Objective: This study visualizes and analyzes the current status, hotspots, and frontiers of cardiac rehabilitation for patients with Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) over the past decade (2012.01-2022.12), and explores the future development trend and research direction of the CR for CHD patients in China. Methods: Relevant literature was searched, screened and downloaded from the Web of Science (WOS) database, and bibliometric and visualization analyses were performed using CiteSpace VI software. Results: Through the search and screening of related literature, 2443 English articles were finally included. Among them, most of the Chinese publishers were mainly universities and had less connection with each other, while the foreign publishers were mainly universities and medical institutions in the United States and Europe, and had close connection with each other. The research content of Chinese scholars mainly focuses on the assessment of patients’ life and psychological status, as well as the assessment of cardiac function. Foreign research focuses on physical training assessment, disease perception, etc. Conclusion: Through visualizing relevant research with CiteSpace VI software in the form of a knowledge map, the research frontiers and trends in the field of cardiac rehabilitation for coronary heart disease patients in China and abroad can be discovered more intuitively. Compared with foreign research, the development of cardiac rehabilitation for coronary heart disease patients in China is relatively slow and insufficient, and institutions lack cooperation. In the future, China should accelerate the connection between regions in the field of cardiac rehabilitation and develop a cardiac rehabilitation model suitable for coronary heart disease patients in China with its own characteristics. 展开更多

This study investigates the trajectory of academic development and the evolution of knowledge structures in music geography research in China over the past 35 years.It aims to identify key research hotspots,developmental trends,and the characteristics of the scholarly community.Employing bibliometric analysis and visualization techniques,primarily using CiteSpace software,this study conducts a systematic analysis of relevant literature from 1989 to 2024 indexed in the CNKI Core Database.The analysis generated annual publication distribution,mappings of core authors,institutional distribution,and collaboration networks,as well as a keyword co-occurrence network.The findings reveal a four-stage evolution of music geography research in China:foundational construction-cultural turn-regional deepening-pluralistic integration.Research hotspots are concentrated on decoding the cultural genes of ethnic music,the living inheritance of music-related intangible cultural heritage(ICH),and the construction of music geographic information systems.The academic collaboration network is centered on the College of Music&Dance at Guangzhou University and the Wuhan Conservatory of Music,but inter-regional cooperation remains weak.Emerging research frontiers encompass the cross-innovation between music geography and two themes:rural revitalization and culture-tourism integration,as well as the digitally driven reconstruction of music cultural spaces.This study provides a scientific reference for improving the theoretical system of music geography and expanding the scope of its practical applications. 展开更多

[Objectives]To analyze the research progress and identify the key areas of focus concerning Huangjing,a traditional Chinese medicine recognized for its dual use as both an edible and medicinal substance.[Methods]The relevant literature of Huangjing from 2015 to 2025 was retrieved from the CNKI and WOS databases.CiteSpace 6.3.1 was employed to perform a visual analysis of the number of published articles,authors,institutions,and keywords.[Results]A total of 2827 articles in Chinese and 264 articles in English were included in the analysis.The number of articles published in both Chinese and English has increased annually.Chinese-language articles have primarily focused on traditional Chinese pharmacology and crop sciences,emphasizing key areas such as Huangjing polysaccharides,chemical constituents,and anti-tumor properties.In contrast,English-language articles have predominantly concentrated on molecular mechanisms,including gene expression,apoptosis,and intestinal microbiota.Collaborative efforts among authors and institutions exhibit distinct clustering patterns and cross-regional characteristics.[Conclusions]Research on Huangjing has progressed rapidly.Studies conducted in both Chinese and English complement each other with respect to key topics and research directions.Moving forward,it is essential to enhance the understanding of underlying mechanisms,establish standardized protocols,and promote international collaboration. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the hotspots and trends in the current state of care for rural empty-nest elderly in China over the past two decades,providing insights for future research on this topic.Methods:Chinese literature related to the care of rural empty-nest elderly was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,covering the period from January 2005 to December 2024.Citespace software was employed to generate visualizations of publication volume,author collaboration patterns,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and emergent themes.Results:A total of 808 articles were included.Publication volume exhibited a trend of“slow growth-rapid surge-gradual decline”,with room for improvement in author collaboration.Co-occurrence and clustering maps revealed that research hotspots primarily revolved around issues such as care provision,security,services,and influencing factors for rural empty-nest elderly.Conclusion:Research on elderly care for rural empty-nest elderly in China has transitioned from foundational conceptual studies to a stage of substantive development.Establishing a three-dimensional network integrating“care strategy innovation,technology empowerment,and policy coordination”is key to addressing. 展开更多

