The quantum key distribution (QKD) allows two parties to share a secret key by typically making use of a one-way quantum channel. Howevery the two-way QKD has its own unique advantages, which means the two-way QKD has become a focus recently. To improve the practieM performance of the two-way QKD, we present a security analysis of a two-way QKD protocol based on the decoy method with heralded single-photon sources (HSPSs). We make use of two approaches to calculate the yield and the quantum bit error rate of single-photon and two-photon pulses. Then we present the secret key generation rate based on the GLLP formula. The numerical simulation shows that the protocol with HSPSs has an advantage in the secure distance compared with weak coherent state sources. In addition, we present the final secret key by considering the statistical fluctuation of the yield generation rate of the LM05 protocol with finite resources and the error rate. 展开更多

This paper investigates the security and reliability of information transmission within an underlay wiretap energy harvesting cognitive two-way relay network.In the network,energy-constrained secondary network(SN)nodes harvest energy from radio frequency signals of a multi-antenna power beacon.Two SN sources exchange their messages via a SN decode-and-forward relay in the presence of a multiantenna eavesdropper by using a four-phase time division broadcast protocol,and the hardware impairments of SN nodes and eavesdropper are modeled.To alleviate eavesdropping attacks,the artificial noise is applied by SN nodes.The physical layer security performance of SN is analyzed and evaluated by the exact closed-form expressions of outage probability(OP),intercept probability(IP),and OP+IP over quasistatic Rayleigh fading channel.Additionally,due to the complexity of OP+IP expression,a self-adaptive chaotic quantum particle swarm optimization-based resource allocation algorithm is proposed to jointly optimize energy harvesting ratio and power allocation factor,which can achieve security-reliability tradeoff for SN.Extensive simulations demonstrate the correctness of theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed optimization algorithm. 展开更多

To get a big market on the Web, a special security infrastructure would need to be put into place transforming the wild-and-woolly Internet into a network with end-to-end protections. XML (extensible Markup Language) is widely accepted as powerful data representation standard for electronic documents, so a security mechanism for XML documents must be provided in the first place to secure electronic commerce over Internet. In this paper the authors design and implement a secure framework that provides XML signature function, XML Element-wise Encryption function, smart card based crypto API library and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) security functions to achieve confidentiality, integrity, message authentication, and/or signer authentication services for XML documents and existing non-XML documents that are exchanged by Internet for E-commerce application. 展开更多

In the manufacturing grid environment, the span of the consideration of security issues is more extensive, and the solutions for them are more complex, therefore these problems in manufacturing grid can't longer be addressed by existing security technologies. In order to solve this problem, the paper first puts forward the security architecture of manufacturing grid on the basis of the proposal of the security strategies for manufacturing grid; then the paper introduces key technologies based on public key infrastructure-certificate authority (PKI/CA) to ensure the security of manufacturing grid, such as single sign-on, security proxy, independent authentication and so on. In this paper, we investigate a two-way relay network consisting of two sources, multiple cooperative relays and an eavesdropper. To enhance secure communications, a new relay chatting based on transmission scheme is proposed. Specifically, the proposed scheme selects a best relay that maximize the sum mutual information among the sources to forward the sources’ signals using an amplify-and-forward protocol, and the remaining relays transmit interference signals to confuse the eavesdropper via distributed beam forming. It can be found that the proposed scheme with relay chatting does not require the knowledge of the eavesdropper’s channel, and outperforms the joint relay and jammer selection scheme, which introduces the interference into the sources. Numerical results show that the secrecy outage probability of the proposed scheme converges to zero as the transmit power increases. 展开更多

