To systematically investigate the mechanisms and realization pathways through which New Quality Productive Forces(NQPF)facilitate the development of Gansu's modern industrial system,this study employs balanced pan...To systematically investigate the mechanisms and realization pathways through which New Quality Productive Forces(NQPF)facilitate the development of Gansu's modern industrial system,this study employs balanced panel data for 12 prefecture-level cities in Gansu Province from 2012 to 2024.A hierarchical entropy-weighting method is adopted to quantify the levels of New Quality Productive forces(NQP)and Modern Industrial System(MIS)development.Two-way fixed-effects,mediation-effects,and interaction-effects models are subsequently constructed for empirical testing.The empirical results indicate that new quality productive forces significantly promote the development of Gansu's modern industrial system.Both digital technological innovation and green technological innovation serve as mediating mechanisms,with the latter exhibiting a more robust transmission effect.Moreover,digital and green technological innovations demonstrate a significant positive synergistic effect.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the empowering effect is concentrated primarily in cities with higher levels of economic development,non-resource-based cities,and cities with a stronger secondary industrial base.In addition,a central-city spillover pattern is observed,while the release of policy effects exhibits a certain time lag.展开更多

摘要As an advanced form of productivity driven by technological innovation,new quality productive forces provide fundamental impetus for rural industries to break through traditional development bottlenecks and achieve high-quality growth.Based on a three-dimensional analytical framework of“technology-factors-value,”this paper systematically elucidates the internal mechanisms by which new quality productive forces empower the high-quality development of rural industries.It delves into the practical challenges at the levels of technological adaptation,factor allocation,and value transformation,and proposes implementation paths including localized technological innovation,restructuring of the factor system,and improvement of institutional safeguards,aiming to provide references for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
摘要To systematically investigate the mechanisms and realization pathways through which New Quality Productive Forces(NQPF)facilitate the development of Gansu's modern industrial system,this study employs balanced panel data for 12 prefecture-level cities in Gansu Province from 2012 to 2024.A hierarchical entropy-weighting method is adopted to quantify the levels of New Quality Productive forces(NQP)and Modern Industrial System(MIS)development.Two-way fixed-effects,mediation-effects,and interaction-effects models are subsequently constructed for empirical testing.The empirical results indicate that new quality productive forces significantly promote the development of Gansu's modern industrial system.Both digital technological innovation and green technological innovation serve as mediating mechanisms,with the latter exhibiting a more robust transmission effect.Moreover,digital and green technological innovations demonstrate a significant positive synergistic effect.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the empowering effect is concentrated primarily in cities with higher levels of economic development,non-resource-based cities,and cities with a stronger secondary industrial base.In addition,a central-city spillover pattern is observed,while the release of policy effects exhibits a certain time lag.

摘要The development of new quality productive forces has placed entirely new demands on the competency structure of business administration professionals,making it imperative to transition the curriculum system from traditional models to future-oriented paradigms.Taking“Organizational Behavior”as a representative case study,this research systematically diagnoses the gap between current teaching practices and the requirements of new quality productive forces,and designs a comprehensive teaching reform plan covering philosophy,objectives,content,methods,and evaluation.Consequently,the study distills a four-dimensional,interconnected logic model for curriculum reconstruction:Demand Anchoring(DA)-Competence Mapping(CM)-Scenario Embedding(SE)-Evaluation Closed-loop(EC)(DCSE).This model provides a meta-framework for the systematic innovation of business administration courses that combines theoretical coherence with practical applicability,helping to resolve the“fragmentation”dilemma in curriculum reform.

摘要In the context of the coordinated pursuit of"carbon peak and neutrality"objectives,alongside the strategy to establish a robust agricultural nation,the economic and social development of rural areas is undergoing a profound paradigm shift.The traditional rural division of labor pattern,which depends on tangible factors such as land,labor,and capital,has increasingly encountered developmental challenges characterized by diminishing marginal returns and a detrimental cycle of internal competition.The new quality productive force,centered on data,algorithms,green technologies,bioengineering,and clean energy,offers a potential pathway for the rural division of labor system to overcome the"low-level equilibrium".This force is characterized by attributes such as non-exclusivity,replicability,network collaboration,and ecological compatibility.This paper develops a three-dimensional collaborative analytical framework encompassing"technology,institution,and culture".It systematically elucidates the internal logic by which new quality productive forces drive the transformation of the rural division of labor from"quantitative factor matching"to"qualitative structural reorganization"through three principal mechanisms:technology embedding,institutional reconstruction,and cultural coupling.Furthermore,the study proposes corresponding policy recommendations,thereby offering theoretical insights to support the modernization of China s agriculture and rural areas,as well as the development of a strong agricultural country.

