This study focuses on the systematic optimization of support construction techniques, aiming to achieve the core objective of effective deformation control. By integrating geological survey data, numerical simulations, and field monitoring information, the research establishes an optimization pathway spanning from design parameter adjustments to dynamic construction management. The findings indicate that precise matching of support structure parameters, dynamic optimization of earth excavation sequences, and coordinated groundwater management are critical for deformation control. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing a deformation control technical framework based on real-time feedback throughout the entire project lifecycle, with its reliability validated through typical engineering cases. This provides a theoretical foundation and technical reference for safe deep foundation pit construction under similar geological conditions. 展开更多

Market demand for cold storage systems,a critical component of modern cold-chain logistics,is rapidly expanding.Phase change cold technology offers a low-carbon route for energy savings in cold storage systems and is now a major research focus.This paper outlines the application of cold storage technology,systematically reviews the characteristics of three types of phase change materials(PCMs),and provides a comparative analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.It elaborates on key techniques for enhancing material properties and details the primary encapsulation strategies to address engineering challenges.This study categorizes cold storage systems into active and passive types,and identifies refrigeration units and external heat ingress as the primary sources of energy consumption.Based on this classification,three specific application scenarios for integrating PCMs into cold storage systems are clearly outlined.This study provides a comprehensive summary and analysis of the current development prospects and challenges of phase change cold storage technology.It proposes that future research should prioritize the development of high-performance PCMs,optimization of cold storage panel arrangements,and studies on system-level integration. 展开更多

To solve the topology optimization of complicated multi-objective continuous/discrete design variables in aircmit structure design, a Parallel Pareto Genetic Algorithm (PPGA) is presented based on grid platform in this paper. In the algorithm, the commercial finite element analysis (FEA) software is integrated as the calculating tool for analyzing the objective functions and the filter of Pareto solution set based on weight information is introduced to deal with the relationships among all objectives. Grid technology is utilized in PPGA to realize the distributed computations and the user interface is developed to realize the job submission and job management locallyemotely. Taking the aero-elastic tailoring of a composite wing for optimization as an example, a set of Pareto solutions are obtained for the decision-maker. The numerical results show that the aileron reversal problem can be solved by adding the limited skin weight in this system. The algorithm can be used to solve complicated topology optimization for composite structures in engineering and the computation efficiency can be improved greatly by using the grid platform that aggregates numerous idle resources. 展开更多

[ Objective ] This study aimed to optimize the extraction technology for rice bran oil. [ Method ] Using rice bran as raw material, effects of ultrasonicassisted extraction technology and different organic solvents, extraction durations, solid-liquid ratios and extraction temperatures on extraction results of rice bran oil were investigated. Based on the results of single-factor experiment, L9 (34 ) orthngonal experiment with three factors at three levels was conducted to optimize the extraction technological parameters, thus obtaining the optimal technological conditions for extracting rice bran oil. [ Result] Anhydrous ethanol led to the best extraction result; after ultrasonic treatment, the extraction rate of rice bran oil from raw material was not enhanced. The optimized technological parameters were : extraction temperature of 80 ℃, extraction duration of 20 rain and solid-liquid ratio of 1:24 ( g: ml). Under the optimized technological conditions, the extraction rate of rice bran oil reached 19.33%. [ Conclusion] This study laid solid foundation for further investigation and development of rice bran oil. 展开更多

The yarns obtained from four different spinning parameters are evaluated by this method. Two common factors, fineness unevenness and tenacity level, are extracted from the seven yarn-quality indexes. The accumulative contribution percentage of the two factors is up to 91.813%,and much information in the yarn-quality indexes is reflected by the two factors. Then the score of each factor is calculated to evaluate the quality of yarn. Based on that, the techniques are optimized. The result is well in line with spinning practices, so it is testified feasibly to use this method to optimize spinning parameter. 展开更多

In the face of harsh natural environment applications such as earth-orbiting and deep space satellites, underwater sea vehicles, strong electromagnetic interference and temperature stress,the circuits faults appear easily. Circuit faults will inevitably lead to serious losses of availability or impeded mission success without self-repair over the mission duration. Traditional fault-repair methods based on redundant fault-tolerant technique are straightforward to implement, yet their area, power and weight cost can be excessive. Moreover they utilize all plug-in or component level circuits to realize redundant backup, such that their applicability is limited. Hence, a novel selfrepair technology based on evolvable hardware(EHW) and reparation balance technology(RBT) is proposed. Its cost is low, and fault self-repair of various circuits and devices can be realized through dynamic configuration. Making full use of the fault signals, correcting circuit can be found through EHW technique to realize the balance and compensation of the fault output-signals. In this paper, the self-repair model was analyzed which based on EHW and RBT technique, the specific self-repair strategy was studied, the corresponding self-repair circuit fault system was designed, and the typical faults were simulated and analyzed which combined with the actual electronic devices. Simulation results demonstrated that the proposed fault self-repair strategy was feasible. Compared to traditional techniques, fault self-repair based on EHW consumes fewer hardware resources, and the scope of fault self-repair was expanded significantly. 展开更多