Connected and autonomous vehicle formation(CAVF)technology is considerably important for improving transportation efficiency,optimizing traffic flow,and reduc-ing energy consumption.Despite the extensive research con-ducted on trajectory tracking control and other aspects of CAVF,the quality of the extant literature varies consider-ably,and research content remains scattered.To better pro-mote the sustainable and healthy development of the CAVF field,this paper employs the mapping knowledge domain(MKD)methodology to comprehensively review and visual-ize the current research status in this domain.Based on this review,research themes,hotspots,research challenges,and future development directions are proposed.The findings suggest that the research on CAVF can be categorized into three primary developmental stages.China and the United States are the primary countries conducting CAVF research.There is a positive correlation between economic develop-ment and the generation of scientific research outcomes.Re-search institutions are predominantly concentrated in univer-sities.The field exhibits significant interdisciplinary and inte-gration characteristics,forming key research personnel and teams.It is expected that future research will concentrate on topics such as deep learning,trajectory optimization,energy management strategy,mixed vehicle platoon,and other re-lated subjects.Research on cognition-driven intelligent for-mation decision-making mechanisms,resilience-oriented for-mation safety assurance systems,multiobjective collabora-tive formation optimization strategies,and digital twin-driven formation system validation platforms represents key future development directions. 展开更多

Objective:This study aims to analyze the research hotspots and trends in nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:The study utilized the CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to visualize nursing-related research on Kawasaki disease in children,drawing from articles published in the CNKI and Web of Science core collection databases from January 1,2014,to January 1,2024.Key analysis components included authors,institutions,and keywords,supported by the creation of a corresponding knowledge map.Results:Literature Publications:Over the past decade,the analysis encompassed a total of 309 Chinese articles on nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease,with an average annual publication rate of 30.9 articles.Additionally,251 foreign language articles were scrutinized,exhibiting an average annual publication rate of 25.1 articles.Author and Institution Analysis:In Chinese literature,the notable figure of Huang Rimei emerged as a prolific author,with the Children's Hospital Affiliated with Zhengzhou University standing out as a high-yielding institution.Conversely,in English literature,the prolific authors Burns and Jane C were prominent,alongside the University of California,San Diego,which emerged as a high-yielding institution.Keyword and Research Hotspots Analysis:The focal points of research in Chinese literature revolved around continuous nursing,cardiovascular complications,clinical nursing pathways,rehabilitation effects,holistic nursing,and gamma globulin.Conversely,English literature emphasized research hotspots such as cardiovascular complications,treatment modalities,diagnostic approaches,long-term management strategies,gamma globulin therapy,steroid pulse therapy,and pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome.Conclusions:The quantity of Chinese literature concerning nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease appears comparatively scant,underscored by an uneven distribution of issuing institutions and a lack of influence.To address this,future endeavors should prioritize bolstering collaboration across diverse regions and institutions,conducting multi-center,cross-regional research,implementing clinical nursing pathways,and augmenting the continuity of care.Conversely,the upsurge in English literature publications regarding nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease signals a burgeoning interest,primarily concentrated on treatment modalities.This trend advocates for the integration of medical and nursing care and emphasizes the importance of remaining abreast of advancements in managing Kawasaki disease in children. 展开更多

