Firstly, a new constitutive model for gas diffusion from coal particles with tri-disperse pore structure is constructed by considering the difference in characteristics between soft coal and hard coal. The analytical solution is then derived, that is, the quantitative relationship between gas diffusion rate(Qt/Q_∞) and diffusion time(t), The pore structure parameters of soft coal and hard coal from Juji coal mine are determined. Gas diffusion rules are numerically calculated and investigated by physical simulation methods. Lastly, the applicability of this model is verified. The results show that the homogeneous model only applies to the gas diffusion process of hard coal during the initial 10 min. The calculation results from this model and the physical experimental results of soft coal and hard coal are nearly identical during the initial 30 min.展开更多

By means of experimental data analysis and theoretical derivation, a calculation method of coal seam gas permeability was proposed, which synthesized the respective influences of gas dynamic viscosity, compressibility factor and Klinkenberg effect. The study results show that the Klinkenberg effect has a significant influence on the coal seam gas seepage, the permeability estimated with the method considering the Klinkenberg effect is correct, and this permeability can fully reflect the true seepage state of the gas. For the gas around the standard conditions, the influences of dynamic viscosity and compressibility factor on the permeability may be ignored. For the gas deviating far away from the standard conditions, the influences of dynamic viscosity and compressibility factor on the permeability must be considered. The research results have certain guiding significance in forming a correct understanding of the Klinkenberg effect and selecting a more accurate calculation method for the permeability of coal containing gas.展开更多

The inhibition curves on suppressing coal oxidation of the different type and different concentration of organic antioxidant and inorganic salt were given through experimental study and data processing. Then some conclusions can be gained from the experimental study combining with theoretical analysis. First the inhibition mechanism of the organic antioxidant and inorganic salt is different. The former is that the chemical action is the dominant position. It can be called as the chain termination theory because the free radical is captured during coal oxidation. And the later is that the physical effect is the dominant position. It can be called as the decreasing-temperature theory because the liquid membrane which was formed by the inorganic salt can make coal body be the state of wetness and prevent oxygen from coal surface. Second the inhibition effect of the organic antioxidant is higher than the inorganic salt in the later period. But it is lower in the early period.展开更多

On this basis, analyzed gas flow mitigation of variable cross-section area and the outburst intensity, and the relations between cross-section area, velocity, and density; the relations between overpressures and outburst intensity were deduced. Furthermore, shock waves resulting from coal and gas outburst and outburst intensity were measured by experimental setup, the overpressure and outburst intensity of different gas pressures were obtained, and the similar conditions of the experiment were numerically simulated. The averaged overpressure and gas flow velocity of variable cross-section under different gas pressures were numerically derived. The results show that deep and large flux methane drainage modes increases the air leakage from work faces to the goaf and formed new spontaneous combustion zones induced by drainage near vents, which increases the risk of self-ignition of coal—reducing the self-ignition period and enlarging the scale of self-ignition. The spontaneous upstream combustion oxidation of the main fire zone can be suppressed when both drainage and nitrogen injection were adopted. Our research results provide an effective technical measure and theoretical basis to determine the best methane drainage scheme and drainage parameters.展开更多

摘要In order to evaluate the level of the coal mine essential safety management, the comprehensive index system was designed base on the connotation principle of the mine essential safety management. Due to the disadvantage of index weight setting by subjective idea in the former method, support vector classification algorithm was used to assess the level of coal mine essential safety management. According to the advantages of the global search capability of the genetic algorithm, support vector classification parameters optimization method was proposed based on genetic algorithm, and genetic algorithm-support vector classification model of coal mine essential safety management assessment was established. Learning samples were constructed on the basis of former data of mine essential safety management evaluation. The test results show that the genetic algorithm-support vector classification model has higher evaluation accuracy and good generalization ability, and the advantage of no need for artificial setting of index weight and absence of the subjective factors influence to evaluation results.

摘要Based on the particularities of gas outbursts,i.e.,low gas bearing capacity and low gas pressure in the "Three Soft" coal seam in western Henan,we applied the theories of plate tectonics and regional structural evolution to investigate the mechanism of this seam and its impact on the coal seam gas formation. Our investigation revealed that coal and gas outbursts are distributed in a strip in a NW direction, with a number of high-penetration mines scattered towards the south side and low-gas mines largely located on the north side.We analyzed the statistics of 38 gas explosions and the rock-coal sturdiness number coefficient f of 167 sampling sites in the region and found the gas outburst mechanism that features a "low indicator outburst phenomenon".The mechanism is characterized by structural coal as its core,a low gas bearing capacity, low gas pressure and sturdiness coefficient f mostly less than 0.3.Our research results provide a theoretical foundation for effective control of gas disasters.

摘要This paper aims to improve the accuracy and applicability of gas diffusion mathematical models from coal particles. The calculation results from this model and the physical experimental results of soft coal and hard coal are nearly identical during the initial 30 min.

摘要A gas–solid coupling model involving coal seam deformation, gas diffusion and seepage, gas adsorption and desorption was built to study the gas transport rule under the effect of protective coal seam mining. The research results indicate:(1)The depressurization effect changes the stress state of an overlying coal seam and causes its permeability to increase, thus gas in the protected coal seam will be desorbed and transported under the effect of a gas pressure gradient, which will cause a decrease in gas pressure.(2)Gas pressure can be further decreased by setting out gas extraction boreholes in the overlying coal seam, which can effectively reduce the coal and gas outburst risk. The research is of important engineering significance for studying the gas transport rule in protected coal seam and providing important reference for controlling coal and gas outbursts in deep mining in China.