In order to solve the complex optimization problem dealing with uncertain phenomenon effectively, this paper presents a probability simulation optimization approach using orthogonal genetic algorithm. This approach synthesizes the computer simulation technology, orthogonal genetic algorithm and statistical test method faultlessly, which can solve complex optimization problem effectively. In this paper, the author gives the correlative conception of probability simulation optimization and describes the probability simulation optimization approach using orthogonal genetic algorithm in detail. Theoretically speaking, it has a strong rationality and maneuverability that can apply probability method in solving the complex optimization problems with uncertain phenomenon. In demonstration, the optimization performance of this method is better than other traditional methods. In order to reduce the production cost of imidacloprid, the preparation technology for the direct com-bination of 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine and 2-nitryliminoglyoxaline has been optimized in a 10 L stirred tank reactor with a new solvent, butanone, and a new catalyst, benzyl triethyl-ammonium chloride (BTEAC), which was proved to be more profitable for the production of imidacloprid. Three main affecting factors (the reaction temper-ature, the molar ratio of BTEAC to 2-nitryliminoglyoxaline and the concentration of 2-nitryuminoglyoxaline) for the production of imidacloprid were investigated and the optimum operating conditions were found. Based on the above technological optimization, an industrial process for imidacloprid with a production capacity of 50 tons per year was put in operation using a 2500 L stirred tank reactor under the same operating conditions. Good yield and purity of imidacloprid was also obtained in the industrial production. 展开更多

As the soft soil in the Pearl River Delta area is deep,50cm diameter cement mixing pile composite foundation is often used for road engineering.A municipal road in Hongwan District of Zhuhai adopts a mixing pile with a diameter of 80cm and a length of 27 m,which brings great difficulty to the construction of the project.In order to ensure the engineering quality,the bit optimization scheme was adopted to improve the blades from the conventional two layer and four groups of blades to three layer and six groups of blades.The projection direction of each layer of blades was vertical,which could increase the mixing times and improve the mixing uniformity.At the same time,double-channel teeth were added to effectively increase the smoothness of slurry flow.The optimized nozzle is improved from a nozzle located at the bottom of the drill bit to the left and right sides of the bottom of the drill pipe to effectively relieve the blockage of the nozzle and silt backflow and other problems.Optimize the grouting pressure.The grouting pressure is generally 0.4-0.6 MPa.After optimization,the upper limit of 0.6 MPa is used in the first stirring and spraying process,and 0.4 MPa is used in the second stirring and spraying process.The advantage is that in the first time of mixing,excess cement grout is ejected for mixing,and in the second time,the total grout dosage can be controlled by reducing the grouting pressure,which effectively improves the quality of pile body and controls the cost.Improve the drilling speed of drill pipe,accelerate the speed when sinking,slow down the speed when lifting,to ensure uniform soil mixing.Through the above measures,the strength of the mixing pile body is improved and the integrity of the pile body is guaranteed.Pile integrity,effective pile diameter,pile length,pile strength uniform accord with the design.The difficult problem of large diameter and deep cement mixing pile is solved,which provides a good reference value for similar engineering. 展开更多

Completing the principal engineering components of a pumped storage power station spans between 50 and 60 months,from the inception of construction to the commencement of power generation by the first unit.The filling of the penstock with water represents a critical phase preceding the production of electricity by the first unit.During this interval,the construction of the diversion shaft presents multiple challenges,including intricate construction procedures,considerable construction difficulty,elevated safety risks,and quality control issues.To address this issue,this study uses CFD software to analyze the flow field,pressure gradient,and head loss of shaft curved section with different curvature radius,and examines several key technologies by drawing on the practice of diversion shaft construction at the Meizhou pumped storage power station.These technologies include optimizing the curvature radius of the curved section of diversion shaft,reverse-well excavation for the shaft,and sliding-up for the lining concrete.It is found that as the curvature radius of shaft curved section reduces from 4 to 2 times the shaft diameter,the hydraulic characteristic index does not change much,and the increase of head loss accounts for about 0.18%of the total head loss of the water conveyance system.The result show that optimizing the curvature radius from 4 times to 2 times the shaft diameter is feasible and reasonable,and several improved technical measures have been proposed,such as stabilizing drill rods,mechanical scraper systems,and control technology of the relationship between concrete setting time and formwork sliding.Their implementation effectively mitigates difficulties and safety risks during shaft construction,expedites the project schedule,enhances engineering quality,and creates a 41-month timeline for the principal engineering schedule for the first power unit generation in China. 展开更多

