We focus on using emergency exit signs to effectively guide the evacuation of people on a floor with a dynamically changing layout. A multi-agent simulation is developed to simulate the behavior of evacuees on a floor. A mathematical model is constructed to obtain optimal sign locations to efficiently assist evacuation under the condition that obstacles are dynamically generated on the floor. The optimal sign locations are calculated by the mathematical model. However, previous works on organization search have mainly focused on the single-chain hierarchical organization in which all decisions are regarded as homogeneous. The heterogeneity and the interdependency between technical decisions and management decisions have been neglected. A two-chain hierarchical organization structure mapped from a real complex project is constructed. Then, a discrete decision model for a Liang Zong two-chain hierarchical organization in an NK model framework is proposed. This model proves that this kind of organization structure can reduce the search space by a large amount and that the search process should reach a final stable state more quickly. For a more complicated decision mechanism, a multi-agent simulation based on the above NK model is used to explore the effect of the two-chain organization structure on the speed, stability, and performance of the search process. The results provide three insights into how, compared with the single-chain hierarchical organization, the two-chain organization can improve the search process: it can reduce the number of iterations efficiently; the search is more stable because the search space is a smoother hill-like fitness landscape; in general, the search performance can be improved. However, when the organization structure is very complicated, the performance of a two-chain organization is inferior to that of a single-chain organization. These findings about the efficiency of the unique Chinese-style organization structure can be used to guide organization design for complex projects.展开更多

Using the results of the simulation, effective methods are discussed for achieving the escape of the evacuees within a short time.

摘要The effects of temperature and Re content on the mechanical properties, dislocation morphology, and deformation mechanism of γ-γ′phases nickel-based single crystal superalloys are investigated by using the molecular dynamics method through the model of γ-γ′phases containing hole defect. The addition of Re makes the dislocation distribution tend towards the γ phase. The higher the Re content, the earlier theγphase yields, while the γ′phase yields later.Dislocation bends under the combined action of the applied force and the resistance of the Re atoms to form a bend point. The Re atoms are located at the bend points and strengthen the alloy by fixing the dislocation and preventing it from cutting the γ′phase.Dislocations nucleate first in the γ phase, causing theγphase to deform plastically before the γ′phase. As the strain increases, the dislocation length first remains unchanged, then increases rapidly, and finally fluctuates and changes. The dislocation lengths in the γ phase are larger than those in the γ′phase at different temperatures. The dislocation length shows a decreasing tendency with the increase of the temperature.Temperature can affect movement of the dislocation, and superalloys have different plastic deformation mechanisms at low, medium and high temperatures.
摘要The prediction of the behavior of people in a disaster has a useful role to play in the design of urban structures such as department stores, schools, and office buildings. Then, the developed simulation is performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the emergency exit signs and the behavior of evacuees on simple layout models using the calculated optimal sign locations.

摘要This paper investigates the influence of numerical methods and mesh resolution on the prediction accuracy of the aerodynamic behaviors of a 1/20 scaled generic high-speed train(HST)model.A thorough comparison is made between partially averaged Navier-Stokes(PANS),large eddy simulation(LES),and wind tunnel experiments, covering aerodynamic forces, surface pressure, velocity distribution, and Reynolds stress and turbulent kinetic energy in the wake region. The Reynolds number for both simulations and experiments is set to 4.75×105.The results show that the PANS approach accurately predicts flow characteristics observed in experiments and fine LES calculations, even with a low resolution grid.PANS exhibits a distinct advantage over LES when grid resolutions are insufficient for resolving near wall flow structures around the HST,both in open-air conditions and crosswind environments.Additionally, grid refinement improves the predictive accuracy of the HST's aerodynamic performance, particularly in the presence of small yaw angle.

摘要Different from the organization structure of complex projects in Western countries, the Liang Zong hierarchical organization structure of complex projects in China has two different chains, the chief-engineer chain and the general-director chain,to handle the trade-off between technical and management decisions. These findings about the efficiency of the unique Chinese-style organization structure can be used to guide organization design for complex projects.

摘要γʹvolume fraction(fv)plays a critical role in the mechanical properties of Ni-based single-crystal superalloys.A creep phase-field model is utilized to simulate the microstructure evolution and creep performance during creep under different fv conditions. The influence mechanism of fv on creep properties is investigated based on the analysis of evolutions of internal stress and strain fields. As fv increases, the morphology ofγʹrafts changes from discontinuous to continuous, while the morphological change ofγchannels is opposite, the inclination ofγchannels from the[010]direction to(011)directions during tertiary creep first decreases and then increases, the creep life first increases and then decreases, and the main distribution of creep damage shifts fromγʹtoγʹ/γinterfaces andγchannels. The longest creep life under fv of 0.65 can be attributed to the stableγʹraft structure, the lowest stress and strain inγchannels, and the slowest damage accumulation.

摘要Dynamic modeling and numerical simulation of hydrate slurry flow behavior are of great importance to offshore hydrate management. For this purpose, a dynamic model of hydrate agglomeration was proposed in this paper.Based on population balance equation, the frame of the dynamic model was established first, which took both hydrate agglomeration and hydrate breakage into consideration. Then, the calculating methods of four key parameters involved in the dynamic model were given according to hydrate agglomeration dynamics. The four key parameters are collision frequency, agglomeration efficiency, breakage frequency and the size distribution of sub particles resulting from particle breakage. After the whole dynamic model was built, it was combined with several traditional solid–liquid flow models and then together solved by the CFD software FLUENT 14.5.Finally, using this method, the influences of flow rate and hydrate volume fraction on hydrate particle size distribution, hydrate volume concentration distribution and pipeline pressure drop were simulated and analyzed.

摘要In recent years, significant research attention has been directed towards swarm intelligence. The Milling behavior of fish schools,a prime example of swarm intelligence, shows how simple rules followed by individual agents lead to complex collective behaviors. This paper studies Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning to simulate fish schooling behavior, overcoming the challenges of tuning parameters in traditional models and addressing the limitations of single-agent methods in multi-agent environments.Based on this foundation,a novel Graph Convolutional Networks(GCN)-Critic MADDPG algorithm leveraging GCN is proposed to enhance cooperation among agents in a multi-agent system.Simulation experiments demonstrate that, compared to traditional single-agent algorithms, the proposed method not only exhibits significant advantages in terms of convergence speed and stability but also achieves tighter group formations and more naturally aligned Milling behavior.Additionally,a fish school self-organizing behavior research platform based on an event-triggered mechanism has been developed, providing a robust tool for exploring dynamic behavioral changes under various conditions.