摘要The rockburst dynamic disasters in the process of deep coal mining become more and more serious.Taking the rockburst occurred in the 23130 working face of Yuejin Coal Mine as the engineering background,we study the characteristics of mining stress feld around roadway, the plastic failure morphological characteristics of surrounding rock and the accumulationelease law of elastic energy before and after burst. An analysis model quantitatively describing the physical process of rockburst in the mining roadway is established, and the calculation method of dynamic release of elastic energy in the physical process of rockburst is educed. The mechanism of rockburst in mining roadway is revealed. The results show that an“L-shaped”stress concentration zone is formed within 100 m of the 23130 working face, and the principal stress ratio of the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway is 2.59–4.26.The change of the direction of the maximum principal stress has a signifcant efect on the burst appearance characteristics. The failure strength of diferent sections of the mining roadway is characterized by the elastic energy release value. With the increase of the working face distance, the elastic energy released by burst failure and the expansion variation of failure boundary radius show a nonlinear variation law that tends to decrease steadily after sharp fuctuation. The closer to the working face, the higher the burst risk.At a distance of 10 m from the working surface, the maximum principal stress reaches its maximum value. The butterfy-shaped failure system generated by the surrounding rock of the roadway has energy self-sustainability,and the elastic energy released by the sudden expansion of the butterfy leaf is enough to cause a burst damage of 1.9 magnitude. This work could provide theoretical support for the prediction and prevention of rockburst.

摘要The adjustment of the gas drainage rate has an immediate impact on air leakage in gob, thus resulting in the change of self-heating of coal. While regulating the gas drainage parameters, the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal should be considered. The risk assessment of gas control and spontaneous combustion of coal under gas drainage in a tunnel was investigated at different gas drainage rates. The distributions of the air volume along the working face, the gas management effects and the width of the oxidation zone were subjected to risk analysis. As the simulation results showed, with increasing gas drainage rate, although the safety of gas dilution by ventilation was assured, the intensifying air leakage caused the oxidation zone to move into the deeper gob and led to an increase in the width of the oxidation zone.A risk assessment method was proposed to determine a suitable gas drainage rate for the upper tunnel. The correctness of the risk assessment and the validity of the numerical modelling were confirmed by the field measurements.

摘要Focused on the Klinkenberg effect on gas seepage, the independently developed triaxial experimental system of gas seepage was applied to conduct research on the seepage characteristics of coal seam gas. The research results have certain guiding significance in forming a correct understanding of the Klinkenberg effect and selecting a more accurate calculation method for the permeability of coal containing gas.

摘要Coal seam gas content is frequently measured in quantity during underground coal mining operation and coalbed methane(CBM)exploration as a significant basic parameter.Due to the calculation error of lost gas and residual gas in the direct method, the efficiency and accuracy of the current methods are not inadequate to the large area multi-point measurement of coal seam gas content. This paper firstly deduces a simplified theoretical dynamic model for calculating lost gas based on gas dynamic diffusion theory.Secondly, the effects of various factors on gas dynamic diffusion from coal particle are experimentally studied. And sampling procedure of representative coal particle is improved.Thirdly,a new estimation method of residual gas content based on excess adsorption and competitive adsorption theory is proposed. The results showed that the maximum error of calculating the losing gas content by using the new simplified model is only 4%.Considering the influence of particle size on gas diffusion law,the particle size of the collected coal sample is below 0.25 mm,which improves the measurement speed and reflects the safety representativeness of the sample. The determination time of gas content reduced from 36 to 3 h/piece.Moreover,the absolute error is 0.15–0.50 m^3,and the relative error is within 5%.A new engineering method for determining the coal seam gas content is developed according to the above research.
摘要The advantages and disadvantages of organic antioxidant and inorganic salt on suppressing coal oxidation were analyzed on the basis of the theory that coal oxidation mechanisms can be attributed to the free radical chain-type reaction mechanism. But it is lower in the early period.

摘要According to the formation of shock wave resulting from coal and gas outburst, the gas flow of coal and gas outburst was transformed from an unsteady flow to a steady one based on selected appropriate reference coordinates, and the mathematical expressions were then established by applying mass conservation, momentum conservation equation, and energy conservation equation. The results show that the averaged overpressure and outburst intensity obtained from simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results. Moreover, the gas flow velocity of variable cross-sections approximates to the theoretical analysis.

摘要To develop a nested PCR assay for the detection of cattle-derived Cyclospora sp., two pairs of primers were designed on the basis of the cattle-derived Cyclospora sp. sequences. These primers selectively amplified a 168-bp DNA fragment of the 18S rRNA gene of cattle-derived Cyclospora sp. With these primers, a nested PCR assay for the detection of cattlederived Cyclospora sp. was developed. The nested PCR assay was specific and there is no cross-reaction with other parasites, such as Eimeria spp., Cryptosporidium spp., Giardia sp., Toxoplasma sp., Trichuris sp. and cattle ciliate. The assay was able to detect as low as 2.85 × 10^-2 fg of the control positive DNA. The results of the detection of clinical samples indicated that the assay coincided with microscopic examination. The results show that the nested PCR assay will be an effective tool for the detection of Cyclospora sp. in cattle feces.

摘要In order to study the coupling problem between methane drainage and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the collapsed zone after mining ignitable coal seams with high methane,we have analyzed the effects of differ-ent methane drainage modes on spontaneous combustion of residual coal through numerical simulation. Our research results provide an effective technical measure and theoretical basis to determine the best methane drainage scheme and drainage parameters.