Background: Scar contractions caused by hand burns seriously impact both the function and appearance of the hand.Consequently,post-burn hand reconstruction is a primary focus of secondary reconstructive surgery performed within the first 10 years after a burn injury.This study aimed to identify developmental trends and research hotspots in post-burn hand reconstruction,providing insights and recommendations for researchers.Methods: Bibliometric and visualization analyses were conducted using Cite Space v6.4.R1(64-bit) and VOS viewer.The Web of Science Core Collection served as the data source.A total of 136 articles between 1997 and2025 were included based on the following keywords: “postburn hand reconstruction” or “postburn hand” or“scar contraction hand deformity.”Results: The field of post-burn hand reconstruction is advancing,as indicated by the overall and annual increase in publications.The United States leads in number of published papers.However,major institutions show low centrality,indicating weak collaboration between countries and regions,with research still dominated by singlecenter studies.The top three most prolific authors were Paul P M van Zuijlen,Fatih Uyghur,and Ersin Uyghur.The keywords “double Z-plasty” and the cluster “flap” not only have high emergence intensity but also appear frequently in recent studies,marking them as current research hotspots.Conclusion: The lack of long-term research and consensus limits further advancements in post-burn hand reconstruction.To address this,multi-center and multi-disciplinary collaborations should be encouraged.Additionally,integrating basic medical research with biomedical engineering could enhance the management and outcomes of post-burn hand reconstruction. 展开更多

Research on orchid tissue culture and rapid propagation technologies provides key solutions for improving propagation efficiency,expanding seedling production,and cultivating new varieties.However,in the field of orchid tissue culture and rapid propagation research,there is a lack of comprehensive,quantitative analyses,and data-driven studies.The bibliometric software CiteSpace was used to conduct a visual quantitative analysis of 1,287 publications(January 1,2000,to June 30,2025)in the Web of Science(WOS)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database to address this gap.The results indicate that,since 2020,research has increasingly focused on economically valuable orchids such as Dendrobium officinale,Phalaenopsis spp.,and Cymbidium hybridum.Current research hotspots center on the regulatory roles of endophytic fungi in tissue culture and rapid propagation,as well as on the systematic optimization of culture-medium formulations;in parallel,preventive and corrective strategies to address persistent bottlenecks—including contamination,browning,and vitrification—are being continuously refined.In recent years,the field has increasingly shifted toward molecular-level inquiry,emphasizing elucidation of the genetic and regulatory mechanisms underlying key traits,including the formation of floral color and fragrance,floral organ morphogenesis(e.g.,MADS-box gene networks),and abiotic stress tolerance(e.g.,drought and heat).This study seeks to provide theoretical foundations and methodological references for advancing tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques in orchids. 展开更多

Bibliometric and visual analysis of scleral contact lenses:global characteristics and research trends from 1976 to 2023 认领 引用

AIM:To gain insight into the future research directions in scleral contact lenses(SCLs)through a comprehensive bibliometrics study.METHODS:The publications related to SCLs were screened from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database.All bibliographic information was extracted and used to conduct a performance analysis.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were employed to visualize annual publication counts,journals,authors,countries,institutions,collaboration networks,keywords,and references.RESULTS:A total of 498 articles were included in our analysis and the number of publications about SCLs showed a significant yearly increase.These publications predominantly emanated from 523 institutions across 38 countries,with the United States and Australia leading in frequency.Totally 1361 authors were identified,among whom Vincent J.Stephen exhibited the highest number of publications,while Jacobs S.Deborah received the most citations.Notably,the journal Contact Lens&Anterior Eye emerged as the primary publisher of studies,and it also boasted the highest citation rate.“Fluid-ventilated,gas-permeable scleral contact lens is an effective option for managing severe ocular surface disease and many corneal disorders that would otherwise require penetrating keratoplasty”was the most cited paper published in eye&contact lens in 2005.The most prevalent keywords encompassed“keratoconus”,“scleral contact lenses”,“management”,“contact lenses”,“scleral contact lens”,“ocular surface disease”,“dry eye”,and“contact lens”.CONCLUSION:Although SCLs have demonstrated significant potential in ophthalmological care,the results offer valuable insights pertinent to future research directions and clinical practice.Greater emphasis should be placed on developing enhancements in design,materials,and fitting technique,as well as on reducing the complications associated with SCLs. 展开更多

