reynolds stress turbulence model,using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)code FLUENT.The detailed velocity distribution was explored with a varying initial Froude number(Fr),with consideration of the steady subcritical flow conditions of an inland tsunami.In VDLV flows,the numerical model successfully captured the inflection point in the profiles of mean streamwise velocities in the mixing-layer region around the top of short submerged vegetation.An upward and downward movement of flow occurred at the positions located just behind the tall and short vegetation,respectively.Overall,higher streamwise velocities were observed in the upper vegetation layer due to high porosity,with Pr=98%(sparse vegetation,where Pr is the porosity),as compared to those in the lower vegetation layer,which had comparatively low porosity,with Pr=91%(dense vegetation).A rising trend of velocities was found as the flow passed through the vegetation region,followed by a clear sawtooth distribution,as compared to the regions just upstream and downstream of vegetation where the flow was almost uniform.In VDLV flows,a rising trend in the flow resistance was observed with the increase in the initial Froude number,i.e.,Fr?0.67,0.70,and 0.73.However,the flow resistance in the case of SLV was relatively very low.The numerical results also show the flow structures within the vicinity of short and tall vegetation,which are difficult to attain through experimental measurements. 展开更多

To reduce the comprehensive costs of the construction and operation of microgrids and to minimize the power fluctuations caused by randomness and intermittency in distributed generation,a double-layer optimizing configuration method of hybrid energy storage microgrid based on improved grey wolf optimization(IGWO)is proposed.Firstly,building a microgrid system containing a wind-solar power station and electric-hydrogen coupling hybrid energy storage system.Secondly,the minimum comprehensive cost of the construction and operation of the microgrid is taken as the outer objective function,and the minimum peak-to-valley of the microgrid’s daily output is taken as the inner objective function.By iterating through the outer and inner layers,the system improves operational stability while achieving economic configuration.Then,using the energy-self-smoothness of the microgrid as the evaluation index,a double-layer optimizing configuration method of the microgrid is constructed.Finally,to improve the disadvantages of grey wolf optimization(GWO),such as slow convergence in the later period and easy falling into local optima,by introducing the convergence factor nonlinear adjustment strategy and Cauchy mutation operator,an IGWO with excellent global performance is proposed.After testing with the typical test functions,the superiority of IGWO is verified.Next,using IGWO to solve the double-layer model.The case analysis shows that compared to GWO and particle swarm optimization(PSO),the IGWO reduced the comprehensive cost by 15.6%and 18.8%,respectively.Therefore,the proposed double-layer optimizationmethod of capacity configuration ofmicrogrid with wind-solar-hybrid energy storage based on IGWO could effectively improve the independence and stability of the microgrid and significantly reduce the comprehensive cost. 展开更多

It is difficult to conduct shaking table tests that require large-displacement high-frequency seismic excitation due to the limited capacity of existing electrohydraulic servo systems.To address this problem,a double-layer shaking table(DLST)is proposed.The DLST has two layers of one table each(i.e.,an upper table and lower table)and aims at reproducing target seismic excitation on the upper table.The original signal is separated into two signals(i.e.,a high-frequency signal and low-frequency signal)through a fast Fourier transform/inverse fast Fourier transform process,and these signals are applied to the two tables separately.The actuators connected to different tables only need to generate large-displacement low-frequency or small-displacement high-frequency movements.The three-variable control method is used to generate large-displacement but low-frequency motion of the lower table and high-frequency but small-displacement motion of the upper table relative to the table beneath.A series of simulations are carried out using MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results suggest that the DLST can successfully generate large-displacement high-frequency excitation.The control strategy in which the lower table tracks the low-frequency signal and the upper table tracks the original signal is recommended. 展开更多

The mechanism for the formation of double-layer vertically aligned carbon nanotube arrays(VACNTs) through single-step CVD growth is investigated. The evolution of the structures and defect concentration of the VACNTs are tracked by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Raman spectroscopy. During the growth, the catalyst particles are stayed constantly on the substrate. The precipitation of the second CNT layer happens at around 30 min as proved by SEM.During the growth of the first layer, catalyst nanoparticles are deactivated with the accumulation of amorphous carbon coatings on their surfaces, which leads to the termination of the growth of the first layer CNTs. Then, the catalyst particles are reactivated by the hydrogen in the gas flow, leading to the precipitation of the second CNT layer. The growth of the second CNT layer lifts the amorphous carbon coatings on catalyst particles and substrates. The release of mechanical energy by CNTs provides big enough energy to lift up amorphous carbon flakes on catalyst particles and substrates which finally stay at the interfaces of the two layers simulated by finite element analysis. This study sheds light on the termination mechanism of CNTs during CVD process. 展开更多

Numerous models have been proposed to reduce the classification error of Naive Bayes by weakening its attribute independence assumption and some have demonstrated remarkable error performance. Considering that ensemble learning is an effective method of reducing the classifmation error of the classifier, this paper proposes a double-layer Bayesian classifier ensembles (DLBCE) algorithm based on frequent itemsets. DLBCE constructs a double-layer Bayesian classifier (DLBC) for each frequent itemset the new instance contained and finally ensembles all the classifiers by assigning different weight to different classifier according to the conditional mutual information. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other outstanding algorithms. 展开更多