摘要This study proposes a framework for the concept of“new quality productive forces”in the ice and snow economy(ISE)as a strategic response to global climate change and the demands of technological and industrial transformation for high-quality development.These new quality productive forces in the ISE have developed alongside the zonal distribution of natural resources,strictly adhere to ecological principles,and integrate value transformation mechanisms specific to ice and snow resources.Their development is projected to generate multiple benefits across ecological,economic,and social dimensions.The new quality productive forces in the ISE are characterized by technology-driven resource development,synergistic integration across the entire ice and snow industry value chain,and a focus on high-quality,green growth.Grounded in geography and economics,the new quality productive forces in the ISE link scientific innovation,the reallocation of productive factors,and industrial upgrading within the context of resource constraints.Furthermore,they expand the growth potential of the ISE by fostering new production relations through digital,intelligent,and green integration,while advancing low-carbon,sustainable development under the guiding principle that“ice and snow landscapes are also mountains of gold and silver.”For China's ISE,these new quality productive forces emphasize rigorous resource protection,balanced human-environment relationships,a resilient integrated supply chain framework,and an efficient“dual circulation”economic model.Practical strategies include integrating production factors,optimizing spatial resource allocation,fostering industrial synergy,and adapting production relations,all aimed at advancing the sustainable and high-quality development of China's ISE.

摘要Driven by technological innovation and the innovative allocation of production factors,new quality productive forces(NQPFs)are a key breakthrough and core element propelling China’s transition from a major agricultural country to an advanced agricultural nation.At its core,agricultural modernization represents a frontier shift in agricultural development-a dynamic evolution of productive forces across technological forms,farmer demographics,industrial structures,and urban-rural relations.NQPFs drive the high-quality,integrated development of agricultural modernization through agricultural technological innovation,green and low-carbon practices,and the enhancement of all production factors.As NQPFs evolve and agricultural modernization advances,we must address constraints stemming from gaps in technology,models,resources,and talent.Furthermore,we must foster deep integration among industry,research,and education to develop new pathways for industrial upgrading,promote green and efficient agricultural development,and bridge existing technological gaps.These collective efforts are crucial for accelerating the high-quality development of agricultural modernization.

摘要Digital-intelligent technologies represent the advanced direction of new quality productive forces and are becoming a driving force for the digital transformation and high-quality development of the cultural industry.Empowered by new quality productive forces,the digital cultural industry has demonstrated diverse characteristics,including the innovation of cultural production subjects,the intelligentization of production tools,the digitization of production objects,the systematization of production methods,and the diversification of production factors.Leveraging technologies such as AIGC,virtual-physical integration,and DAOs based on Web 3.0,the digital cultural industry has established an innovative paradigm,fostering a new method of AIGC production in the digital cultural industry,a new business format of virtual-physical integration,and a new collaborative ecosystem characterized by co-creation,co-building,and co-governance.Meanwhile,the innovative paradigm of the digital cultural industry also faces a series of new challenges,such as the adaptability issues with AIGC algorithm models,creative bottlenecks,and content quality control problems.Additionally,there are obstacles like the immaturity of international development channels for new business formats,the lack of cultural connotations in creative products,and the lag of the digital-intelligent governance of the industry ecosystem behind digital practices.In light of this,there is an urgent need to establish an optimization mechanism for the high-quality development of digital cultural industries driven by new quality productive forces.This includes optimizing the content production mechanism for AIGC-led high-quality innovation in the digital cultural industry;improving the leapfrog development mechanism for new digital cultural business formats through global-regional collaboration;and enhancing the accurate,high-quality governance mechanism for the digital cultural industry that is aligned with the goals of Chinese modernization.

摘要The theory of new quality productive forces provides a foundational framework for cultivating pre-service English teachers.There is a high degree of consistency between the development of new quality productive forces and the cultivation of pre-service English teachers.The development of new quality productive forces has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of pre-service English teachers,while the cultivation of pre-service English teachers will also promote the development of new quality productive forces and provide talent support for it.Currently,the cultivation of pre-service English teachers faces numerous challenges,which requires strengthening top-level program design,reconstructing the curriculum system,expanding cultivation fields for pre-service English teachers,improving the digital literacy of pre-service English teachers,deepening international exchanges and cooperation,and building an evidence-based evaluation system as a guarantee to achieve new breakthroughs in the cultivation of pre-service English teachers and promote the development of new quality productive forces.

摘要Digital technology is a pivotal factor in developing new quality productive forces in agriculture and building digital villages.Using digital technology as a foundation to explore viable methods for these forces is an imperative for realizing rural revitalization and fostering circular agricultural development.This paper outlines the theoretical logic of how new quality productive forces empower digital village construction,focusing on accelerating smart village initiatives,promoting rural digital production,and developing unique local resources.Based on the practical challenges currently facing digital village development,it formulates several countermeasures.These include stimulating rural industrial endogenous motivation through urban-rural industrial integration,implementing actions to enhance rural digital governance,building a contingent of rural digital talent,and improving rural digital infrastructure.The aim is to provide insights for better leveraging the dynamic role of new quality productive forces in promoting digital village construction.

