Multidisciplinary collaborative simulation (MCS) is an important area of research in the domain of multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO).Although previous research for MCS has to some extent addressed some issues like using of multiple tools, integration stability, control of step size, data synchronization, etc, further work is still necessary to study how to achieve improved precision.A theoretical model is formulated to describe and analyze the integration process of MCS.A basic algorithm with equal major steps is proposed based on the model, along with two methods of implementation for the model, namely the serial method and the parallel method.A further algorithm based on convergent integration step is proposed, which has a more flexible strategy for run-time integration. The influence of interpolation techniques on simulation performance is studied as well.Simulations of the performance of various algorithms with different interpolation techniques are performed for both a simple numerical example and a complex mechatronic product. The novel algorithm based on convergent integration step, when used with a high-order interpolation technique, has better performance in terms of precision and efficiency. The innovation of this paper is mainly on the validation of high precision of the proposed convergent integration step algorithm. 展开更多

Objective:This study aims to explore the application effect of the multidisciplinary collaboration model in pain management of pancreatic cancer, summarize the nursing experiences of the oncology department and the pain management department, and provide a scientific basis for pain nursing of pancreatic cancer. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 40 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer admitted to the Oncology Department of Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from November 2024 to March 2025.All patients were included in the multidisciplinary collaboration pain management model, which was composed of multiple disciplines, including the oncology department, the pain management department, the surgical department, and the nursing team.Through regular multidisciplinary consultations, individualized pain management plans were developed for patients, including drug therapy, nerve block, and minimally invasive interventional therapy. The nursing team of the oncology department was responsible for pain assessment, patient education, psychological support, and prevention of complications. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to assess the degree of pain, the Quality of Life Scale(QOL)was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients, and the patient satisfaction and the occurrence of complications were recorded. Results:Among the 40 patients,30 patients(75.0%)achieved effective pain relief. The VAS score decreased significantly from(7.2±1.3)before treatment to(3.1±0.9)(P<0.01);the QOL score increased significantly from(45.6±8.7)before treatment to(68.9±10.2)(P<0.01).The patient satisfaction rate reached 90.0%,and the complication rate was 12.5%,mainly including infection and bleeding, all of which were effectively managed.Under the multidisciplinary collaboration model, the nursing teams of the oncology department and the pain management department provided comprehensive and continuous pain management services for patients through accurate pain assessment and personalized nursing interventions, significantly improving the pain control effect and the quality of life of patients. Conclusion:The multidisciplinary collaboration model has significant advantages in pain management of pancreatic cancer.By integrating multidisciplinary resources,it provides individualized pain treatment plans and comprehensive nursing support for patients, effectively relieving pain symptoms and improving the quality of life. The nursing team of the oncology department plays an important role in this model, providing comprehensive and continuous pain nursing services for patients through measures such as accurate assessment, psychological support, and prevention of complications. 展开更多

Infected necrotizing pancreatitis(INP)remains a life-threatening complication of acute pancreatitis.Despite advancements such as endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)-guided drainage,lumen-apposing metal stents, and protocolized step-up strate-gies,the clinical practice remains heterogeneous, with variability in endoscopic strategies, procedural timing, device selection, and adjunctive techniques contri-buting to inconsistent outcomes. This review synthesizes current evidence to contribute to a structured framework integrating multidisciplinary team decision-making,advanced imaging(three-dimensional reconstruction,contrast-enhanced computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging),EUS assessment, and biomarker-driven risk stratification(C-reactive protein, procalcitonin)to optimize patient selection, intervention timing, and complication management.Key stan-dardization components include endoscopic assessment and procedural strate-gies,optimal timing of intervention, personalized approaches for complex pan-creatic collections, and techniques to reduce the number of endoscopic debride-ments and mitigate complications. This work aims to enhance clinical outcomes, minimize practice heterogeneity, and establish a foundation for future research and guideline development in endoscopic management of INP. 展开更多

The development of complex products is essentially concerned with multidisciplinary knowledge. Running on Internet, integration based on muhilayer federation architecture and dynamic reuse of simulation resources are the major difficulties for complex product collaborative design and simulation. Since the traditional Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) is not good at supporting these new requirements, an extended high level architecture (HLA) multilayer federation integration architecture (MLFIA), based on the resource management federation (RMF) and its supporting environment based Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and HLA (SOHLA) are proposed, The idea and realization of two key technologies, the dynamic creation of simulation federation based on RMF, TH RTI, an extensible HLA runtime infrastructure (RTI), used at Internet are emphasized. Finally, an industry case about multiple unit (MU) is given. 展开更多
