To address the critical requirements for collaborative delivery of multiple tasks within each order in personalized mass customization,this paper develops a dynamic parallel machine scheduling model that accounts for stochastic machine failures and order priorities,thereby more accurately reflecting the uncertainties and complexities of real-world production environments.A dual-objective optimization framework is adopted to minimize both the makespan(maximum task completion time)and the variance of task completion times,aiming to improve the coordination and reliability of intra-order task delivery.An adaptive weighted reward function is designed to balance overall scheduling efficiency with consistency among tasks during reinforcement learning training.To tackle the challenges posed by partially observable Markov decision processes(POMDP)induced by unexpected machine breakdowns,a Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)-embedded Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO)intelligent scheduling algorithm is proposed.The algorithm incorporates an Action Masking mechanism to prevent invalid scheduling actions,while the GRU module captures historical state sequences to enhance perception of dynamic production environments.Extensive validation on benchmark datasets,along with comparisons against traditional heuristic algorithms,metaheuristic algorithms,and other deep reinforcement learning methods,demonstrates that the proposed approach achieves robust convergence,high resilience,and strong generalization across both static and dynamic scenarios,significantly improving coordinated delivery performance of order tasks.Overall,the proposed method not only provides an efficient and scalable real-time decision-making solution for Parallel Machine Scheduling Problems(PMSP)but also offers new theoretical and practical insights for optimizing complex production scheduling in intelligent manufacturing systems. 展开更多

The intermittency and volatility of wind and photovoltaic power generation exacerbate issues such as wind and solar curtailment,hindering the efficient utilization of renewable energy and the low-carbon development of energy systems.To enhance the consumption capacity of green power,the green power system consumption optimization scheduling model(GPS-COSM)is proposed,which comprehensively integrates green power system,electric boiler,combined heat and power unit,thermal energy storage,and electrical energy storage.The optimization objectives are to minimize operating cost,minimize carbon emission,and maximize the consumption of wind and solar curtailment.The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to solve the model,and a fuzzy membership function is introduced to evaluate the satisfaction level of the Pareto optimal solution set,thereby selecting the optimal compromise solution to achieve a dynamic balance among economic efficiency,environmental friendliness,and energy utilization efficiency.Three typical operating modes are designed for comparative analysis.The results demonstrate that the mode involving the coordinated operation of electric boiler,thermal energy storage,and electrical energy storage performs the best in terms of economic efficiency,environmental friendliness,and renewable energy utilization efficiency,achieving the wind and solar curtailment consumption rate of 99.58%.The application of electric boiler significantly enhances the direct accommodation capacity of the green power system.Thermal energy storage optimizes intertemporal regulation,while electrical energy storage strengthens the system’s dynamic regulation capability.The coordinated optimization of multiple devices significantly reduces reliance on fossil fuels. 展开更多

Coordinated scheduling of multimode plays a pivotal role in the rapid gathering and dissipating of passengers in transport hubs. Based on the survey data, the whole-day reaching time distribution at transfer points of passengers from the dominant mode to the connecting mode was achieved. A GI/M K/1 bulk service queuing system was constituted by putting the passengers' reaching time distribution as the input and the connecting mode as the service institution. Through queuing theory, the relationship between average queuing length under steady-state and headway of the connecting mode was achieved. By putting the minimum total cost of system as optimization objective, the headway as decision variable, a coordinated scheduling model of multimode in intermodal transit hubs was established. At last, a dynamic scheduling strategy was generated to cope with the unexpected changes of the dominant mode. The instance analysis indicates that this model can significantly reduce passengers' queuing time by approximately 17% with no apparently increase in departure frequency, which provides a useful solution for the coordinated scheduling of different transport modes in hubs. 展开更多