随着分布式新能源和电动汽车等虚拟储能的广泛接入,电力系统的不确定性和低惯量特性变得更加显著,系统的频率运行风险增加,并且主动配电网内部的供需关系呈现出更加灵活多样的特征,导致其与输电网之间的功率交互关系也更加复杂。为此,... 随着分布式新能源和电动汽车等虚拟储能的广泛接入,电力系统的不确定性和低惯量特性变得更加显著,系统的频率运行风险增加,并且主动配电网内部的供需关系呈现出更加灵活多样的特征,导致其与输电网之间的功率交互关系也更加复杂。为此,构建了一种基于主动配电网灵活性支撑机制的电-碳-绿证分布式协同优化方法,以充分挖掘输配系统中分布式资源的支撑能力及其碳减排效益。首先,建立了与输配协同系统匹配的动态频率安全约束和基于双向调节模型的主动配电网灵活性支撑机制,提出了输配系统间的电-碳-绿证协同交互框架。为应对新能源出力的不确定性,将两侧子系统中涉及不确定变量的约束建模为联合机会约束。采用交替方向乘子法(alternating direction of multipliers algorithm,ADMM)进行输配系统的分布式协同。仿真结果表明,所提模型能够有效挖掘配电网中分布式资源的支撑潜力,灵活体现主动配电网的向外支撑能力或被支撑需求。与传统方法相比,系统动态频率安全性和输配协同调节灵活性显著提升,总运行成本较输电网单独调度模型降低13.42%,新能源减载量较忽略多市场耦合模型减少16.76%,系统运行经济性和低碳性明显改善。此外,所提出的求解方法比基于传统的样本平均近似方法减少约98%的计算时间,能够实现输配系统的快速分布式协同优化。 展开更多

现有关于中国农村新一轮土地确权的两组文献之间存在冲突:一方面,新一轮土地确权整体上对农民有正面效应;另一方面,很多农户对新一轮土地确权表现得并不热情。在新一轮确权之前,已经有相当比例的农户在上一轮土地承包时取得土地证书,对... 现有关于中国农村新一轮土地确权的两组文献之间存在冲突:一方面,新一轮土地确权整体上对农民有正面效应;另一方面,很多农户对新一轮土地确权表现得并不热情。在新一轮确权之前,已经有相当比例的农户在上一轮土地承包时取得土地证书,对于这部分农户而言,新一轮确权仅仅是更换了一本证书,并没有带来地权稳定性的提高,因此农户并无热情。然而,对于之前缺乏土地承包证的农户,新一轮确权增加了地权稳定性。在区分换证与新颁证的基础上,揭示土地产权保障对农户消费的影响。研究表明:换证对农户消费没有显著影响,新颁证使农户人均每月消费支出增长5.8%;中间机制包括农业人口非农化的生计转型及土地租赁收入增加;影响集中在非贫困家庭中,因为结构性障碍限制了贫困农民通过这些机制增加消费的能力。因此,应重视利用包括土地确权在内的赋权政策来增加农民消费。在二轮延包的背景下,进一步强化承包权稳定性仍有所裨益;借助其他政策支持,帮助缺乏劳动力和已经取得土地证书的农民改善福祉也具有现实意义。 展开更多

To guarantee secure information transmission within two sources,a full-duplex(FD)relay jamming scheme for two-way energy harvesting(EH)cooperative networks is proposed,in which the relay can achieve simultaneous information reception and jamming transmission.The EH relay node scavenges energy from two source signals,and then,uses the harvested energy for information relaying and jamming transmission by the power splitting(PS)protocol.Considering multiple eavesdroppers,the nonconvex optimization for maximizing the smaller bidirectional secrecy rates is formulated by jointly optimizing the power allocation and PS factor.Furthermore,an iterative algorithm based on successive convex approximation and alternate search method is proposed to solve this non-convexity.Simulation results verify the proposed iterative algorithm and show that the proposed jamming scheme can achieve substantial performance gain than other conventional schemes. 展开更多

目前我国普速铁路列车运行监控装置(简称“LKJ”)采用自主原创的车载预存储数据方式,但受普速铁路地面信号设备条件限制,存储于列控车载设备的控制数据只能采用人工换装方式,作业投入大、强度高、效率低且数据安全不可控,已成为困扰铁... 目前我国普速铁路列车运行监控装置(简称“LKJ”)采用自主原创的车载预存储数据方式,但受普速铁路地面信号设备条件限制,存储于列控车载设备的控制数据只能采用人工换装方式,作业投入大、强度高、效率低且数据安全不可控,已成为困扰铁路电务部门的行业难题。针对该难题,文章通过对LKJ无线换装系统的网络通信、数据处理、网络安全等技术进行深入研究,提出了一套LKJ无线换装系统的安全防护解决方案,即通过构建车地双向通信架构,采用数据加密传输和多重校验机制实现LKJ车载数据远程自动更新。装车试验结果显示,该LKJ数据无线换装系统实现了换装作业全过程自动化,有效提升了列控系统数据换装的时效性、安全性和可靠性。 展开更多