AIM:To provide a comprehensive review of the advances in research on diabetes-associated dry eye(DADE),highlighting its pathophysiological mechanisms,risk factors,and demographic characteristics,laying the foundation for further investigation into its pathogenesis and treatment strategies.METHODS:A systemic review of the documents related to DADE had been performed based on the Web of Science database prior to achieving the plain text files of authors,titles,journals,and abstracts which afterwards had been imported into Citespace and VOSviewer software for data cleansing.The visual analysis was implemented from the following aspects:journals’publications,author and national cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,timeline analysis,and burst detection.RESULTS:The 318 documents in 167 journals had been incorporated with the overall annual citations and annual publications respectively growing significantly since 2014 and 2016.The keyword co-occurrence networks formed 4 clusters,with the representative keywords being dry eye,diabetes mellitus,prevalence,and diabetic retinopathy.Both the timeline map and the burst detection demonstrated that in the exploration of the pathogenesis of DADE,initial research was dedicated to Sjögren’s syndrome,followed by cross-sectional statistical analysis of the pertinent contributing factors of DADE using online databases.Precisely the oxidative stress seemed to surge into the research spotlight presently.The key pathogenic mechanisms of DADE include inflammation,oxidative stress and corneal neuropathy,contributing to the development of dry eye symptoms.CONCLUSION:Age,gender,diabetes duration,and diabetic retinopathy are strongly associated with the development of DADE,but the impact of other systemic factors require further investigation.With high prevalence of dry eye in Asia,valuable resources like the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES)database offer crucial data for developing risk prediction models for DADE.Building risk prediction models using machine learning algorithms is a promising future research direction,enabling physicians to identify high-risk individuals and implement early interventions. 展开更多