Using artificial intelligence(AI) and machine learning(ML) techniques, we developed and validated the smart proxy models for history matching of reservoir simulation, sensitivity analysis, and uncertainty assessment by artificial neural network(ANN). The smart proxy models were applied on two cases, the first case study investigated the application of a proxy model for calibrating a reservoir simulation model based on historical data and predicting well production while the second case study investigated the application of an ANN-based proxy model for fast-track modeling of CO2 enhanced oil recovery, aiming at the prediction of the reservoir pressure and phase saturation distribution at injection stage and post-injection stage. The prediction effects for both cases are promising. While a single run of basic numerical simulation model takes hours to days, the smart proxy model runs in a matter of seconds, saving 98.9% of calculating time. The results of these case studies demonstrate the advantage of the proposed workflow for addressing the high run-time, computational time and computational cost of numerical simulation models. In addition, these proxy models predict the outputs of reservoir simulation models with high accuracy. 展开更多

Normal-pressure shale gas is an important object of shale gas reserves and production increasewith broad resource prospects in China,but its large-scale benefit development is still confronted with technical bottlenecks.To promote the large-scale benefit development of normal-pressure shale gas,this paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the research achievements and technological progresses related to normal-pressure shale gas from the aspects of accumulation mechanism,enrichment theory,percolation mechanism,development technology,and low-cost engineering technology,and points out the difficulties and challenges to the benefit development of normal-pressure shale gas in the complex structure zones of southern China,by taking the shale gas in the Southeast Chongqing Area of the Sichuan Basin as the research object.In addition,the research direction of normal-pressure shale gas exploration and development is discussed in terms of sweet spot selection,development technology policy,low-cost drilling technology and high-efficiency fracturing technology.And the following research results are obtained.First,the accumulation mechanism of normal-pressure shale gas is clarified from the perspective of geological exploration theory;the hydrocarbon accumulation model of generation,expulsion,retention and accumulation is established;the enrichment theory of“three-factor controlling reservoir”is put forward;and the comprehensive sweetspot target evaluation system is formed.Second,as for development technology,the development technology policies of“multiple series of strata,variable well spacing,long horizontal section,small included angle,low elevation difference,strong stimulation and pressure difference controlling”are formulated.Third,as for drilling engineering,the optimal fast drilling and completion technology with“secondary structureþradical parameterþintegrated guidanceþunpressured leak-proof cementing”as the core is formed.Fourth,as for fracturing engineering,the low-cost and high-efficiency fracturing technology with“multi-cluster small-stageþlimited-entry perforatingþdouble temporary blockingþhigh-intensity sand injectionþfully electric”as the core is formed.Fifth,normal-pressure shale gas is characterized by complex geological conditions,low pressure coefficient and gas content,poor resource endowment and so on,but its resource utilization still faces a series of challenges,such as uncertain productivity construction positions,low single-well productivity and ultimate recoverable reserve,high investment cost and poor economic benefit.In conclusion,the key research directions to realize the large-scale benefit development of low-grade normal-pressure shale gas are to deepen the research on the enrichment and high yield mechanism and sweet spot selection of normal-pressure shale gas,strengthen the research on the benefit development technology policy based on percolation mechanism and the key technologies for low-cost drilling,accelerate the research and devel-opment of the key technologies for low-cost and high-efficiency fracturing,and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement continuously. 展开更多

Structural optimization technologies are increasingly applied to lightweight automotive structural design.In a body-inwhite(BIW)development project,optimization technologies are applied in three steps that are seamlessly integrated into engineering practice.By following a design-driven approach,an innovative design that was 50.65 kg lighter than the base design was achieved.First,topology optimization was used to investigate the optimal material distribution in a given design space,and helped in extracting the main load path,while considering crashworthiness,NVH,and static stiffness performance requirements.In the second step,the effective design of a beam cross-section and feasible joints was carried out based on optimization technology and expert knowledge.In this step,the deep involvement of manufacturing process experts on stamping and joint connection feasibility analysis increased the chance of success remarkably.The sensitivity analysis,topography optimization,and gauge optimization of the created draft 3D BIW frame comprised the last step before finalizing the initial design.The new design was validated by full load case simulations,including full vehicle crashworthiness analysis,mode frequency,and body mount point dynamic stiffness analysis,and BIW stiffness and component attachment stiffness analysis.The validation results indicate that the new BIW design achieves the performance goal,while being 13.3%lighter than the base design. 展开更多