A two-agent production and transportation coordinated scheduling problem in a single-machine environment is suggested to compete for one machine from different downstream production links or various consumers.The jobs of two agents compete for the processing position on a machine,and after the pro-cessed,they compete for the transport position on a transport vehicle to be trans-ported to two agents.The two agents have different objective functions.The objective function of the first agent is the sum of the makespan and the total trans-portation time,whereas the objective function of the second agent is the sum of the total completion time and the total transportation time.Given the competition between two agents for machine resources and transportation resources,a non-cooperative game model with agents as game players is established.The job pro-cessing position and transportation position corresponding to the two agents are mapped as strategies,and the corresponding objective function is the utility func-tion.To solve the game model,an approximate Nash equilibrium solution algo-rithm based on an improved genetic algorithm(NE-IGA)is proposed.The genetic operation based on processing sequence and transportation sequence,as well as the fitness function based on Nash equilibrium definition,are designed based on the features of the two-agent production and transportation coordination scheduling problem.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated through numerical experiments of various sizes.When compared to heuristic rules such as the Longest Processing Time first(LPT)and the Shortest Processing Time first(SPT),the objective function values of the two agents are reduced by 4.3%and 2.6% on average. 展开更多

Electromagnetic detection satellite(EDS) is a type of Earth observation satellite(EOS). Satellites observation and data down-link scheduling plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of satellite observation systems. However, the current works mainly focus on the scheduling of imaging satellites, little work focuses on the scheduling of EDSes for its specific requirements.And current works mainly schedule satellite resources and data down-link resources separately, not considering them in a globally optimal perspective. The EDSes and data down-link resources are scheduled in an integrated process and the scheduling result is searched globally. Considering the specific constraints of EDS, a coordinate scheduling model for EDS observation tasks and data transmission jobs is established and an algorithm based on the genetic algorithm is proposed. Furthermore, the convergence of our algorithm is proved. To deal with some specific constraints, a solution repairing algorithm of polynomial computing time is designed. Finally, some experiments are conducted to validate the correctness and practicability of our scheduling algorithms. 展开更多

The emergent task is a kind of uncertain event that satellite systems often encounter in the application process.In this paper,the multi-satellite distributed coordinating and scheduling problem considering emergent tasks is studied.Due to the limitation of onboard computational resources and time,common online onboard rescheduling methods for such problems usually adopt simple greedy methods,sacrificing the solution quality to deliver timely solutions.To better solve the problem,a new multi-satellite onboard scheduling and coordinating framework based on multi-solution integration is proposed.This method uses high computational power on the ground and generates multiple solutions,changing the complex onboard rescheduling problem to a solution selection problem.With this method,it is possible that little time is used to generate a solution that is as good as the solutions on the ground.We further propose several multi-satellite coordination methods based on the multi-agent Markov decision process(MMDP)and mixed-integer programming(MIP).These methods enable the satellite to make independent decisions and produce high-quality solutions.Compared with the traditional centralized scheduling method,the proposed distributed method reduces the cost of satellite communication and increases the response speed for emergent tasks.Extensive experiments show that the proposed multi-solution integration framework and the distributed coordinating strategies are efficient and effective for onboard scheduling considering emergent tasks. 展开更多

Hybrid energy storage is considered as an effective means to improve the economic and environmental performance of integrated energy systems(IESs).Although the optimal scheduling of IES has been widely studied,few studies have taken into account the property that the uncertainty of the forecasting error decreases with the shortening of the forecasting time scale.Combined with hybrid energy storage,the comprehensive use of various uncertainty optimization methods under different time scales will be promising.This paper proposes a multi-time-scale optimal scheduling method for an IES with hybrid energy storage under wind and solar uncertainties.Firstly,the proposed system framework of an IES including electric-thermal-hydrogen hybrid energy storage is established.Then,an hour-level robust optimization based on budget uncertainty set is performed for the day-ahead stage.On this basis,a scenario-based stochastic optimization is carried out for intra-day and real-time stages with time intervals of 15 min and 5 min,respectively.The results show that①the proposed method improves the economic benefits,and the intra-day and real-time scheduling costs are reduced,respectively;②by adjusting the uncertainty budget in the model,a flexible balance between economic efficiency and robustness in day-ahead scheduling can be achieved;③reasonable design of the capacity of electric-thermal-hydrogen hybrid energy storage can significantly reduce the electricity curtailment rate and carbon emissions,thus reducing the cost of system scheduling. 展开更多

