Civil nuclear technology has been widely used in agriculture,industry,public safety,public health,environmental protection and other fields.As an emerging strategic industry,it has guided the direction for promoting t...Civil nuclear technology has been widely used in agriculture,industry,public safety,public health,environmental protection and other fields.As an emerging strategic industry,it has guided the direction for promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,leading to a new pole of economic growth and promoting the green development of industries.From the point of view of the carbon footprint,this study calculated the carbon emission of the civil nuclear technology application industry according to the basic accounting content of life cycle analysis(LCA).The minima,maxima and means of the carbon emission status of China(excluding Xizang,Hong Kong region,Macao region,and Taiwan region)from 2000 to 2019 were calculated using SPSS Software,and the carbon dioxide emissions were calculated by the Min-Max normalization method.We then compared the carbon emissions of each type of energy consumed by the civil nuclear industry with the carbon emissions of each of the carbon emission status of China.This comparison showed that the total emission of the civil nuclear technology application industry is small over its whole life cycle,but its output value is relatively large,so it is an environmentally-friendly industry which conforms to the trend of low-carbon development,clean production and green development.These features are in line with the requirements of economic development,so it is conducive to promoting the achievement of carbon peak carbon neutrality.In view of this,in order to further promote the development of the civil nuclear technology application industry,all departments should have a unified understanding,set up a special working coordination mechanism,actively seek the relevant policy support from their superiors,give full play to their own advantages and conduct regular inspections.In addition,we will put in place systems and policies to attract more and better projects,increase the number and improve the quality of projects,promote the“Inner Circle”development of the civil nuclear technology application industry,and expand overseas markets,in order to create an“Outer circulation”highland.展开更多

[Method] By L4 (23)orthogonal design, the effects of combined application of two biocontrol agents against pepper blight and organic fertilizer on control effects against pepper blight and the yield of hot pepper were studied in greenhouse hot pepper base in Ledu County of Qinghai Province. [ Result] The effects of various factors affecting the relative control effect against pepper blight in sequence were biecontrol agent A5 〉 biecontrol agent B2 〉 organic fertilizer, and the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 1 800 kg/hm^2, agent B2 30 kg/hm^2 and agent A5 45 kg/hm^2. The effects on hot pepper yield in sequence were organic fertilizer 〉 biocontrol agent B2 〉 biocontrol agent AS, and the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm^2 , agent 132 15 kg/hm^2, agent A5 22.5 kg/hm2. [ Conclusion] Combined with control effect of pepper blight and yield benefit, the application technique of biocontrol agents pro- moted in local hot pepper production could be confirmed as follows : agent A5 45 kg/hm^2, agent B2 15 kg/hm^2, organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm^2 ; the field control effect at this moment could reach 76.31%, the yield could reach 35 573 kg/hm^2 , and the newly increased output value could be 13 029 yuan/hm^2 with input and output ratio of 1: 7.9.展开更多

摘要Conventional vs. polyethylene glycol (PEG)-fusion tech- nologies to repair severed spinal axons: Most spinal cord injuries (SCIs) involve cutor crush-severance of spinal tract axons in the central nervous system (CNS). Clinical out- comes after CNS axonal severance is very poor because proximal segments of CNS axons lack a suitable environment for outgrowth (Kakulas, 1999; Fitch and Silver, 2008; Rowland et al., 2008; Kwon et al., 2010) and therefore do not naturally regenerate (Ramon y Caial, 1928). Current strategies to try to increase behavioral recovery after SCI are focused on en- hancing the environment for axonal outgrowth.
摘要Using mathematical plasticity theories, universal formability (UF) technology has been developed and applied in the automotive stamping engineering and production. As a formability analysis tool, this technology is the major methodology for the development of stamping expert system (solution provider) for (a) product design and feasibility analysis, (b) material automatic selection using nomograms, (c) draw die design using pre-models, and (d) UF and robustness analysis of die performance in finite element analysis (FEA) environment.
摘要In the process of social and economic development, construction enterprises are developing faster and faster, and there are more and more construction projects.Deep foundation pit support engineering is the key content in the process of building construction, which affects the overall quality of the building and needs to be paid more attention.From the actual situation, there are still some problems in the construction process of building deep foundation pit support engineering, which affect the project quality.Based on this, this paper discusses the application of deep foundation pit support technology in construction engineering.

摘要[ Objective ] The paper was to explore the combined application technique of organic fertilizer and two biocontrol agents against pepper blight in green- house hot pepper in Qinghai Province. [Method] By L4 (23)orthogonal design, the effects of combined application of two biocontrol agents against pepper blight and organic fertilizer on control effects against pepper blight and the yield of hot pepper were studied in greenhouse hot pepper base in Ledu County of Qinghai Province. [ Result] The effects of various factors affecting the relative control effect against pepper blight in sequence were biecontrol agent A5 〉 biecontrol agent B2 〉 organic fertilizer, and the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 1 800 kg/hm^2, agent B2 30 kg/hm^2 and agent A5 45 kg/hm^2. The effects on hot pepper yield in sequence were organic fertilizer 〉 biocontrol agent B2 〉 biocontrol agent AS, and the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm^2 , agent 132 15 kg/hm^2, agent A5 22.5 kg/hm2. [ Conclusion] Combined with control effect of pepper blight and yield benefit, the application technique of biocontrol agents pro- moted in local hot pepper production could be confirmed as follows : agent A5 45 kg/hm^2, agent B2 15 kg/hm^2, organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm^2 ; the field control effect at this moment could reach 76.31%, the yield could reach 35 573 kg/hm^2 , and the newly increased output value could be 13 029 yuan/hm^2 with input and output ratio of 1: 7.9.
摘要In the construction of civil engineering projects, the application of roofing waterproof technology is a key construction content that should be paid attention to based on the safety and convenience of the application of building construction after the completion of the basic frame construction of the building entity and the core project of the entity part construction. In the concrete implementation of roofing waterproof construction, professional technology needs to be applied, and the application of waterproof technology should be assisted to achieve good waterproof effect in combination with the construction technology requirements of each link of roofing. Specifically, in civil engineering projects, the application of roofing waterproof technology needs to find targeted waterproof technology in combination with different building entity areas. In addition, the quality control of raw materials in waterproof construction, construction of waterproof layer, design and construction of drainage system may affect the application effect of waterproof construction technology. Based on this, it is necessary for construction personnel and management personnel to guarantee the effective application of waterproof technology from the aspects of raw material construction technology and construction management.
