Methods: A total of 80 patients with postoperative joint stiffness following hand and foot fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were enrolled as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a conventional treatment group and a rehabilitation group (n=40 each) using a random number table. The conventional group received standard postoperative symptomatic treatment, while the rehabilitation group underwent systematic comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in addition to conventional treatment. The postoperative joint function recovery, clinical treatment efficacy rate, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: Post-intervention, the rehabilitation group demonstrated significantly higher joint function scores, greater clinical treatment efficacy, and lower complication rates compared to the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Postoperative joint stiffness following hand and foot fractures is associated with multiple factors including immobilization, local tissue adhesion, and delayed rehabilitation intervention. Targeted comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve joint mobility in these patients.展开更多

In this paper, the probability density evolution method, which is successfully developed to capture the instantaneous PDF of an arbitrary single response of interest, is extended to evaluate the joint PDF of any two responses. A two-dimensional partial differential equation in terms of the joint PDF is established. The strategy of selecting representative points via the number theoretical method and sieved by a hyper-ellipsoid is outlined. A two-dimensional difference scheme is developed. The free vibration of an SDOF system is examined to verify the proposed method, and a flame structure exhibiting hysteresis subjected to stochastic ground motion is investigated. It is pointed out that the correlation of different responses results from the fact that randomness of different responses comes from the same set of basic random parameters involved. In other words, the essence of the probabilistic correlation is a physical correlation.展开更多

摘要To the Editor:Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)rupture is a frequent knee injury that modifies knee joint kinematics, including intra-articular motions and forces, leading to recurrent functional instability of the knee. With an estimated 200,000 ACL ruptures annually in the United States,ACL ruptures are prevalent, especially in young, physically active individuals.[1]Restoring knee morphology, stability, and function is the aim of conventional therapy, which is ACL reconstruction(ACLR).[2]Previous studies have evaluated gait function at different time points before and after ACLR to quantify impairments in movement patterns and knee joint biomechanics.[3]These investigations have consistently revealed substantial alterations in gait patterns induced by ACLR,with recovery persisting for at least 6 months post-procedure.[4]Majewska et al[4]pointed out that most studies focus on short-term follow-up within 6 months after surgery, while time-dependent changes in long-term dynamic functional recovery remain poorly studied.Accordingly,we aimed to perform gait analysis both pre-ACLR and throughout the 12 months postoperatively, complemented by standard assessments of knee joint function.

摘要The purpose is to explore the effects of Exercise rehabilitation(ER)on bone mineral density(BMD)of the knee, muscle strength(MS),and physical function(PF)after ACL rupture. Finally,A total of 58 patients were randomized into 2 groups(Control Group[CON]:conventional treatment,male=16,female=13,age=[31.63±8.01]years;Exercise rehabilitation group[ER]:6-week ER on CON basis,male=17,female=12,age=[31.26±7.07]years).At baseline and 6 weeks, the knee BMD was measured using DEXA,MS and PF measures were recorded by isokinetic strength test,IKDC,Lysholm, and VAS score.T-tests,analysis of variance(ANOVA),and Mann-Whitney tests were used for comparisons. The BMD outcomes:after a 6-week period, the BMD of the CON([1.47±0.24]g·cm-2)was significantly lower than that of the ER([1.65±0.37]g·cm-2)at lateral condyle of femur(LCF)(p=0.041).MS outcomes:at 6 weeks, the relative peak torque(RPT)of the quadriceps and hamstrings during concentric contractions in ER group were significantly higher than that in CON group(p<0.001,p=0.017).Similarly,during eccentric contractions in ER group, the RPT of the quadriceps and the H/Q ratio revealed significant variations from the CON group(p=0.033,p=0.043).PF outcomes:the IKDC,Lysholm, and VAS scores of the ER group were significantly improved compared to the CON group(p<0.001,p<0.001,p=0.002).The conclusion is that 6 weeks of ER intervention for patients with ACL rupture can effectively delay the decline of BMD in the LCF of the knee joint, and enhance the restoration of MS and PF.This provides guidance for clinical rehabilitation.
摘要Objective: To investigate the core etiological factors of postoperative joint stiffness in patients with hand and foot fractures, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and application value of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in this population. Targeted comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve joint mobility in these patients.
摘要Seismic properties play a fundamental role in the geological and petrophysical modeling of reservoirs due to their dependence on petrophysical properties. Most existing stochastic seismic inversion methods are based on Gaussian probability distribution functions and assume linear dependence.Examples include sequential Gaussian co-simulation(SGCS)and direct sequential simulation(DSS).In contrast, spatial stochastic co-simulation methods based on Bernstein copulas(BCCS)have recently been developed. These methods do not require a specific distribution type or linear dependence, thereby overcoming the limitations of traditional approaches. In this context,we propose a novel approach for the joint seismic inversion of elastic and petrophysical properties using parametric copulas within a Bayesian inference framework.A joint probability distribution is constructed using well-scale petrophysical and elastic property data, fitted to parametric copula functions and treated as prior information. The model parameters are then updated a posteriori using petrophysical properties scaled by a moving window averaging method and seismic properties upscaled using the Backus averaging method. The resulting posterior model is used within the inversion process to generate elastic property realizations at the seismic scale. The inverse problem is solved using a simulated annealing algorithm that minimizes a global objective function combining the root-mean-square(RMS)error between synthetic and observed seismic traces, and the semivariogram error between the simulated and target variogram models. For each elastic realization,a reflectivity series is computed and convolved with a seismic wavelet to generate a synthetic seismic trace. The best-fitting elastic realization is then used to simulate the corresponding petrophysical property using the same joint probability distribution. The proposed method was applied to a deepwater reservoir case study to estimate total porosity and acoustic impedance at the seismic scale. Results demonstrate that the use of parametric copulas reduces computational cost and execution time while enabling effective integration of nonlinear dependencies. The synthetic traces exhibit RMS errors below 8%,validating the accuracy and robustness of the copulabased inversion framework.

摘要The joint probability density fimction (PDF) of different structural responses is a very important topic in the stochastic response analysis of nonlinear structures. In other words, the essence of the probabilistic correlation is a physical correlation.

摘要Condylar hyperplasia(CH),characterized by progressive facial deviation, occlusion disorders, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction, often requires combined temporomandibular joint(TMJ)-orthognathic interventions to reconstruct joint and occlusal functions as well as rebuilding harmonious facial expressions.Managing the dentomaxillofacial deformities secondary to CH involves hyperplastic condylar resection, orthognathic surgery, facial contour surgery and orthodontic treatment.Based on the activity of condylar hypertrophy, the severity of dentomaxillofacial deformity and malocclusion,an individualized treatment plan should be formulated to reconstruct joint functions, correct deformities and recover occlusal relationships. This expert consensus, informed by the latest clinical research and practical experience, addresses clinical considerations for surgical treatment strategies for patients with different CH types, delineating indications, objectives, procedures, and principles with the aim of providing clear and practical guidance for clinical practitioners.