Objective To analyze the current research status and development trend of active surveillance of drug safety in China,and to provide reference and suggestions for future research.Methods Using bibliometric methods and with the help of the CiteSpace 6.1.R6,the literature on active surveillance of drug safety in CNKI from 2010 to 2022 was visualized and analyzed in terms of authors,institutions and keywords.Results and Conclusion The research on active surveillance of drug safety in China started late and is in a stable development period.Some Chinese scholars have done more work on active surveillance of drug safety.Additionally,a number of institutions have published some articles and surveillance objects,surveillance methods,and surveillance results are the main research content.However,the cross-institutional cooperation is not close.The traditional Chinese medicine injection,centralized surveillance,and automatic surveillance are the hot spots of research.It is the latest research frontier to use the Chinese hospital pharmacovigilance system to actively monitor drug safety.At present,the research related to active surveillance of drug safety in China is still in the early stage,and more in-depth research is needed to follow up. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspot and trend of mental health research in patients with chronic kidney disease at home and abroad.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang,VIP,China Biology Medicine database,PubMed,and Web of Science core collection database were used as search sources from January 2004 to December 2024,and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis and knowledge mapping.Results:A total of 2059 Chinese and 1678 foreign literatures were included.The number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend,but the collaboration among authors was relatively loose.Negative psychology,such as depression and anxiety,as well as the quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients,were the main research hotspots.Conclusion:In the future,it is necessary to enhance cooperation and communication among researchers,continue to explore the mechanism of mental health,optimize research designs,innovate psychological nursing intervention measures,and focus on improving the psychological resilience and social support levels of patients. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the current status of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)research and predict its future research directions.Methods:The bibliometric overview of publications was conducted in the field of SA-AKI based on Web of Science Core Collection database from January 2013 to August 2023.This study employed software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer to conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of the included literature,including publication trends,geographic distribution characteristics,author contributions,citations,funding sources characteristics,and keyword clustering.Results:A total of 6509 articles were analyzed,and the number of publications and citations increased from 2013 to 2022.The United States had the highest number of publications in SA-AKI,while France was the country with the highest number of citations per publication.Keyword clustering analysis showed that the pathophysiology and definition of SA-AKI were the research focus,and the research hotspots were"machine learning","vitamin C","kinase","hemodynamics","renal microcirculation"and"mitochondria".Literature coupling analysis indicated that exploring the management and treatment of SA-AKI was the research frontier.Conclusions:Over the past decade,SA-AKI research has shown a upward trend in terms of the number of publication.Research primarily focuses on exploring mechanisms and improving early warning systems.Mechanisms involve microcirculatory dysfunction,inflammation,and other pathophysiological factors.Future recommendations include continuing basic research,achieving clinical application of novel biomarkers,and prioritizing renal recovery mechanisms in treatment strategies. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to perform visual analysis of the research hotspots and development trends of Cyperi Rhizoma in the field of antidepressant based on CiteSpace,so as to explore the application and development direction of Cyperi Rhizoma in the field of antidepressant.[Methods]Highly-relevant literatures were selected from the core database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace and WPS office software were employed to visually analyze relevant contents such as publishing institutions,scholars,keywords,publishing time,and citation frequency.[Results]A total of 297 domestic relevant literatures were selected.Most of the publications,institutions and authors were concentrated in universities,affiliated institutions and scientific research institutes of traditional Chinese medicine in China,and no relatively novel applied research direction has emerged.At present,the hot spots and frontiers of application were mostly concentrated in its role in treating depression,anxiety,gynecological diseases and other disorders.[Conclusions]The research on Cyperi Rhizoma for its antidepressant effects in China originated in the late 20 th century.From 2004 to 2024,studies have primarily focused on its pharmacological principles,mechanisms of action,and classification,while the exploration of its application in specific depressive disorders was limited.Overall,research progress has been relatively slow.Currently,further efforts are needed to optimize the active antidepressant components of Cyperi Rhizoma and clarify its mechanisms of action,which will facilitate its broader application in treating various stages of depressive disorders. 展开更多

Background:In recent years,the increase of pollen allergy encourages people to do a lot of research on the disease.This paper conducted a bibliometric study on pollen allergy,to explore the risk factors,as well as the current status,hotspots and development trends,so as to provide reference for researchers in related fields.Method:The visual analysis method was used to analyze the related literature of pollen allergy-related based on CiteSpace(6.2.R4)software,which were searched in the database of Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)from 2005 to 24 February 2025.Results:Finally,5318 documents were included in this study.Results showed that the country with the most published articles is USA.The research institution with the most publications is Medical University of Vienna.The analysis demonstrates strong international research collaboration,with particularly intensive connections observed within Europe.Professor Valenta Rudolf from the Medical University of Vienna is the most prolific author.High frequency keywords in this field include“asthma”,“allergic rhinitis”,“children”,“sensitization”and“food allergy”.It is worth noting that the emerging terms up to 2025 include“allergen immunotherapy”,“air pollution”,“risk”,“allergenic pollen”,“airborne pollen”,“exposure”,and“climate change”.Allergy and the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology(JACI)are the two most-cited journals,both exhibiting high impact factors and centrality.The review article by Bousquet J.(2018)published in Allergy has been cited 137 times,representing the most cited publication with a betweenness centrality of 0.17.The research focus in the field has shifted to using research methods based on protein and peptides and DNA vaccines for the prevention and treatment of immune reactions induced by tree pollen.The study of recombinant fragments of purified proteins with specific allergens for preventive treatment has broad application prospects.Conclusion:Its conclusion provides comprehensive and beneficial reference information for the prevention and treatment of pollen allergy. 展开更多

Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the current status and hotspots in the postoperative nursing of ureterocutaneostomy based on CiteSpace,in order to provide an evidence-based basis for the research direction and thinking in this field.Methods:In this study,the subject words and free words were used to search the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and Web of Science Core Database as the literature sources.The search time limit was from January 1,1999 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R2 software was used to conduct a visual analysis of the publication volume,authors,and keyword clusters of the literature related to ureterocutaneostomy nursing.Results:A total of 129 Chinese literary works were finally included.The results showed that 2019 was the peak year of publication volume(20 domestic articles);the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University was the institution with the highest publication volume(13 articles);the high-frequency keywords included“bladder cancer”(42 times),“nursing”(29 times),and“quality of life”(16 times);the keyword cluster analysis showed that the research hotspots were concentrated in complication management,continuous nursing,and the application of intelligent technology.Conclusion:The nursing of ureterocutaneostomy has developed from a single technical operation to a multi-dimensional comprehensive intervention system,and the nursing shows a trend of multidisciplinary integration.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of intelligent technology,the promotion of standardized nursing processes,and the balanced allocation of regional resources. 展开更多

Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the current status and hotspots of adolescent obesity research based on CiteSpace,to provide evidence-based basis for research directions and ideas in this field.Methods:This study used subject words and free words to retrieve literature from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,and VIP Core database.The retrieval time was from January 1,2010 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace6.3.R2 software was used to perform cluster sub-visualization analysis of the number of articles,authors,and keywords of literature on adolescent obesity.Results:A total of 523 Chinese articles were included.Since 2010,the number of articles on adolescent obesity in China showed an increasing trend,with an average annual growth rate of 12.3%.From the perspective of spatial distribution,more regions,institutions,and researchers have begun to pay attention to the research in this field,exploring the impact of dietary imbalance and insufficient exercise on adolescent obesity in different regions and the management methods.From the perspective of cooperation,the cooperation of various regions and institutions showed the characteristics of regional concentration or professional concentration,mainly distributed in medicine and physical education.High-frequency keywords included“living standard”,“exercise intervention”,“physical activity”,“mental health”,“body fat rate”,and“body fat rate”.After 2020,“intelligent weight management platform”and“remote follow-up”emerged to reflect the deep integration of technology and health management.Keyword cluster analysis showed that research hotspots focused on the etiological mechanism of obesity,intervention models,regional characteristics in different regions,and the risk of obesity-related metabolic diseases.With the launch of the national“Weight Management Year”initiative,research has been tilted to community health promotion and multi-sectoral collaboration,focusing on obesity prevention of preschool children and AI-driven personalized intervention programs[1].However,there is a bottleneck of lack of tracking mechanisms for long-term effects such as adolescent development and metabolic adaptability.Conclusions:The research status and hotspots of adolescent obesity have gradually shifted from early etiological exploration to precise intervention models driven by technology empowerment.In the future,researchers can build an obesity prevention and control network covering the whole life cycle and the whole region through the three-dimensional drive of“technological innovation×policy empowerment×disciplinary integration”,and eventually achieve the goal of reducing the obesity rate in adolescents. 展开更多

Based on the CiteSpace visualization knowledge graph,this article conducts a visual analysis of the evolution of publication volume,distribution of national institutions,keyword clustering,and other related literature on aging friendly bathroom facilities in 502 Chinese and English articles,in order to analyze the research status,hotspots,and future research directions in this field.Through analysis,it was found that research in this field is showing an increasing trend,but there is still a need for relevant experts to actively engage in cross institutional,cross disciplinary,and cross national exchanges and cooperation.Emerging concepts such as smart homes and informatization have become new research hotspots.Moreover,research trend has shifted from macro level discussions to specific optimizations,and has shown characteristics of disciplinary integration and technology driven development.Overall,this study has identified the development direction for improving the level of technological application,emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary and international cooperation,and providing certain guidance for the construction of a research system for aging friendly bathroom facilities. 展开更多