摘要New quality productive forces necessitate the digital empowerment of volunteer services in the new era to better propel socio-economic development.This paper focuses on youth volunteer work within higher education institutions,systematically examining the shared underpinnings and enabling logic between the theory of new quality productive forces and university youth volunteer services,clarifying an innovation-driven,supply-demand-aligned,and coordinated sustainable empowerment pathway.By analysing existing digital practices in domestic and international universities,it identifies current challenges in top-level design,content provision,and management standards.The paper proposes three implementation pathways for empowerment-foundational,matching,and supply layers-coupled with evaluation feedback,offering recommendations for the intelligent,institutionalised,and standardised development of university volunteer services.

摘要Against the backdrop of accelerated digitalization and the pursuit of high-quality manufacturing development,understanding manufacturing transformation and upgrading from the perspective of productive force restructuring has become an important theoretical issue.Focusing on Guangdong’s manufacturing sector,this paper introduces the concept of digitalization-driven new quality productive forces and develops an analytical framework centered on technological efficiency improvement,factor allocation optimization,and organizational upgrading.The analysis shows that digitalization does not drive manufacturing transformation through simple technological substitution;rather,it reshapes production processes,factor allocation modes,and organizational logics,thereby fostering new quality productive forces and enabling structural and developmental transformation.At the same time,industrial differentiation,institutional heterogeneity,and uneven firm capabilities constitute key structural constraints that define the practical boundaries of this transformation and generate divergent upgrading paths across manufacturing entities.By providing a mechanism-based theoretical interpretation of the relationship between new quality productive forces and manufacturing transformation,this study offers an analytical framework for understanding regional digital manufacturing transformation and yields theoretical insights into the context-specific upgrading of Guangdong’s manufacturing sector.
摘要Currently,driven by the accelerated iteration of digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,the digital economy has become a crucial engine for generating new quality productive forces and promoting industrial upgrading.Building on a systematic review of the theoretical evolution and measurement methods of the digital economy and new quality productive forces,this paper outlines their enabling mechanisms,industrial synergy pathways,and policy practices,and summarizes regional disparities and spatial spillover effects.The main findings are as follows:First,the digital economy reshapes the traditional factor structure and significantly enhances total factor productivity through the permeation of data elements and technological innovation;Second,driven jointly by the consumer internet and the industrial internet,it optimizes supply–demand matching and service models while reducing operating costs and improving production efficiency;Third,policy environments and institutional coordination amplify the enabling effects,as evidenced notably in national big-data pilot zones and the“East Data West Computing”initiative.Looking ahead,empirical research should deepen the exploration of micro-level mechanisms and dynamic panel analyses,construct a measurement system of new quality productive forces that spans macro,meso,and micro scales,and investigate pathways for regional collaborative governance and green digital integration to address the complex challenges of the new era.

摘要Considering the demands,situations and trends in respect to global climate change,carbon neutrality and energy transition,the achievements and significance of the global green energy transition and the new energy revolution of China are summarized,and the“Energy Triangle”theory is proposed.The research indicates that the energy technology revolution is driving a dual transformation in global energy:the black“shale oil and gas revolution”in North America and the green“new energy revolution”in China.The green energy revolution of China has achieved significant milestones in wind-solar-hydrogen-energy storage technologies,leading the world in photovoltaic and wind power.The country has developed the world's largest,most comprehensive,and competitive new energy innovation,industrial and value chains,along with the largest clean power supply system globally.New quality productive forces represent the green productive forces.The green“new energy revolution”of China has accelerated the transformation of its energy structure and the global shift towards clean energy,promoting a new win-win model for the global green and low-carbon transition.Under the backdrop of a carbon-neutral goal-driven energy transition,the“Energy Triangle”theory within the framework of new quality productive forces explains the correlation and development of energy security,economic growth,and environmental sustainability throughout the evolution from fossil fuels to new energy systems,culminating in an energy revolution.Compared to the global energy resource endowment,the energy resources of China are characterized by abundant coal,limited oil and gas,and unlimited wind and photovoltaic energy.Moving forward,the energy strategies of China will focus on the advancement of technologies to clean coal for carbon emission reduction,increase gas output while stabilizing oil production,increase green energy while enhancing new energy,and achieve intelligent integration.Vigorously developing new energy is an essential step in maintaining the energy security of China,and establishing a carbon-neutral“super energy system”is a necessary choice.It is crucial to enhance the international competitiveness of China in new energy development,promote high-quality energy productive forces,support the country's transition to an“energy power”,and strive for“energy independence”.
摘要Developing the new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development.However,it is not enough to understand the whole picture merely from a domestic perspective.The concept of new quality productive forces was put forward due to the changes in the international environment,including the emergence of anti-globalization trends and the economic policies of some major economies that are less open than before.With the changes in the global economic concept,China's economic development needs its innovative theory.As the world's second-largest economy,China is committed to the development of new quality productive forces and will make significant contributions to global development.In theory,it shows direction for the development of new quality productive forces on a global scale.In practice,it provides experiences for other economies to develop new quality productive forces.It also helps address the common challenges facing global development.The competition between major countries in traditional fields will continue,but in the case of the development of new quality productive forces,it will show some new characteristics.It will be more reflected in the field of strategic emerging industries,the confrontation risk in major country rivalry will be reduced,and strategic planning and design will become more important.