As the share of renewable generations(RGs)in power systems grows,the demand for peak regulation has increased,leading to higher associated costs.In this paper,we propose a mechanism for allocating peak regulation cost among RGs and distributing compensation among peak regulation resources(PRRs).This mechanism is integrated into a coordinated generation scheduling model to enhance the economic efficiency of independent system operators(ISOs)and incentivize PRRs.First,we propose a model for peak regulation cost of diverse PRRs.Next,we develop a method for constructing an RG output curve that facilitates peak regulation.The waveform difference between this constructed curve and the RG forecasted output curve is then calculated.In addition,we create a mechanism for peak regulation cost allocation and compensation distribution that incorporates the waveform difference,the peak regulation contribution of PRRs,and participant satisfaction as key indicators.We then establish a coordinated generation scheduling model using this mechanism,which is solved through the column-and-cut generation algorithm and rolling optimization.Finally,we conduct case studies based on an improved IEEE 30-bus test system and perform several comparative analyses to validate the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism and coordinated generation scheduling model. 展开更多

This paper studies the coordinated planning of transmission tasks in the heterogeneous space networks to enable efficient sharing of ground stations cross satellite systems.Specifically,we first formulate the coordinated planning problem into a mixed integer liner programming(MILP)problem based on time expanded graph.Then,the problem is transferred and reformulated into a consensus optimization framework which can be solved by satellite systems parallelly.With alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM),a semi-distributed coordinated transmission task planning algorithm is proposed,in which each satellite system plans its own tasks based on local information and limited communication with the coordination center.Simulation results demonstrate that compared with the centralized and fully-distributed methods,the proposed semi-distributed coordinated method can strike a better balance among task complete rate,complexity,and the amount of information required to be exchanged. 展开更多

随着可再生能源渗透率的增加,配电网潮流分布发生变化,可再生能源输出功率的快速波动进一步加大了配电网线路功率波动,对配电网运行产生巨大影响。为此,本文提出了考虑风力发电相关性分析和改进模型预测控制(MPC)的多时间尺度协调调度... 随着可再生能源渗透率的增加,配电网潮流分布发生变化,可再生能源输出功率的快速波动进一步加大了配电网线路功率波动,对配电网运行产生巨大影响。为此,本文提出了考虑风力发电相关性分析和改进模型预测控制(MPC)的多时间尺度协调调度方法。首先,基于copula相关分析理论,建立多个风电场预测误差与不同时间的相关模型,以更准确地捕捉风力发电出力的随机性特征。其次,根据不同时间尺度下预测数据的精度选择不同的优化方法,并在此基础上建立了一种新的多时间尺度调度方法,以在运行成本最低的前提下保证配电网在输电网之间的功率波动最小。然后,提出了一种改进的MPC方法,进一步限制了输配电网络之间交换功率的波动。最后进行了仿真验证,结果表明本文所提方法可以在降低运行成本和网损的同时,有效降低配电网线路功率波动。 展开更多

极端灾害极易导致配电网线路出现严重故障,进而解列成多个孤岛微电网运行,因此,迫切需要更为安全、高效、快速的策略来合理调度配电网中有限的分布式资源,确保灾后关键负荷的恢复。对此,计及故障线路修复过程中孤岛微电网的动态划分及... 极端灾害极易导致配电网线路出现严重故障,进而解列成多个孤岛微电网运行,因此,迫切需要更为安全、高效、快速的策略来合理调度配电网中有限的分布式资源,确保灾后关键负荷的恢复。对此,计及故障线路修复过程中孤岛微电网的动态划分及不同设备响应速度的差异,提出一种在极端灾害下提升配电网韧性的两阶段策略,通过两个阶段配合对有功和无功设备进行协同优化。第一阶段基于下一时窗可再生能源发电与负荷需求预测,构建鲁棒优化模型,在长时间尺度上优化远程遥控开关、电容器组及储能充放电的控制策略;第二阶段,根据最新精确预测信息和第一阶段决策,在短时间尺度上优化分布式资源和静态无功补偿器的输出,以弥补第一阶段决策中不确定性带来的偏差。在改进的IEEE 33节点系统中进行仿真测试,验证了所提策略的有效性。 展开更多

针对多能互补能源系统在高比例可再生能源接入下的动态协同优化难题,以及传统集中式方法在多主体利益协调和实时响应中的局限性,开展动态优化建模研究。构建了“物理层-决策层-协同层”三层多智能体强化学习(MARL)框架,将能源生产者、... 针对多能互补能源系统在高比例可再生能源接入下的动态协同优化难题,以及传统集中式方法在多主体利益协调和实时响应中的局限性,开展动态优化建模研究。构建了“物理层-决策层-协同层”三层多智能体强化学习(MARL)框架,将能源生产者、消费者及系统调度器划分为独立智能体。基于改进近端策略优化算法,设计了融合经济性、环保性与稳定性的动态奖励函数,通过集中训练-分散执行机制实现分布式决策与全局协同。以典型的园区级多能互补系统为算例,结果表明:所提MARL模型使可再生能源消纳率提升至92.3%,单位电量成本较传统混合整数规划(MIP)方法降低了28.9%;在50%负荷突变场景下,系统恢复稳定时间缩短至90 s,较MIP方法提速900%;面对±20%风光预测误差,负荷满足率仍保持98.7%。该动态优化模型可有效解决多能互补系统的多主体协同与不确定性适应问题,为高渗透率可再生能源系统的实时优化调度提供技术支撑。 展开更多

地源热泵运行特性与地埋管换热器网络的热交换过程存在紧密耦合,这给地源热泵的准确建模与优化控制带来挑战。为此,提出一种基于变流量控制下地源热泵精细热模型的电-热协同调度方法。建立变流量调节下的地埋管换热器网络端口等效解析模... 地源热泵运行特性与地埋管换热器网络的热交换过程存在紧密耦合,这给地源热泵的准确建模与优化控制带来挑战。为此,提出一种基于变流量控制下地源热泵精细热模型的电-热协同调度方法。建立变流量调节下的地埋管换热器网络端口等效解析模型,描述流体流量变化时土壤与流体间的热交换过程;建立地源热泵系统的变流量电-热耦合模型,揭示其电功率消耗、流体流量对供热能力的动态影响;构建以最小运行成本为目标的电-热协同调度优化框架,通过动态调节地源热泵的流量与功率,实现地源热泵系统与电力系统的协同优化。仿真结果表明,该调度方法能够充分发挥地源热泵系统的调节灵活性,在满足建筑供热需求的同时,提升系统的运行经济性与分布式可再生能源消纳能力。 展开更多

城市群地区经济发展对生态环境产生了一系列影响,许多研究基于统计数据广泛分析了经济发展与生态环境之间的关系,但忽略了自然生态的系统化功能。本研究从生态系统服务的角度,以兰西城市群(甘肃)为例,建立了基于生态系统服务价值的经济... 城市群地区经济发展对生态环境产生了一系列影响,许多研究基于统计数据广泛分析了经济发展与生态环境之间的关系,但忽略了自然生态的系统化功能。本研究从生态系统服务的角度,以兰西城市群(甘肃)为例,建立了基于生态系统服务价值的经济发展系统与生态系统之间的耦合协调度评价模型,分析了兰西城市群(甘肃)2个系统之间的耦合协调度的动态特征和类型。结果表明,1)2000-2020年,兰西城市群(甘肃)生态系统服务价值变化趋势呈先急剧增加后缓慢减少的倒“U”形,总体上增加了7.73亿元。经济发展水平越高的县(市、区)生态系统服务价值减少速度越快。2)2000-2020年,兰西城市群(甘肃)地区的大部分县(市、区)耦合度一直在增加,并且2015年以后,其耦合度一直保持在高水平的耦合阶段。3)2000-2020年,兰西城市群(甘肃)大部分地区属于经济发展滞后型,处于经济发展与生态系统不协调状态,且长期没有得到缓解,远离经济中心的地区长期保持在协调状态。 展开更多
